The processes may correspond to methods, functions, procedures, subroutines, and the like.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a low-flow protection control method for a water heater provided in an embodiment of the present application, where the low-flow protection control method for the water heater provided in the embodiment of the present application may be executed by a low-flow protection control device for the water heater, and the low-flow protection control device for the water heater may be implemented in a hardware and/or software manner and is integrated in a low-flow protection control apparatus for the water heater.
The following description will be given by taking an example of a method for executing the low-flow protection control of the water heater by the low-flow protection control device of the water heater. Referring to fig. 1, the low-flow protection control method of the water heater comprises the following steps:
s101: and in response to a low-flow protection mode of the unit, closing the compressor, opening the warm water valve to the maximum, and determining a target protection logic according to the temperature of the water tank and the direct heating running time.
Specifically, when the condition that the temperature of the water discharged by the unit is too high occurs in the direct heating mode, the unit enters a low-flow protection mode in order to ensure the normal operation of the unit, and generates a stop instruction pointing to the compressor, and the unit closes the compressor in response to the stop instruction and stops heating the water added into the water tank continuously. Meanwhile, a maximum valve opening instruction pointing to the warm water valve is generated, the unit responds to the maximum valve opening instruction to open the warm water valve to the maximum, cold water is supplemented to the water tank, and the interior of the water tank is cooled. The medium temperature water valve is an electric valve, and the opening degree of the medium temperature water valve is controlled by a controller connected to the electric valve.
Furthermore, the warm water valve is connected to a water replenishing pipe of the unit communicated with an external water source and the water tank, and the speed of the external water source replenished to the water tank through the water replenishing pipe can be controlled through the warm water valve. Optionally, the water replenishing pipe is further provided with a water replenishing valve connected in series with the warm water valve, and the water replenishing valve is an electric valve and is controlled to be in an on-off state by a controller connected to the water replenishing valve. And generating a development instruction pointing to the water replenishing valve while generating a maximum valve opening instruction, and opening a water replenishing channel at the water replenishing pipe to replenish water to the water tank by the unit in response to the development instruction.
Further, after the compressor is closed and the warm water valve is opened to the maximum, the high water level protection logic or the low water level protection logic is selected as the target protection logic according to the temperature of the water tank and the direct heating running time in the low flow protection mode, and the temperature of the water tank is controlled. Wherein the target protection logic comprises high water level protection logic and low water level protection logic.
Illustratively, the unit outlet water temperature is the temperature of water output by the unit to a user, the unit outlet water temperature can be obtained through an outlet water temperature sensor arranged at a unit outlet, and the unit outlet water temperature can be correspondingly obtained after analog signals output by the outlet water temperature sensor are converted into digital signals through analog-to-digital conversion. The water tank temperature is the temperature of the water inside the water tank in the unit, the water tank temperature can be obtained through the water tank temperature sensor arranged inside the water tank, and the analog signal output by the water tank temperature sensor can be correspondingly obtained after being converted into a digital signal through an analog-to-digital converter. It is understood that in other embodiments, the water tank temperature may be taken as the unit outlet water temperature. Further, the direct heating running time is understood as the accumulated time length of the unit continuously running in the direct heating mode, the unit accumulates the time length of the running mode when entering a certain running mode (such as the direct heating mode, the high water level circulation mode or the low water level circulation mode), and if the unit enters the direct heating mode, the unit starts to time in response to the starting of the direct heating mode, and the time length is taken as the direct heating running time of the direct heating mode.
Alternatively, the determination of the target protection logic may be determined according to a combination of different ranges of the water tank temperature and the direct-heating operation time, and the selection of the high water level protection logic or the low water level protection logic is determined according to the water tank temperature and the direct-heating operation time in different ranges of the combination. The target protection logic may be determined by a mapping relationship between the target protection logic and the water tank temperature and the direct hot running time, the mapping relationship may be recorded in a logic selection mapping table, and the water tank temperature and the direct hot running time in different ranges correspond to one target protection logic (a high water level protection logic or a low water level protection logic).
S102: and if the target protection logic is determined to be the high water level protection logic, operating a high water level circulation mode when the water level switch is closed.
