The water inlet 52 and the water delivery port 53 are also preferably formed at the bottom of the humidification water tank 5 to facilitate arrangement and connection of the structures.
The humidification water tank 5 is provided therein with a humidification water tank level detection unit, which in this embodiment includes a first humidification water tank level detection unit 59 capable of detecting a first water level and a second humidification water tank level detection unit 58 capable of detecting a second water level. And, the alarm unit gives an alarm signal at least when the water level of the condensed water tank 4 reaches the set water level, and/or the water level of the humidification water tank 5 reaches the first water level, and/or the overflow of the overflow port 54 occurs.
The precision air conditioner with the structure is provided with two water tanks, namely a condensation water tank 4 and a humidification water tank 5, wherein the two water tanks are mutually communicated at a specified height, and each water tank is provided with a water outlet for draining water; water level detection units are respectively arranged in the condensed water tank 4 and the humidifying water tank 5 to detect the water level of the water tank. In combination with the control of the method, when the water level of the condensed water tank 4 exceeds the set water level due to the failure of the first drainage port 41 or the first drainage pipe or the one-way valve 42 or the drainage failure of other reasons, an alarm signal is sent out by an alarm unit so as to process the drainage failure in time; when the water level of the condensed water tank 4 continues to rise, the water in the condensed water tank 4 can flow to the humidifying water tank 5 through the communication part 44, and the condensed water tank 4 is prevented from overflowing. When the water level of the humidification water tank 4 reaches the first water level due to the inflow of the condensed water and the like, the humidification water tank 4 can be controlled to forcibly drain water through the second water outlet 51, so that the overflow is avoided, and meanwhile, an alarm signal is sent to give an alarm. When the water level of the humidifying water tank 4 rises further and overflows, the overflow detecting unit 6 detects the overflow in time and gives an alarm again. Therefore, multi-stage water leakage safety early warning is formed when the condensate water tank 4 and the humidifying water tank 5 are matched with each other, sufficient time is provided for water leakage fault elimination, and the safety and reliability of the precision air conditioner are improved. In addition, in combination with the control of the method, the precision air conditioner with the structure can also realize an automatic water inlet function, a self-cleaning function of the humidifying water tank 5 and the like, and the specific realization of the functions is described in the following method.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating an embodiment of a method for controlling a precision air conditioner according to the present invention, and more particularly, an embodiment of a method for controlling a water leakage safety of a precision air conditioner having the structure of fig. 1.
As shown in fig. 2, this embodiment performs the water leakage safety control of the precision air conditioner using the following procedure:
step 21: and (4) operating the air conditioner, executing a water leakage safety control process, and acquiring a water level of the condensed water tank, a water level of the humidifying water tank and an overflow detection signal.
In connection with the structure of the precision air conditioner shown in fig. 1, the condensate tank water level is obtained by the output signal of the condensate tank water level detection unit 43, and the humidification tank water level is obtained by the output signals of the first humidification tank water level detection unit 59 and the second humidification tank water level detection unit 58. Then, the judgment of step 22, step 24 and step 26 is performed respectively according to the detection result, and different processing is performed according to the judgment result.
Step 22: and judging whether the water level of the condensed water tank reaches a set water level. If yes, go to step 23; otherwise, the water level detection of step 21 is continuously performed.
The set water level is a preset water level, which is a water level indicating that there is a possibility of a drainage failure of the condensed water tank 4.
When the air conditioner works, the condensed water generated by the indoor heat exchanger 1 flows into the condensed water tank 4, and the condensed water is discharged through the first water discharge port 41 and the check valve 42 through the first water discharge pipe under the action of gravity. By setting the appropriate caliber of the first drain port 41 and the pipe diameter of the first drain pipe, the level of the condensate water remaining in the condensate water tank 4 is lower than the set level in the normal drainage state. If a drainage fault of the condensate tank 4 occurs, for example, the first drainage port 41 or the first drainage pipe is blocked due to unknown reasons, so that drainage is not performed in a smooth water drainage check, the condensate water generated by the indoor heat exchanger 1 is continuously collected in the condensate tank 4, and the liquid level of the condensate tank 4 is continuously increased. When the liquid level rises to the set water level, step 23 is executed.
Step 23: and sending a first alarm signal.
