本发明涉及多角度监视器架,包括与架筒体,架筒体内部上端安装有环体架,环体架通过轴承连接有主心杆,所述主心杆配合有与环体架铰接相连的三根支腿架;所述架筒体上端安装有电机,电机连接有U形架;U形架上安装有角度摆动组件;角度摆动组件包括活动基座,活动基座上铰接安装有探头。本发明使用方便,在对探头进行位置放定和间接调节高度的基础上,还能控制探头环形360度旋转和高度倾斜角调节,并能够控制探头转弯来监控死角,达到全面多方位角度对畜牧场进行监控的效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种小型器械,具体的说是多角度监视器架。
背景技术
一般来说,在畜牧养殖行业中,由于农场主无法时时刻刻都待在饲养场中来监视牛羊的生长情况,故而最好的方式莫过于采用监控探头来对畜牧场进行监视,并将图像传输给手机或其他输出设备上,以方便观测。现问题是传统的摄像探头监控调节角度模式较为单一,进而导致一个探头所能监视的视角范围有限,必须要采购多个探头才能做到多角度全方位监控,耗费的成本较大。
发明内容
现为了克服上述传统探头存在的缺陷之处,本发明提出了多角度监视器架。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
多角度监视器架,包括与架筒体,架筒体内部上端安装有环体架,环体架通过轴承连接有主心杆,所述主心杆配合有与环体架铰接相连的三根支腿架;所述架筒体上端安装有电机,电机连接有U形架;U形架上安装有角度摆动组件;角度摆动组件包括活动基座,活动基座上铰接安装有探头。
架筒体上通过轴承安装有手柄,手柄上安装有一号锥齿轮,一号锥齿轮啮合有安装于主心杆上的二号锥齿轮;所述主心杆下部设有螺纹部,螺纹部螺纹配合有竖直滑动安装于架筒体内侧的升降环,升降环铰接安装有三根副连杆,每根副连杆均铰接连有固定安装于对应的支腿架下部的固定环。
所述架筒体侧壁上开有供副连杆、支腿架穿过的贯通槽。
所述U形架下部通过轴承安装于架筒体上,U形架上设有与活动基座滑动配合的复合槽。
所述活动基座上铰接安装有与探头铰接相连的气缸,U形架上固定安装有液压缸、导杆;所述液压缸连接有与导杆滑动配合的倾斜架;倾斜架上开有倾斜槽;活动基座上设有与倾斜槽滑动且铰接配合的活动键。
在本发明中,复合槽上部呈直线型,复合槽下部呈圆弧形,即复合槽的形状与U形架下部的形状相似。活动基座与U形架相抵合。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明使用方便,在对探头进行位置放定和间接调节高度的基础上,还能控制探头环形360度旋转和高度倾斜角调节,并能够控制探头转弯来监控死角,达到全面多方位角度对畜牧场进行监控的效果。

如图1至图6所示,多角度监视器架,包括与架筒体1,架筒体1内部上端安装有环体架2,环体架2通过轴承连接有主心杆3,所述主心杆3配合有与环体架2铰接相连的三根支腿架4;所述架筒体1上端安装有电机11,电机11连接有U形架12;U形架12上安装有角度摆动组件;角度摆动组件包括活动基座13,活动基座13上铰接安装有探头14。
架筒体1上通过轴承安装有手柄5,手柄5上安装有一号锥齿轮6,一号锥齿轮6啮合有安装于主心杆3上的二号锥齿轮7;所述主心杆3下部设有螺纹部3a,螺纹部3a螺纹配合有竖直滑动安装于架筒体1内侧的升降环8,升降环8铰接安装有三根副连杆9,每根副连杆9均铰接连有固定安装于对应的支腿架4下部的固定环10。
所述架筒体1侧壁上开有供副连杆9、支腿架4穿过的贯通槽1a。
所述U形架12下部通过轴承安装于架筒体1上,U形架12上设有与活动基座13滑动配合的复合槽12a。
所述活动基座13上铰接安装有与探头14铰接相连的气缸18,U形架12上固定安装有液压缸15、导杆16;所述液压缸15连接有与导杆16滑动配合的倾斜架17;倾斜架17上开有倾斜槽17a;活动基座13上设有与倾斜槽17a滑动且铰接配合的活动键13a。
在本发明中,复合槽12a上部呈直线型,复合槽12a下部呈圆弧形,即复合槽12a的形状与U形架12下部的形状相似。活动基座13与U形架12相抵合。
本发明在使用时,人工只需将架筒体1搬移至畜牧场上视野较好的地方,通过人工手动转动手柄5,在锥齿轮传动作用下,整个主心杆3恒速旋转,驱使升降环8在上下方向上进行滑动,在各个副连杆9的传动作用下,各个支腿架4围绕其在环体架2上的铰接点进行同步转动,即实现控制各个支腿架4进行旋转,一方面达到稳定支撑作用,另一方面也达到间接调节探头14的位置高度作用。
此外,在实际使用时,可通过电机11来带动U形架12旋转,即可控制探头14进行360度旋转,即环形角度调节监控。与此同时,还能通过气缸18带动探头14进行上下摆动,即实现对监控的高度角度进行调节。
另外还能通过液压缸15推拉倾斜架17,促使U形架12以及探头14均能够沿着环形的轨迹进行行走,当U形架12以及探头14沿复合槽12a的圆弧轨迹向下行走时,能够实现对探头14进行转弯,即使得探头14实现对底部死角进行监控。

1.多角度监视器架,包括与架筒体(1),架筒体(1)内部上端安装有环体架(2),其特征在于:环体架(2)通过轴承连接有主心杆(3),所述主心杆(3)配合有与环体架(2)铰接相连的三根支腿架(4);所述架筒体(1)上端安装有电机(11),电机(11)连接有U形架(12);U形架(12)上安装有角度摆动组件;角度摆动组件包括活动基座(13),活动基座(13)上铰接安装有探头(14)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多角度监视器架,其特征在于:架筒体(1)上通过轴承安装有手柄(5),手柄(5)上安装有一号锥齿轮(6),一号锥齿轮(6)啮合有安装于主心杆(3)上的二号锥齿轮(7);所述主心杆(3)下部设有螺纹部(3a),螺纹部(3a)螺纹配合有竖直滑动安装于架筒体(1)内侧的升降环(8),升降环(8)铰接安装有三根副连杆(9),每根副连杆(9)均铰接连有固定安装于对应的支腿架(4)下部的固定环(10)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的多角度监视器架,其特征在于:所述架筒体(1)侧壁上开有供副连杆(9)、支腿架(4)穿过的贯通槽(1a)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的多角度监视器架,其特征在于:所述U形架(12)下部通过轴承安装于架筒体(1)上,U形架(12)上设有与活动基座(13)滑动配合的复合槽(12a)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的多角度监视器架,其特征在于:所述活动基座(13)上铰接安装有与探头(14)铰接相连的气缸(18),U形架(12)上固定安装有液压缸(15)、导杆(16);所述液压缸(15)连接有与导杆(16)滑动配合的倾斜架(17);倾斜架(17)上开有倾斜槽(17a);活动基座(13)上设有与倾斜槽(17a)滑动且铰接配合的活动键(13a)。