Specifically, at this time, the compressor is closed, the warm water valve is opened to the maximum, and the opening and closing state of the water level switch is monitored in real time. Wherein water level switch installs in the water tank, detects the water level in the water tank, and when the water level in the water tank reached predetermined high water level state, water level switch was triggered and closed. And after the water level switch is closed, generating a high water level circulation instruction, responding to the high water level circulation instruction by the unit, operating a high water level circulation mode, and exiting the high water level protection logic.
S103: and if the target protection logic is determined to be the low water level protection logic, operating a low water level circulation mode until the temperature of the water tank reaches the target temperature, and operating a direct heating mode.
Specifically, when the low-water-level protection logic is determined to be selected as the target protection logic, a low-water-level circulation instruction is generated, and the unit responds to the low-water-level circulation instruction to operate a low-water-level circulation mode. Meanwhile, the unit monitors the temperature of the water tank in real time in the process of operating the low water level circulation mode, and compares the temperature of the water tank with a target temperature. And after the temperature of the water tank reaches a target temperature (the temperature of the water tank is more than or equal to the target temperature), generating a direct heat instruction, responding to the direct heat instruction by the unit, switching the low water level circulation mode of the unit into a direct heat mode, and exiting the low water level protection logic.
Above-mentioned, when the too high condition of unit play water temperature appears under the direct heating mode, close the compressor to open the warm water valve to the biggest, cool down the water tank, and confirm suitable target protection logic according to water tank temperature and direct heating operating duration, cool down the water tank better. When the high water level protection logic is selected, water is supplied to the water tank until the condition of operating a high water level circulation mode is met, and when the low water level protection logic is selected, the unit is controlled to operate a low water level circulation mode until the temperature of the water tank reaches a target temperature, the unit is controlled to operate a direct heating mode, the temperature of the water tank is effectively controlled, the problems that when the capacity of the unit is constant, the temperature difference of inlet and outlet water is increased and the high pressure is increased due to too small flow are solved, and the efficient normal operation of the unit is ensured.
On the basis of the above embodiments, fig. 2 is a flowchart of another low-flow protection control method for a water heater provided by the embodiment of the present application. The low-flow protection control method of the water heater is an embodiment of the low-flow protection control method of the water heater. Referring to fig. 2, the low-flow protection control method of the water heater comprises the following steps:
s201: and judging whether the unit meets the condition of entering a low flow protection mode. If yes, go to step S202. And if the unit does not meet the condition of entering the low flow protection mode, repeating the step S201.
Illustratively, when judging whether the unit meets the condition of entering the low-flow protection mode, whether the unit meets the condition of entering the low-flow protection mode is determined by judging whether the unit is in the direct heating mode, whether the opening of the temperature control valve is opened to the maximum, and whether the continuous water outlet temperature of the unit is greater than the protection temperature. Wherein the temperature control valve is used for controlling the flow rate of the unit inlet water (water to be heated). Specifically, whether the current unit operates in the direct heating mode is firstly confirmed. Optionally, the unit detects the operating modes (direct heating mode, high water level circulation mode, low water level circulation mode, and shutdown mode) of the unit in real time, and sends the current operating mode to the low-flow protection control device of the water heater.
Further, after the unit is confirmed to operate in the direct heating mode, the opening degree of the temperature control valve is detected, and whether the opening degree of the temperature control valve is maximum or not is judged. The detection of the opening of the temperature control valve can be judged through feedback information of a temperature control valve controller, or the opening position of the temperature control valve is determined through a Hall sensor arranged on the temperature control valve, or the control information of the temperature control valve can be recorded, so that the opening information corresponding to the temperature control valve is stored. And meanwhile, detecting the continuous outlet water temperature of the unit, acquiring the continuous outlet water temperature of the unit through an outlet water temperature sensor arranged at the outlet of the unit, and judging whether the continuous outlet water temperature of the unit is higher than the protection temperature or not (if the outlet water temperature of the unit for continuous 1 minute is compared with the protection temperature, and if the outlet water temperature is higher than the protection temperature within 1 minute, judging that the continuous outlet water temperature of the unit is higher than the protection temperature). Wherein the protection temperature is the sum (R08+ B17) of a direct-heating water outlet temperature set value (R08) and a direct-heating water outlet temperature overhigh protection value temperature difference (B17), the value range of the direct-heating water outlet temperature set value R08 is 40-50 ℃, and the value range of the direct-heating water outlet temperature overhigh protection value temperature difference B17 is 0-50 ℃. And when the judging result is that the unit is in a direct heating mode, the opening of the temperature control valve is opened to the maximum degree, and the continuous outlet water temperature of the unit is higher than the protection temperature, the unit is confirmed to meet the condition of entering a low-flow protection mode.
