Since the bus bar support insulator is installed in an outdoor working environment and the firmness and insulation properties of the bus bar support insulator are reduced to some extent as the service life of the bus bar support insulator increases, the bus bar support insulator needs to be replaced periodically in order to ensure the safe use reliability of the bus bar. For the compact equipment environment of the transformer substation equipment area, the number of the bus bars above the erection part is large, the safety distance between the two bus bars is small, the distance between the isolating switch and the bus bars is short, inconvenience is brought to the replacement work of the bus bar supporting insulator after damage or the regular replacement work due to single wiring and the like, the power failure time of the equipment is shortened, and the working efficiency of the transformer substation equipment area is improved, so that the power supply stability is guaranteed.
At present, in a method for replacing a bus supporting insulator, a crane or a lifting platform is mostly adopted, and the supporting insulator is replaced by taking advantage of the mechanical property of the lifting platform as a fulcrum for removing the supporting insulator. However, the existing replacement mode of the supporting insulator is very easy to have risks such as bus deformation, bending and fracture, and the conditions of the replacement operation field are complex, which is not beneficial to the replacement work; if emergency happens, the work of temporary power failure replacement is needed, and the replacement working time and the working efficiency of the supporting insulator of the transformer substation cannot be guaranteed.
