The dust suction device 124 is adjacent to a region where the door leaf 122 is hinged to the door wall 121, the dust suction device 124 includes a dust suction fan and a dust suction hose 1242 connected to each other, and the other side of the dust suction hose 1242 extends into the dust collecting chamber 1221.
Further, a detachable dust collecting channel is arranged in the dust collecting groove 1221, and particularly, a pulling and inserting (pulling) mode is adopted, so that the dust collecting channel is convenient to clean and install, one side of the dust collecting channel is sleeved with the dust collecting hose 1242, and the dust collecting channel is further provided with a plurality of vent holes.
Furthermore, the bottom of the door leaf is provided with a water level power-off protection device, specifically, a liquid level sensor is arranged in the dust collecting groove 1221 and/or the groove of the ultraviolet lamp 1222, when the water leakage condition occurs in the area where the system is located, if the environmental water level reaches a certain height, the liquid level sensor sends an alarm to the central control unit 125, and the central control unit 125 cuts off the power supply of the industrial door control code scanning access control subsystem to prevent the system short circuit.
In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the dust suction device 124 further has a box 1244 and a second control module 1243, and the second control module 1243 is electrically connected to the dust suction fan 1241 and is further electrically connected to the central control unit. In order to facilitate the maintenance of the dust collection device 124, the second control module 1243 and the dust collection fan 1241 are positioned in the box 1244, and the dust collection hose 1242 penetrates through the box 1244 and is connected with the dust collection fan 1241; the dust suction unit 124 is detachably inserted into the door wall 121 through the box 1244. Specifically, the mounting groove may be formed at a corresponding position of the door wall 121, the space in the groove is adapted to the box body 1244, the box body 1244 can be quickly mounted/dismounted by pulling and inserting, and the mounting hole for sleeving the dust collection hose 1242 is formed at the side of the box body 1244, so that the dust collection hose 1242 and the dust collection fan 1241 can be conveniently dismounted.
In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the door leaf 122 may be a hinge door, or may be a laterally moving automatic door. For the hinge door, the driving device 123 may be a driving arm type driving device 123 based on the prior art. The system specifically comprises a driver 1231 and a driving connecting rod 1232 which are mutually and drivingly connected, wherein the driver 1231 is installed on one side of the door wall 121 facing the area to be detected and is also electrically connected with a first control module 1213; the driving connecting rod 1232 is hinged with the door leaf 122; the driver 1231 drives the door leaf 122 to open/close through the driving link 1232.
In order to facilitate the industrial door system to be used as an exit area at the same time, a sensing switch 1214 is provided on one side of the door wall 121 facing the detection area, the sensing switch 1214 is electrically connected with the driving device 123, when a sensing signal is generated by the sensing switch 1214, the sensing signal is transmitted to the driving device 123, and the door 122 is driven to open, so that the full-contactless control of entrance and exit is realized. The inductive switch 1214 can be arranged at the position corresponding to the height of the chest of the human body, and also can be arranged at the bottom of the door wall 121, namely, the switch for sensing the movement of the foot can be opened by lifting the foot to the position below the inductive head, and the whole process is free of contact.
In the preferred embodiment provided by the invention, the industrial door system is provided with a standby power supply, and the normal use can be ensured under the condition that the external power supply is powered off.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the cleaning garment material management and control subsystem 13 includes an inspection area 131, a code scanning identification area 132, a sorting area 133, and a recycling area 134, which are sequentially arranged along the conveying direction of the cleaning garment. The inspection area 131 is used for initial inspection of the clean clothes to be washed, the code scanning identification area 132 is used for obtaining real-time clean clothes state information by scanning the identification code on the clean clothes, and sending the clean clothes state information to the industrial control host 1323 of the subsystem for comparison and identification with pre-stored identification information (such as qualified post worker information and the like), the clean clothes state information can be the type of the clean clothes, the working area of personnel to which the clean clothes belong, whether the identification code on the clean clothes is complete and the like, when the clean clothes which are damaged or cannot be read by the identification code are identified, the clean clothes are determined to be waste reporting, an alarm is given and subsequent transmission is performed through the sorting area 133, in this embodiment, the code scanning identification area 132 is provided with a second camera 1321 and an alarm 1322 which are in communication connection with each other, and the second camera 1321 and the alarm 1322 are also in communication connection with the industrial control host 1323 respectively.