S202: and entering a low flow protection mode.
Specifically, when it is determined that the unit meets the condition of entering the low flow protection mode, a low flow protection instruction is generated, the unit enters the low flow protection mode in response to the low flow protection instruction, and the following low flow protection control logic is executed in the low flow protection mode. It can be understood that the low flow protection mode of the unit and the working mode of the unit are independent modes, and no conflict exists.
S203: the compressor is turned off and the warm water valve is opened to the maximum.
Specifically, when the unit is confirmed to enter the low-flow protection mode, in order to guarantee normal operation of the unit, a stop instruction pointing to the compressor is generated, the unit closes the compressor in response to the stop instruction, and water added into the water tank is stopped from being heated continuously. Meanwhile, a maximum valve opening instruction pointing to the warm water valve is generated, the unit responds to the maximum valve opening instruction to open the warm water valve to the maximum, cold water is supplemented to the water tank, and the interior of the water tank is cooled.
S204: and judging whether the unit meets the operating condition of the high water level protection logic. If so, go to step S205, otherwise, go to step S207.
For example, the specific operation condition for judging whether the unit currently meets the high water level protection logic is as follows: and judging whether the unit is in a direct heating mode currently or not, and whether the temperature of the water tank reaches a preset temperature or not, and whether the direct heating running time is shorter than the shortest direct heating running time or not.
Specifically, after the unit enters the low-flow protection mode, a target protection logic is determined according to the water tank temperature and the direct heating running time in response to the low-flow protection mode of the unit, wherein the target protection logic comprises a high-water level protection logic and a low-water level protection logic. And determining whether the unit is in a direct heating mode currently, acquiring the current water tank temperature and the direct heating running time of the direct heating mode after determining that the unit is in the direct heating mode, and judging whether the water tank temperature reaches a preset temperature and whether the direct heating running time is less than the shortest direct heating running time (H09, the value range of which is 0-10H). The preset temperature is the difference (R02-R07) between the target temperature (R02) of the water tank and the direct heating mode switching back difference (R07), wherein the value range of the target temperature R03 is 0-60 ℃, and the value range of the direct heating mode switching back difference R07 is 0-60 ℃. And if the unit is in the direct heating mode, the temperature of the water tank reaches the preset temperature and the direct heating running time is less than the shortest direct heating running time, determining that the target protection logic is the high water level protection logic, and jumping to the step S204, otherwise, determining that the target protection logic is the low water level protection logic, and jumping to the step S207.
S205: and judging whether the water level switch is closed or not. And if so, jumping to the step S206, otherwise, jumping to the step S204, and determining the target protection logic again according to the water tank temperature and the direct heating running time.
Specifically, at this time, the compressor is closed, the warm water valve is opened to the maximum, the opening and closing state of the water level switch is monitored, the water level in the water tank is detected, and whether the water level switch is closed or not is judged. It can be understood that when the water level switch is triggered and closed, the water level in the water tank reaches a preset high water level state.
S206: and exiting the high water level protection logic and operating a high water level circulation mode.
Specifically, when the water level switch is closed in the process of executing the high water level protection logic, the water level in the water tank reaches a preset high water level state, at this time, the high water level protection logic can be quitted, the low flow protection mode of the unit is ended, and the working mode of the unit is switched to the high water level circulation mode.
S207: a low water level circulation mode is operated.
S208: and judging whether the temperature of the water tank reaches the target temperature. If yes, go to step S209, otherwise, go to step S207, and continue to operate the low water level circulation mode.
Specifically, when the target protection logic is determined to be the low water level protection logic, a low water level circulation instruction is generated, and the unit responds to the low water level circulation instruction to switch the working mode to the low water level circulation mode.