If the water level of the condensed water tank 4 is judged to reach the set water level, a first alarm signal is sent out, for example, a first alarm signal is sent out through a host control unit of the air conditioner, the first alarm signal is a signal for alarming the condensed water tank 4 that a drainage fault occurs, and workers are informed to timely deal with the drainage fault problem of the condensed water tank 4. The first alarm signal may be one or more of an audible alarm signal, a light alarm signal, and a voice alarm signal.
In other preferred embodiments, the first alarm signal is sent out through the field alarm unit, and meanwhile, the first alarm information corresponding to the first alarm signal is sent to the appointed terminal remotely, so that terminal maintenance personnel can know the drainage fault information in time and process the fault in time on the field when no one is on the spot, and the safety and reliability of water leakage are improved.
In order to further improve the safety, the first alarm signal cannot be automatically reset, and the first alarm signal must be automatically reset manually, so that the alarm reminding can be continuously carried out when the corresponding fault is not processed, and the effectiveness and the reliability of the alarm are further improved.
Step 24: and judging whether the water level of the humidifying water tank reaches a first water level. If yes, go to step 25; otherwise, the water level detection of step 21 is continuously performed.
The first water level is a preset water level indicating that the water level of the humidification water tank 5 is too high.
During the operation of the air conditioner, during normal humidification, the water inlet and delivery of the humidification water tank 5 are controlled, for example, when the water level in the humidification water tank 5 is lower than the second water level, which is a water level value lower than the first water level, the water level in the humidification water tank 5 is low, the water inlet control unit 56 needs to be controlled to be opened to control the external humidification water source to flow into the humidification water tank 5 through the water inlet 52; when the water level in the humidification water tank 5 reaches the second water level, the water inlet control unit 56 is closed, the humidification water tank 5 stops water inlet, the water delivery control unit 57 controls the water delivery port 53 to supply water to the humidifier 2, the humidifier 2 humidifies air flowing through, and the humidified air is cooled by the indoor heat exchanger 1 and then sends the humid air into the room. In this process, the second drain control unit 55 controls the second drain port 51 not to drain water. Therefore, during normal humidification, the water level in the humidification water tank 5 is maintained at about the second water level without reaching the higher first water level by the combined control of the second humidification-tank water-level detection unit 58, the water intake control unit 56, and the water delivery control unit 57.
If the water level of the condensed water tank 4 is continuously raised due to a drainage failure, after the water level of the condensed water tank 4 is raised to the water level of the communication 44, the water in the condensed water tank 4 flows into the humidification water tank 5 through the communication 44, resulting in the continuous rise of the water level of the humidification water tank 5. When the upper position of the humidification water tank 5 rises to the first water level, step 25 is performed. Alternatively, step 25 is also performed when the water level of the humidification water tank 5 continues to rise to the first water level due to failure of the water inlet control unit 56 to stop water inlet when the water level of the humidification water tank 5 reaches the second water level.
Step 25: and sending out a second alarm signal.
If the water level of the humidification water tank 5 is judged to reach the first water level, which indicates that the water level of the humidification water tank 5 is too high, a second alarm signal is sent, for example, a host control unit of an air conditioner sends the second alarm signal, which is a signal for alarming that the water level of the humidification water tank 5 is too high and the risk of overflow possibly exists, and informs a worker to check and process the problem of water level rising of the humidification water tank 5 in time. The second alarm signal may be one or more of an audible alarm signal, a light alarm signal, and a voice alarm signal. Also, the drain of the second drain port 51 of the humidification water tank 5 is controlled by the drain control unit 55 at the same time as the second alarm signal is issued, so as to automatically lower the water level of the humidification water tank 5 as much as possible. Preferably, the second drain port 51 of the precision air conditioner is designed such that the amount of forcibly discharged water at this time is greater than the sum of the amount of the inflow water through the inlet port 52 and the amount of the water discharged from the condensate water tank 4 to the humidification water tank 5.
In other preferred embodiments, the water level of the humidifying water tank 5 is continuously detected during the forced draining of the second drain port 51, and if the water level is lower than the first water level, the second drain port 51 is controlled to stop draining at the drain control unit.
In other preferred embodiments, when the on-site alarm unit sends the second alarm signal, the second alarm information corresponding to the second alarm signal is sent to the designated terminal remotely, so that a terminal maintainer can know the drainage fault information in time and process the fault on site in time when no one is on site, and the safety and reliability of water leakage are improved.
