Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and effects of the present invention clearer and clearer, the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
Please refer to fig. 1-4 together. The module numbers in the figures: the device comprises a contact, a control module 10, a manual control unit 11, a position sensing module 20, a current mutual induction module 30, a trip coil 40, a magnetic trip module 50, a trip test button 60 and a communication module 70.
Example 1
The invention provides a circuit breaker operation identification method, which comprises the following steps:
s10, the control module 10 receives the contact position signal detected by the position sensing module 20, the fault current signal detected by the current transformer module 30, and the feedback signal of the trip coil 40 driving contact;
and S20, the control module obtains whether the reason of the circuit breaker tripping is fault tripping or manual operation through a control analysis method according to the received contact position signal, the fault current signal and the driving contact signal, and feeds back a corresponding operation signal.
In the actual operation process, the control module 10 can accurately judge whether the breaker is a man or a fault reason only by receiving the position information of the contact (not identified) identified by the position sensing module 20, the fault current information detected by the current transformer module 30 and the action information of the trip coil 40, which is helpful for the staff to accurately take a coping scheme according to the feedback information. For example, if the operation is manual, a remote control switching-on measure cannot be taken, so that safety accidents are avoided, in addition, if the circuit breaker is switched off due to faults, a remote control switching-on operation can be tried, and if the circuit breaker is unsuccessful, a field fault can be eliminated by a detection personnel.
The feedback of the corresponding operation signal by the control module 10 is not limited to the feedback to the server, but also includes the direct field feedback by the display screen.
In a further preferred embodiment, the control module 10 is connected to a server and feeds back corresponding operating signals to the server. For example, the control module 10 connects to the server using the communication module 70, which is advantageous in that the server can determine whether the control module 10 is in the on state through the connection of the communication module 70; the method has excellent effect on the accurate elimination of the fault. In a preferred embodiment, the communication module 70 is a communication line, and in other embodiments, the communication module 70 may use WIFI or 4G connection, but the corresponding signal is easily interfered by electromagnetic waves.
Further, the operation signal includes: manual operation, remote control operation, fault protection tripping, manual control tripping, tripping test tripping and backup protection tripping.
Specifically, when the circuit breaker is opened through the handle in manual operation circuit breaker, the contact is changed to the energy storage position by the on-off position. When the control module 10 judges that a fault current occurs in the line through the current transformer module 30, the control module 10 drives the contact to change from the closing position to the tripping position through the tripping coil 40, so that the circuit breaker trips. When the remote control is operated to open the brake, a remote control signal is sent to the control module 10 through the communication module 70, and the control module 10 drives the contact to change from the closing position to the tripping position through the tripping coil 40, so that the circuit breaker is tripped. Maintenance personnel can send a signal to the tripping coil 40 through the control module 10 on site to drive the contact to change from a closing position to a tripping position, so that the circuit breaker is tripped. When instantaneous large current (more than 16-20 times of common current) appears, the current is extremely large, so that the fault can be quickly cut off. At this time, the magnetic trip module 50 directly drives the contacts to change from the on position to the off position, and the controller can detect the instantaneous large current signal through the current transformer module 30. When the circuit breaker is manually opened through the tripping test button 60, the operating mechanism is changed from the closing position to the tripping position.
The identification method carried out in the control module 10 refers in particular to the accompanying figure 2:
s21, the control module 10 detects the working state of the contact, and if the working state is energy storage, a manual operation signal is fed back to the server; if the working state is tripping, executing step S22;
s22, the control module 10 detects whether the trip coil 40 drives the contact to operate, if yes, execute step S23; if not, go to step S25;
s23, the control module 10 detects whether a remote control instruction of the server is received, if yes, a remote control operation signal is fed back to the server; if not, go to step S24;
s24, the control module 10 detects whether a first fault current signal of the current transformer module 30 is received, and if yes, feeds back a fault protection trip signal to the server; if not, feeding back a manual control brake-separating operation signal to the server;
s25, the control module 10 detects whether a second fault current signal of the current transformer module 30 is received, and if yes, feeds back a backup protection trip operation to the server; and if not, feeding back tripping test opening operation to the server.
In the specific operation process, when the controller of the circuit breaker detects that the contact is changed from the switching-on position to the energy storage position through the operating mechanism position sensing module 20, the circuit breaker can be determined to be manually switched off.
When the control module 10 detects that the contact is changed from the closing position to the releasing position through the position of the sensing module, the control module 10 further determines whether there is a driving action of the trip coil 40, if so, further determines whether the remote control operation is issued by the communication module 70, if not, determines that the remote control operation is a fault protection tripping action through the first fault current of the current transformer module 30, and if not, determines that the circuit breaker is opened in a manual operation controller mode. If the control module 10 does not detect the driving action of the trip coil 40, a second fault current signal is detected through the current transformer module 30, where the second fault current is an instantaneous large current signal, and it can be determined that the magnetic trip module 50 drives the contact to perform protection trip. If the second fault current signal does not exist, it is determined that the circuit breaker is manually tripped by manually operating the trip test button 60.
Example 2
The invention also provides a circuit breaker, which comprises a control module 10, a position sensing module 20, a current mutual inductance module 30, a trip coil 40 and a contact, wherein the position sensing module 20, the trip coil 40 and the current mutual inductance module 30 are respectively connected with the control module 10; the trip coil 40 is used for driving the contact; the position sensing module 20 is used for detecting the working state of the contact; the current transformer module 30 is used to detect fault currents in the circuit.
The circuit breaker preferably further comprises a magnetic trip module 50 and a trip test button 60, wherein the magnetic trip module 50 is used for detecting instantaneous high current in a circuit and driving the contact; the tripping experiment button is used for driving the contact.
The current transformer module 30 may measure the induced currents of the three phases of power, and send the measured induced currents to the control module 10, so that when the operation signal is fed back, the fault protection trip is displayed, and at the same time, which phase of circuit has a fault is fed back, which is more accurate for removing the fault.
The control module is preferably an MKM33 model processor.
