After the incineration materials are thrown into the hearth from the feeding hole, the pyrolysis incineration process is carried out on the incineration materials in a spiral moving track horizontally towards the circle center of the hearth. The whole process is completed by power and combustion air provided by the stirring arm, and the whole material moves from the periphery of the hearth to the center of a circle in the pyrolysis incineration process and needs to pass through a drying area, a pyrolysis area incineration area and a cooling area.
Incinerating materials in a drying area, continuously stir-frying by a hollow oxygen supply pipe and a shoveling plate driven by a stirring arm, evaporating water, and meanwhile, slowly moving the materials in a spiral manner towards the center direction of a hearth while drying; and a rotary shoveling plate is arranged on the stirring arm in the range corresponding to the drying area. After the material is stir-fried and dried, the temperature of the material rises to about 200 ℃, volatile substances in the material begin to evaporate and release into a hearth, and the material also moves to a pyrolysis area according to a spiral track under the action of a stirring arm; organic matters in the materials in the pyrolysis area are thermally decomposed at 200-600 ℃, and pyrolysis gas and pyrolysis carbide are formed at the same time. These combustible volatile matter and pyrolysis gas are burned together with combustion air blown out from the primary oxygen supply port. Meanwhile, under the driving of combustion air, the rotating paddle rotates along the rotating shaft to drive the shoveling plate to rotate, meanwhile, the stirring arm is stirred and rotated on the hearth at the speed of several revolutions per minute, a gap is formed between the stirring arm and the material, the material is dried rapidly, and the surface of the dried material is continuously stirred, fried and updated, so that the combustible pyrolysis gas is uniformly generated on the hearth. Because the material can be dried quickly in the drying area, the invention is suitable for the direct incineration of high-humidity sludge. The air entering from the secondary oxygen supply port arranged around the furnace wall enables the combustion flame in the furnace to form a rotating state, the combustible gas and the air are fully stirred and mixed in the furnace cavity on the upper surface of the furnace bed under the action of the flow guide energy concentrator, the flow guide energy concentrator provides a large amount of radiation heat, the incineration temperature is more stable, the flame swirling flow is more regular, and the flame is completely combusted at the upper part of the hearth. The flow guiding energy concentrator stores heat when the hearth is heated and releases heat when the hearth is cooled, so that the temperature of the hearth is effectively regulated, and the operation is stable and more stable; and simultaneously, the mixed air is neutralized, so that combustion and oxygen supply are uniform. The structure principle and the operation working condition of the incineration device are strictly designed according to the 3T control dioxin principle, and the generation of dioxin in the incineration process is strictly controlled. The main expression is in three aspects: disturbance of combustion temperature, combustion time and combustion state; firstly, the burning temperature is strictly controlled to be about 850 ℃; secondly, the flame combustion residence time is more than 2 seconds; thirdly, burning flame into a rotary reflux shape to form turbulent disturbance; the materials on the hearth also move in a ceaseless turnover and disturbance mode. Both solid phase and gas phase can be fully combusted.
The solid phase left after the combustible gas in the material is completely released, which is called as pyrolytic carbide, is mainly carbon and enters an incineration area in a hearth under the rotation of a stirring arm to be in an ignition state at the temperature of 500-800 ℃. The pyrolytic carbide is stirred and simultaneously comes into contact with air blown from a primary oxygen supply port connected to a stirring arm to start combustion, and while the pyrolytic carbide is being combusted, the pyrolytic carbide is stirred while being stirred, and gradually moves to the center of the hearth along a spiral track while being combusted. The diameter of the oxygen supply port at the bottom is increased because more combustion-supporting air is needed at the bottom, and the number of the oxygen supply ports is increased compared with the pyrolysis area; after the pyrolytic carbide is completely combusted, the pyrolytic carbide is changed into ash, enters a cooling area in a hearth, and is blown out from a primary oxygen supply port on the stirring arm for cooling; the cooled ash and slag finally move to the central part of the hearth, are discharged from an ash discharge port, enter a slag discharging device and are conveyed out. As more air is needed to cool the ash slag, the number of the primary oxygen supply ports in the cooling area is the most dense, so that on one hand, the temperature of the ash slag is reduced, the subsequent conveying is convenient, the heat in the ash slag is recovered, the temperature of combustion air is increased, and the auxiliary fuel is saved. When the temperature in the furnace is insufficient, auxiliary fuel such as natural gas can be introduced to support combustion.
