The vehicle drive axle assembly further comprises an oil seal member 7, the oil seal member 7 is sleeved outside one end of the flange 6, the inner surface of the oil seal member 7 is in sealing contact with the flange 6, and the outer surface of the oil seal member 7 is in sealing contact with the inner wall of the first through hole, so that the oil seal member 7 can seal a gap between the flange 6 and the speed reducer shell 1, and a relatively closed space is created for the driving bevel gear 3. For example, the first bearing 4, the second bearing 5, the third bearing 9 and the fourth bearing 10 in this embodiment are all tapered roller bearings, so as to have better supporting effect and anti-wear effect.
Further, referring to fig. 1, a bearing cover 80 is further fixed in the reducer case 1, the bearing cover 80 is disposed opposite to the reducer case 1, and the driven bevel gear 8 further includes a first case 82 connected to the second bevel gear 81 and a second case 83 connected to the first case 82. The third bearing 9 is sleeved outside the first housing 82, an inner surface of the third bearing 9 is attached to an outer surface of the first housing 82, and an outer surface of the third bearing 9 is attached to the reducer case 1 and the bearing cap 80, that is, the third bearing 9 is sleeved outside the first housing 82 and is installed between the reducer case 1 and the bearing cap 80. The third bearing 9 is for supporting the first housing 82 so that the first housing 82 smoothly rotates with respect to the reduction gear case 1 and the bearing cover 80. Illustratively, the reducer case 1 has a second mounting groove thereon, the outer surface of the third bearing 9 is fitted to the groove wall of the second mounting groove, and the second mounting groove can be used to prevent the axial movement of the third bearing 9.
The fourth bearing 10 is sleeved outside the second housing 83, an inner surface of the fourth bearing 10 is attached to an outer surface of the second housing 83, and an outer surface of the fourth bearing 10 is attached to the reducer case 1 and the bearing cap 80, that is, the fourth bearing 10 is sleeved outside the second housing 83 and is installed between the reducer case 1 and the bearing cap 80. The fourth bearing 10 is for supporting the second housing 83 so that the second housing 83 smoothly rotates with respect to the reduction gear case 1 and the bearing cover 80. Alternatively, as shown in fig. 3, the fourth bearing 10 is axially restrained by a first lock nut 100 screwed outside the second housing 83.
Preferably, in the present embodiment, the first housing 82 and the second bevel gear 81 are an integral structure, which can be understood as forming the second bevel gear 81 at one end of the first housing 82, and the second housing 83 and the first housing 82 can be fixedly connected by a connecting member such as a bolt. The four third axial diameters of the cross 20 are in one-to-one correspondence with the four planetary gears 40, and each third axial diameter is connected to its corresponding planetary gear 40, so that the planetary gears 40 can perform rotation about the third axial diameter and follow the revolution of the side gear 30.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, adjustment shims 300 are provided between the gear portion of one side gear 30 and the first case 82, and between the gear portion of the other side gear 30 and the second case 83, respectively, to prevent wear of the gear portion, the first case 82, and the second case 83.
Still further, as shown in fig. 4, the planetary gear 40 abuts against the first housing 82 or the second housing 83, and planetary gear spacers 400 are provided between the planetary gear 40 and the first housing 82 and between the planetary gear 40 and the second housing 83.
Alternatively, referring to fig. 1, the vehicle drive axle assembly further includes a sliding gear sleeve 50, the sliding gear sleeve 50 is located on the same side of the driven bevel gear 8 as the bearing housing 2, and end face teeth of the sliding gear sleeve 50 are engaged with end face teeth of the driven bevel gear 8.