Meanwhile, in the process of operating the low water level circulation mode, the unit monitors the temperature of the water tank in real time through a water tank temperature sensor arranged in the water tank, compares the temperature of the water tank with a target temperature (R02), judges whether the temperature of the water tank reaches the target temperature (the temperature of the water tank is more than or equal to the target temperature), and if not, continues to operate the low water level circulation mode and repeats the judgment process of the low water level circulation mode and the temperature of the water tank until the temperature of the water tank reaches the target temperature.
S209: and judging whether the water level switch is closed or not. If so, go to step S210, otherwise, go to step S211.
S210: and exiting the low water level protection logic to stop the unit at constant temperature.
S211: and exiting the low water level protection logic and operating the direct heating mode.
Specifically, when the temperature of the water tank reaches the target temperature, the working mode of the unit is determined according to the opening and closing conditions of the water level switch. Further, the opening and closing state of the water level switch is obtained, when the water level switch is closed, the water level in the water tank reaches the preset high water level state and is not suitable for adding water into the water tank, at the moment, a stop instruction is generated, the unit responds to the stop instruction to close the compressor and switch the working mode of the unit to the stop mode, and heat preservation is carried out on the water in the water tank.
And when the temperature of the water tank reaches the target temperature, if the water level switch is in an open state, generating a direct heat instruction, responding to the direct heat instruction by the unit, switching the low water level circulation mode of the unit into a direct heat mode, and exiting the low water level protection logic.
For example, taking an example that R02 takes a value of 55 ℃, R07 takes a value of 6 ℃, R08 takes a value of 45 ℃, B17 takes a value of 2 ℃, and H09 takes a value of 1H, it is set that the current unit is in a direct heating mode and continues for 0.5H, at this time, the opening of the temperature control valve is opened to the maximum, and the temperature of the water tank corresponding to the continuous water outlet temperature of the unit for continuous 1 minute of unit water outlet is 50 ℃, at this time, the water outlet temperature is greater than the protection temperature (the water outlet temperature is greater than R08+ B17 is 47 ℃), the unit enters a low flow protection mode, the compressor is controlled to be closed.
And at the moment, the conditions that the unit is in a direct heating mode, the temperature of the water tank reaches the preset temperature (the temperature of the water tank is more than 50 ℃ and more than R02-R07 is more than 49 ℃) and the direct heating running time is less than the shortest time of the direct heating running (the direct heating running time is 0.5H and more than H09 is more than 1H) are met, and the target protection logic is determined to be high-water level protection logic.
Then judging whether the water level switch is closed, if so, exiting the high water level protection logic, and operating a high water level circulation mode; otherwise, determining the target protection logic again according to the water tank temperature and the direct heating operation time.
If the unit fails to meet the conditions that the unit is in the direct heating mode, the water tank temperature reaches the preset temperature, and the direct heating operation time is less than the shortest direct heating operation time, for example, the water tank temperature is less than the preset temperature (assuming that the water tank temperature is less than 48 ℃ < R02-R07 ═ 49 ℃), or the direct heating operation time of the current unit is greater than the shortest direct heating operation time (assuming that the direct heating operation time of the unit is 2H > H09 ═ 1H). And at the moment, if the target protection logic is determined to be the low water level protection logic, the unit is controlled to operate a low water level circulation mode, and the temperature of the water tank is detected in real time until the temperature of the water tank reaches the target temperature. And (3) assuming that the temperature of the water tank of the unit reaches 56 ℃ in the low water level circulation mode, and the temperature of the water tank is higher than the target temperature (the temperature of the water tank is 56 ℃ and is higher than R02 and is 55 ℃), judging whether the water level switch is closed, if so, stopping the unit at constant temperature, and otherwise, controlling the unit to switch the low water level circulation mode into the direct heating operation mode. At the same time, the low water level protection logic is exited regardless of whether the water level switch is closed.
When the unit enters the low-flow protection mode, the compressor is closed, the warm water valve is opened to the maximum, cold water is supplemented into the water tank, the water in the water tank is cooled, then the target protection logic is determined according to the temperature of the water tank and the direct-heating operation time, and when the target protection logic is the high-water-level protection logic, the unit is controlled to operate in the high-water-level circulation mode until the water level switch is closed, and when the target protection logic is the low-water-level protection logic, the low-water-level circulation mode is operated until the temperature of the water tank is reached, the water level switch is closed, and the direct-heating mode is operated.
