The system and method of operating a split air preheater ABS blocking prevention according to claim 1, wherein: the bottom of flue gas cooling tank (5) is connected with dust collection box (6), cooling plate (11) pass through the bolt and install on the inside of flue gas cooling tank (5), cooling plate (11) link to each other with first circulating pump (8) and condenser (7) respectively through the transfer line, first circulating pump (8) and condenser (7) all install on one side of flue gas cooling tank (5) through the bolt.

The system and method of operating a split air preheater ABS blocking prevention according to claim 1, wherein: the bearing is installed to the one end of auger (12), the other end of auger (12) links to each other with the gear in gear box (10) is fixed, motor (9) pass through the bolt and install on one side of gear box (10).

The system and method of operating a split air preheater ABS blocking prevention according to claim 1, wherein: the flue gas heating box (3) is installed on the bottom of the second heat exchange box (14) through bolts, the second heat exchange box (14) is installed on the first heat exchange box (13) through bolts, the first heat exchange box (13) is installed on the flue gas cooling box (5) through bolts, and the flue gas cooling box (5) is installed on the top of the dust collection box (6) through bolts.

The system and method of operating a split air preheater ABS blocking prevention according to claim 1, wherein: the centrifugal fan (20) is installed on the top of the second heat exchange box (14) through bolts, the first heating pipe (15) is installed on the inside of the first heat exchange box (13) through a fixing frame, and the second heating pipe (16) is installed on the inside of the second heat exchange box (14) through a fixing frame.
8. A method of operating a split air preheater ABS blocking prevention according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein:
the method comprises the following steps: SCR outlet flue gas in the boiler (1) enters the flue gas heating box (3) through the first exhaust pipe (2), is rapidly heated through the electric heating plate (4), and is conveyed into the flue gas cooling box (5) through the gas conveying pipe (23);
step two: the cooling liquid on the cooling plate (11) flows through the condenser (7) and the first circulating pump (8) in a braking manner, so that the temperature of the cooling plate (11) is reduced, the heated flue gas can enable the ABS in the flue gas to be rapidly cooled and condensed on the bottom of the cooling plate (11) through the cooling plate (11), meanwhile, the motor (9) is braked so as to drive the gear in the gear box (10) to rotate, the gear in the gear box (10) is rotated so as to drive the packing auger (12) to rotate around the bearing, so that the ABS at the bottom of the cooling plate (11) is cleaned and falls into the dust collection box;
step three: air flows out of the two sides of the cooling plate (11) into the first heat exchange box (13), the first heating pipe (15) is heated by hot flue gas, and the second circulating pump (21) is used for braking so as to convey heat-conducting liquid in the second heating pipe (16) to the first heating pipe (15), so that heat exchange is realized;
step four: meanwhile, the centrifugal fan (20) is braked so as to convey the outside air into the second heat exchange box (14) through the air inlet groove (19), the outside air is contacted with the second heating pipe (16) so as to improve the heat of the air, the air is heated by the second heating pipe (16), and the air is conveyed into the boiler (1) through the air inlet pipe (22);
step five: the heat-exchanged flue gas passes through a flue gas filtering box (17) to be subjected to impurity filtering and then is discharged from a second exhaust pipe (18).