1. A vehicle drive axle assembly, comprising:
a speed reducer case (1);
the bearing seat (2) is positioned in the speed reducer shell (1) and is fixedly connected with the speed reducer shell (1);
the driving bevel gear (3) comprises a first bevel gear (31), a first shaft diameter (32) and a second shaft diameter (33), wherein the first shaft diameter (32) is connected to one side of the first bevel gear (31), and the second shaft diameter (33) is connected to the other side of the first bevel gear (31);
the first bearing (4) is sleeved on the first shaft diameter (32) and is installed in the speed reducer shell (1), the inner surface of the first bearing (4) is attached to the first shaft diameter (32), and the outer surface of the first bearing (4) is attached to the speed reducer shell (1);
and the second bearing (5) is sleeved on the second shaft diameter (33) and is arranged in the bearing seat (2), the inner surface of the second bearing (5) is attached to the second shaft diameter (33), and the outer surface of the second bearing (5) is attached to the bearing seat (2).

The vehicle drive axle assembly of claim 1 further comprising a flange (6), said flange (6) having a splined bore, an end of said first shaft diameter (32) distal from said first bevel gear (31) having external splines, said flange (6) being connected to said first shaft diameter (32) by said splined bore and said external splines engaging each other.
3. The vehicle drive axle assembly according to claim 2, wherein the flange (6) is located on a side of the first bearing (4) away from the drive bevel gear (3), and a lower end surface of the flange (6) abuts an upper end surface of the first bearing (4).

The vehicle drive axle assembly according to claim 2, wherein the speed reducer case (1) has a first through hole, one end of the flange (6) is inserted into the first through hole, the vehicle drive axle assembly further comprises an oil seal (7), the oil seal (7) is sleeved outside one end of the flange (6), the inner surface of the oil seal (7) is in sealing contact with the flange (6), and the outer surface of the oil seal (7) is in sealing contact with the inner wall of the first through hole.
5. The vehicle drive axle assembly according to claim 1, wherein the outer surface of the second bearing (5) is in abutment with a side wall of the bearing housing (2), and the bottom wall of the bearing housing (2) is provided with an oil hole (21).

The vehicle drive axle assembly according to claim 1, further comprising a driven bevel gear (8), a third bearing (9) and a fourth bearing (10) respectively disposed in the reducer case (1), wherein the driven bevel gear (8) comprises a second bevel gear (81) engaged with the first bevel gear (31), and the third bearing (9) and the fourth bearing (10) are located on the same side of the second bevel gear (81).

The vehicle drive axle assembly according to claim 6, further comprising a bearing cover (80) fixed in the reducer case (1), the driven bevel gear (8) further comprises a first shell (82) connected to the second bevel gear (81) and a second shell (83) connected to the first shell (82), the third bearing (9) is sleeved outside the first shell (82), and the inner surface of the third bearing (9) is attached to the outer surface of the first shell (82), the outer surface of the third bearing (9) is attached to the reducer shell (1) and the bearing cover (80), the fourth bearing (10) is sleeved outside the second shell (83), and the inner surface of the fourth bearing (10) is attached to the outer surface of the second housing (83), the outer surface of the fourth bearing (10) is attached to the reducer case (1) and the bearing cover (80).

The vehicle drive axle assembly according to claim 7, wherein the first case (82) and the second case (83) form a receiving chamber, the vehicle drive axle assembly further comprises a cross shaft (20), two side gears (30) and four planetary gears (40) respectively disposed in the receiving chamber, the first case (82) is provided with a first fitting hole, the second case (83) is provided with a second fitting hole, one of the side gears (30) has an axial diameter connected to the first fitting hole, the other of the side gears (30) has an axial diameter connected to the second fitting hole, the four planetary gears (40) are located between the two side gears (30), and each planetary gear (40) is engaged with both of the side gears (30), the four third axial diameters of the cross shaft (20) correspond to the four planetary gears (40) one by one, each of the third shafts is connected to its corresponding planetary gear (40).
9. The vehicle drive axle assembly according to claim 6, characterized in that the driven bevel gear (8) is located at one side of the bearing seat (2).
10. The vehicle drive axle assembly according to claim 6, characterized in that the first bearing (4), the second bearing (5), the third bearing (9) and the fourth bearing (10) are all tapered roller bearings.
