Abstract
The invention provides a flue gas regulating valve plate for a turbine waste heat flue, which comprises a valve rod, a valve plate connecting sleeve, a fastening bolt plate, a valve plate and a rib plate, wherein the valve plate connecting sleeve is sleeved on the valve rod; the fastening bolt plate penetrates through the valve rod and the valve plate connecting sleeve to enable the valve rod and the valve plate connecting sleeve to be fixed with each other; the valve rod is provided with a plurality of through holes in the part, located in the circular area covered by the valve plate, each rib plate which is longitudinally arranged is provided with one through hole corresponding to the position of the rib plate, and the axis of each through hole is perpendicular to the plane of the valve plate. The rib plate has a more reasonable structure, the strength is improved exponentially, the bending deformation under the pressure of smoke is resisted, and the problems of valve plate clamping stagnation and inflexible rotation are solved.

The invention relates to the technical field of turbine waste heat utilization, in particular to a flue gas regulating valve plate for a turbine waste heat flue.
Background
The turbine waste heat generating flue valve is installed on a turbine waste heat flue, the nominal diameter of a valve plate is 1.2m-2m, the valve is in a pneumatic action mode and used for adjusting the flow of waste heat flue gas participating in heat exchange, the working temperature is about 400 ℃, the valve is frequently actuated during working, the valve plate is deformed due to creep of the high-temperature valve plate of the flue gas and the exhaust pressure of the flue gas, so that the valve rod is frequently suddenly broken, the valve plate is bent and deformed in the opening adjusting process, and the normal use of the turbine waste heat is influenced. Therefore, the valve plate of the turbine waste heat smoke plate valve needs to be solved, the conditions of valve rod fracture, integral bending deformation and clamping stagnation are generated, and the technical scheme that the valve can normally operate for a long time is guaranteed.

The number of the rib plates on each side of the valve plate is 16, and the rib plates are arranged in a 4 x 4 mode.
The valve rod is made of round steel.
The valve plate connecting sleeve is a seamless steel pipe.
The rib plates are made of steel plates with the length and width of 50mm and the thickness of 10 mm.
The fastening bolt plate is a bolt for single-end reaming.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the valve plate is made of a material which is more resistant to high temperature than the original common material, and does not creep after long-time use, and the valve rod is not broken, so that the service life is prolonged;
2. the concentricity of the two ends of the valve rod and the axle center of the valve body installation is high, the rotation is flexible, the disassembly and the maintenance can be realized for the bolt connection, and the maintenance cost is reduced;
3. the rib plate has a more reasonable structure, the strength is improved exponentially, the bending deformation under the pressure of smoke is resisted, and the problems of valve plate clamping stagnation and inflexible rotation are solved.

The flue gas regulating valve plate for the turbine waste heat flue, as shown in fig. 1-3, comprises a valve rod 1, a valve plate connecting sleeve 2, a fastening bolt plate 3, a valve plate 4 and a rib plate 5, wherein the valve plate connecting sleeve 2 is sleeved on the valve rod 1, the valve plate 4 is a circular plate formed by splicing two semicircular plates, the valve rod 1 penetrates through the valve plate 4, the rib plate 5 is arranged in a transverse and longitudinal staggered manner, and the valve plate connecting sleeve 2, the valve plate 4 and the rib plate 5 are welded into a whole; the fastening bolt plate 3 penetrates through the valve rod 1 and the valve plate connecting sleeve 2, so that the valve rod 1 and the valve plate connecting sleeve 2 are fixed with each other; the part of the valve rod 1, which is positioned in the circular area covered by the valve plate 4, is provided with a plurality of through holes 6, each rib plate 5 which is longitudinally arranged is provided with one through hole 6 corresponding to the position of the rib plate 5, the axis of each through hole 6 is vertical to the plane of the valve plate 4, and the valve rod 1 is in clearance fit with the valve plate connecting sleeve 2. In this embodiment, the rib plate 5 is made of a steel plate with a length and width of 50mm and a thickness of 10mm, the valve rod 1 is made of round steel, the valve plate connecting sleeve 2 is made of a seamless steel pipe, and the fastening bolt plate 3 is a bolt for single-end reaming. The rib plates 5 are distributed on two sides of the valve plate 4, the number of the rib plates 5 on each side of the valve plate 4 is 16, the rib plates are arranged in a 4 x 4 mode, and the corresponding positions of the through holes 6 and the rib plates 5 are shown in figure 2. The valve plate 4 and the rib plate 5 are also provided with mounting holes at positions corresponding to the through holes 6, and welded valve plate components are mounted in the valve in the using and mounting process, aligned with the through holes 6 and fixed by fixing screws. The valve plate has the advantages that the strength of the valve plate is improved in a doubling mode through the special rib plate structure, the valve plate is prevented from being bent and deformed, the valve rod can be conveniently drawn out to detach the valve plate for maintenance when the valve plate breaks down in the using process, the heat-resistant steel prevents the valve plate from high-temperature creep, the concentricity of the valve rod is high, deformation is avoided after heating, and the service life is prolonged.

5. The flue gas valve plate for turbine waste heat flue regulation according to claim 1, wherein the rib plate (5) is a steel plate with a length and width of 50mm and a thickness of 10 mm.
6. The flue gas valve plate for turbine waste heat flue conditioning as set forth in claim 1, wherein the fastening bolt plate (3) is a bolt for single-headed reaming.