In order to further improve the safety, the second alarm signal cannot be automatically reset, and the second alarm signal must be automatically reset manually, so that the alarm reminding can be continuously carried out when the corresponding fault is not processed, and the effectiveness and the reliability of the alarm are further improved.
Step 26: and judging whether overflow occurs. If yes, go to step 27; otherwise, the water level detection of step 21 is continuously performed.
Specifically, whether the water overflow occurs is judged according to the water overflow detection signal.
Step 27: and sending out a third alarm signal.
If the abnormal rising of the water levels of the condensate water tank 4 and the humidification water tank 5 is not removed in time, or the drainage structure of the humidification water tank 5 is broken, or the water level detecting units of both the water tanks are broken, etc., the water level of the humidification water tank 5 is continuously raised, and when the water level thereof is raised to the position of the overflow 54, water overflows from the overflow 54. And after the overflow is judged to occur, a third alarm signal is sent out, wherein the third alarm signal is a signal for alarming the overflow and can be one or more of a sound alarm signal, a light alarm signal and a voice alarm signal.
In other preferred embodiments, the third alarm signal is sent out through the field alarm unit, and meanwhile, third alarm information corresponding to the third alarm signal is sent to the appointed terminal remotely, so that terminal maintenance personnel can know the water overflow fault in time and process the fault in time on the field when no one is on the spot, and the safety and reliability of water leakage are improved.
In order to further improve the safety, the third alarm signal cannot be automatically reset, and the third alarm signal must be automatically reset manually, so that the alarm reminding can be continuously carried out when the corresponding fault is not processed, and the effectiveness and the reliability of the alarm are further improved.
And, as to the above-mentioned three alarm signals, have different emergency degree, the emergency degree of the first alarm signal, second alarm signal and third alarm signal strengthens sequentially, the emergency degree reflects directly through the alarm signal, in order to remind clearly.
By adopting the method, the multi-stage water leakage safety early warning can be realized, and sufficient time is provided for water leakage fault elimination, so that the safety and reliability of the precision air conditioner are improved, and the competitiveness of the product is improved.
Fig. 3 is a flow chart showing another embodiment of the control method of the precision air conditioner of the present invention, specifically, a flow chart showing an embodiment of a process including both a water leakage safety control process and a humidifying water tank self-cleaning control process.
As shown in fig. 3, together with the schematic view of the structure of the precision air conditioner of fig. 1, this embodiment performs control of the air conditioner using the following process.
Step 301: and starting the air conditioner to operate.
Step 302: and judging whether to execute a self-cleaning control process of the humidification water tank. If yes, go to step 303; otherwise, go to step 305.
Self-cleaning control of the humidification water tank is used as a specific mode and needs to be triggered to start. The starting can be triggered by a control key as required, or can be set in a program, and the starting is automatically triggered after certain conditions are met. For example, after the working time of the air conditioner reaches the set time, the starting is automatically triggered; or automatically triggering and starting after the indoor humidity meets a certain humidity value; or automatically triggering and starting according to the water quality of the water source and the working time, and the like.
Step 303: and controlling a second water outlet of the humidifying water tank to be in a water discharging state, simultaneously controlling a water delivery port of the humidifying water tank to stop water delivery, and controlling whether water is fed or not according to a second water level of the humidifying water tank.
The step is a process of executing self-cleaning control of the humidification water tank. When the humidification water tank self-cleaning process is performed, the second water discharge port 51 of the humidification water tank 5 is controlled to be in a water discharge state, that is, the second water discharge port 51 is controlled to be in a water discharge state by the water discharge control unit 55, and the water delivery port 53 of the humidification water tank 5 is controlled to stop delivering water, that is, the water delivery port 53 is controlled to stop delivering water by the water delivery control unit 57. Then, whether water is supplied or not is controlled according to the second water level of the humidification water tank 5.