In the present embodiment, the recovery area 134 has a designated area clean clothes receiver 1341, other area clean clothes receivers 1342, and a scrapped clean clothes recoverer 1343. The sorting section 133 has a first transfer passage 135, a second transfer passage 136, and a third transfer passage 137 which are respectively communicated with the designated area clean clothes receiver 1341, the other area clean clothes receivers 1342, and the scrapped clean clothes retriever 1343.
Furthermore, the management and control subsystem 13 for the consumables of the cleaning clothes further comprises a conveyor belt device, which makes the inspection area 131, the code scanning identification area 132, the sorting area 133 and the recycling area 134 communicate with each other in sequence. A transfer slide plate 138 may be provided at the end of the first, second, and third transfer lanes 135, 136, 137 using the transfer belt device to transfer the clean clothes on the transfer lanes to a clean clothes receiver 1341 in a designated area, a clean clothes receiver 1342 in another area, and a scrap clean clothes retriever 1343, thereby preventing the transfer lanes from winding up the clean clothes.
A handheld code scanning terminal, namely additional equipment for manual auxiliary detection, can be added in the code scanning identification area 132.
In conclusion, according to the code scanning facility management and control system for the clean clothes in the dustless space, when a person wears protective equipment of the clean clothes in a dustless workshop, the situation that an electronic tag with a difficult identity is easy to damage, management errors are frequent and the like is identified; the system comprises an initial information generation identification code on-duty management and control subsystem, an industrial door control code scanning access control subsystem and a clean service consumable management and control subsystem; the industrial door control code scanning access control subsystem is used for personnel access, and the cleaning garment consumable material management and control subsystem is used for tracking and controlling the use conditions of cleaning garments and shoes and hats and comprises a door wall, a door leaf and a central control unit, wherein the door wall and the door leaf are connected with each other; the door wall divides the channel into a to-be-detected area and a detection area; the door wall comprises an entrance guard device, a driving device and a dust suction device; the driving device is used for driving the door leaf to open/close; the access control device comprises a first control module, a first camera, an ion fan and a display screen, wherein the first camera acquires identity information of a person to be detected by scanning an identity identification code of the person to be detected and sends the identity information to the first control module, and the first control module identifies the received identity information and outputs an identification result through the display screen; the first control module is also electrically connected with the driving device, and when the identity information meets the preset condition, the first control module controls the driving device to open the door leaf; the ion fan is used for removing static carried by a person to be detected; the dust suction device is positioned at the bottom of the door wall and used for removing particles between the door leaf and the ground. The industrial door system provided by the invention adopts the characteristics of intuition and convenience of a code scanning technology, so that accurate information intelligent management is realized, the intelligent door system has the advantages of low error rate of mature technology and easiness in operation, hardware equipment is controlled by using software of the code scanning intelligent management system according to a standard production process, intelligent digital accurate management is realized, no-contact directional access is realized, and the intelligent door system is safer, comprises clean clothes and shoe cap consumables used in a dust-free environment, and is used for controlling and tracking the use authority and controlling the use authority of an industrial door, and particularly has the following advantages:
1. the code scanning system for code scanning identification can set digital codes in batches;
2. scanning codes in a non-contact manner;
3. a system for setting program of personal digital code exclusive to employee;
4. managing the directional access authority of the staff;
5. recording and displaying detailed attendance management of identity information;
6. dust collection and disinfection can be set when people come in and go out;
7. the design application of the work can be started normally under the power failure and special emergency conditions;
8. the clamping groove drawing device is arranged, so that the design that the device is easy to disassemble, mount and clean is more convenient.