Specifically, when the water level of the humidification water tank 5 is lower than the second water level, an external clean water source enters the humidification water tank 5 through the water inlet 52 and is then discharged through the second water discharge port 51 by the control of the water inlet control unit 56. If the discharge speed of the second water discharge port 51 is smaller than the water inflow speed of the water inlet port 52, the water inflow control unit 56 controls the water inlet port 52 to stop the inflow of water when the water level of the humidification water tank 5 reaches the second water level. By utilizing the circulation of water inlet and water discharge, dirt in the humidification water tank 5 is washed and discharged, and the internal self-cleaning of the humidification water tank 5 is realized. Because the content of suspended particles in the humidifying water tank 5 is higher in the self-cleaning process, the humidifying function of the air conditioner is suspended by controlling the water delivery port of the humidifying water tank to stop water delivery, and the unclean humidifying air caused by humidifying water with more impurities can be avoided.
Step 304: and judging whether the self-cleaning is finished or not. If yes, go to step 305; otherwise, go to step 303 to continue performing the self-cleaning process.
Whether the self-cleaning is finished or not can be judged by setting the self-cleaning time. And if the self-cleaning time reaches the set self-cleaning time, judging that the self-cleaning is finished.
Step 305: and executing a water leakage safety control process to obtain the water level of the condensed water tank, the water level of the humidifying water tank and an overflow detection signal.
This step is performed according to the judgment result of step 302 or step 304, and specifically, if the humidifying water tank self-cleaning control process is not required to be performed or is completed, a water leakage safety control process is performed to acquire the condensed water tank level, the humidifying water tank level and the overflow detection signal. Then, the judgment of step 306, step 308 and step 310 is performed respectively according to the detection result, and different processing is performed according to the judgment result.
Step 306: and judging whether the water level of the condensed water tank reaches a set water level. If yes, go to step 307; otherwise, the water level detection of step 305 is continued.
Step 307: and sending a first alarm signal to control the air conditioner to continue to operate.
The specific implementation process and purpose of step 306 and step 307 can refer to the description of step 22 and step 23 in the embodiment of fig. 2. In contrast to the embodiment of fig. 2, in step 307 of the embodiment of fig. 3, the air conditioner is controlled to continue to operate when the first alarm signal is issued. As described in the embodiment of fig. 2, the first alarm signal is an alarm signal with a low emergency degree, when the first alarm signal is sent out, there is an abnormality in the drainage of the condensed water tank 4, but the abnormality may be solved by the treatment of the humidifying water tank so as not to cause the risk of overflow, the main purpose of sending out the alarm signal is to perform early warning, and at this time, the air conditioner continues to operate without stopping to maintain normal cooling and humidifying treatment.
Step 308: and judging whether the water level of the humidifying water tank reaches a first water level. If yes, go to step 309; otherwise, the water level detection of step 305 is continued.
Step 309: and sending a second alarm signal and controlling the air conditioner to continue to operate.
The specific implementation process and purpose of step 308 and step 309 can refer to the description of step 24 and step 25 in the embodiment of fig. 2. In contrast to the embodiment of fig. 2, in step 309 of the embodiment of fig. 3, the air conditioner is controlled to continue to operate when the second alarm signal is issued. As described in the embodiment of fig. 2, the second alarm signal is an alarm signal with a medium urgency level, and an actual overflow problem does not occur yet, and the alarm signal is processed in time after the alarm, so that the hidden danger of overflow may be eliminated without an actual overflow risk, and the main purpose of sending the alarm signal is to perform an early warning, and at this time, the air conditioner continues to operate without stopping to maintain normal cooling and humidification processing.
Step 310: and judging whether overflow occurs. If yes, go to step 311; otherwise, the water level detection of step 305 is continued.
Step 311: and sending a third alarm signal and controlling the air conditioner to stop.
And after the occurrence of the overflow is detected, sending a third alarm signal and simultaneously controlling the air conditioner to stop so as to avoid other hazards caused by the continuous operation of the air conditioner.
In other preferred embodiments, in addition to the self-cleaning control process and the water leakage safety control process for the humidification water tank, the control method of the precision air conditioner further includes an automatic water inlet process, and in combination with the schematic structural diagram of the precision air conditioner shown in fig. 1, the automatic water inlet process specifically includes:
when the water level of the humidification water tank 5 reaches the second water level, controlling the water inlet 52 to stop water inflow;
when the water level of the humidification water tank 5 is lower than the second water level, the water inlet 52 is controlled to be filled with water.
The above examples are only intended to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, but not to limit it; although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes may be made and equivalents may be substituted for elements thereof; and such modifications or substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the corresponding technical solutions.