Claims (10)

1. A code scanning facility management and control system for clean clothes in a dust-free space is characterized in that personnel information is obtained by scanning identity identification codes connected to the surfaces of the clean clothes and shoe and cap consumables, and the clean clothes and the shoe and cap consumables are managed and controlled; the system comprises an initial information generation identification code on-duty management and control subsystem, an industrial door control code scanning access control subsystem and a clean clothes consumable management and control subsystem; the initial information generation identification code on-duty management and control subsystem acquires information of qualified personnel on-duty and respectively sends the information of the qualified personnel on-duty to the industrial door control code scanning access control subsystem and the clean service consumable management and control subsystem;
the industrial door control code scanning access control subsystem comprises a door wall, a door leaf and a central control unit, wherein the door wall and the door leaf are connected with each other; the door wall divides the channel into a to-be-detected area and a detection area;
the door wall comprises an access control device, a driving device and a dust suction device; the driving device is used for driving the door leaf to open/close;
the access control device comprises a first control module, and a first camera, an ion blower and a display screen which are respectively in circuit connection with the first control module, wherein the first camera acquires identity information of a person to be detected by scanning an identity identification code of the person to be detected and sends the identity information to the first control module; the first control module is also electrically connected with the driving device, and when the identity information meets a preset condition, the first control module controls the driving device to open the door leaf; the ion fan is used for removing static carried by a person to be detected;
the dust suction device is positioned at the bottom of the door wall and used for removing particles between the door leaf and the ground;
clean clothes consumptive material management and control subsystem trails the management and control to clean clothes, include: monitoring the state of the cleaning equipment of the cleaning clothes; recording the times of cleaning and sterilization of the clean clothes; sorting and storing the clean clothes; and identifying the scrapped clean clothes and giving an alarm.
2. The industrial door system of claim 1, wherein the door leaf is hingedly connected to the door wall; the bottom of the door leaf is provided with a dust collecting groove, a movable dust strip and an ultraviolet lamp which are arranged in parallel, the dust collecting groove, the movable dust strip and the ultraviolet lamp respectively extend along the length direction of the door leaf, the dust collecting groove is adjacent to a region to be detected, and the movable dust strip is positioned between the dust collecting groove and the ultraviolet lamp;
the dust collection device is close to the hinged area of the door leaf and the door wall, the dust collection device comprises a dust collection fan and a dust collection hose which are connected with each other, and the other side of the dust collection hose extends into the dust collection groove.
3. The industrial door system of claim 2, wherein the dust chute has a removable dust chute therein, one side of the dust chute is coupled to the dust hose, and the dust chute has a plurality of air vents.
4. The industrial door system of claim 2, wherein the dust extraction device further comprises a box and a second control module, the second control module being electrically connected to the fan circuit and the central control unit; the second control module and the dust collection fan are positioned in the box body, and the dust collection hose penetrates through the box body and is connected with the dust collection fan; the dust suction device is detachably embedded into the door wall through the box body.
5. The industrial door system of claim 2, wherein the ultraviolet lamp is a 10000UW disinfection ultraviolet lamp.
6. The industrial door system of claim 1, wherein the door leaf bottom has a liquid level sensor electrically connected to the central control unit; and when the water level of the environment where the industrial door system is located is higher than a preset threshold value, the liquid level sensor sends alarm information to the central control unit.
7. The industrial door system of claim 1, wherein the door leaf is hingedly connected to the door wall; the driving device comprises a driver and a driving connecting rod which are mutually in driving connection, the driver is arranged on one side, facing the area to be detected, of the door wall, and the driver is electrically connected with the first control module; the driving connecting rod is hinged with the door leaf; the driver drives the door leaf to open/close through the driving connecting rod.
8. The industrial door system of claim 1, wherein the door wall has an inductive switch on a side thereof facing the detection zone, the inductive switch being electrically connected to the drive mechanism.
9. The industrial door system of claim 1, wherein the clean service consumable management and control subsystem comprises an inspection area, a code scanning identification area, a sorting area and a recovery area which are sequentially arranged along a clean service conveying direction; the recovery area is provided with a clean clothes receiver in a designated area, a clean clothes receiver in other areas and a scrapped clean clothes recoverer; the sorting area is provided with a first conveying channel, a second conveying channel and a third conveying channel which are respectively communicated with the clean clothes receivers in the designated area, the clean clothes receivers in other areas and the scrapped clean clothes recoverer; the code scanning identification area is provided with a second camera and an alarm device which are mutually communicated and connected.
10. The industrial door system of claim 1, further comprising a conveyor belt arrangement that communicates the inspection zone, the code scan identification zone, the sorting zone, and the recovery zone in sequence.
