Abstract
The invention provides a harvester fan structure which comprises a fan shaft, a plurality of supporting units and a plurality of fan blades, wherein the supporting units are uniformly fixed on the fan shaft at intervals, the fan blades are fixed on the supporting units, each supporting unit comprises a plurality of fan blade supports, the supporting units are sequentially bolted and fixed and locked on the fan shaft along the circumferential direction of the fan shaft, and the fan blades are respectively bolted and fixed on the fan blade supports. All the fan blade supports enclose a polygon which is circumscribed to a circle of the cross section of the fan shaft. Through the mode of bolt joint with a plurality of flabellum supports around the fan axle fixed, simple structure is stable, and convenient and fast, the easy change is dismantled to spare part.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of agricultural machinery, in particular to a harvester fan structure.
Background
The crawler-type combine harvester threshing system can be divided into a longitudinal axial flow type threshing and cleaning system and a transverse axial flow type threshing and cleaning system, and the threshing and cleaning systems in the two forms are the main structural forms used in the current market.
The harvester is mainly internally divided into a threshing system, a screening system and a winnowing system from top to bottom, the winnowing system is used for continuously blowing air towards the tail of the harvester, the air blows the air to pass through a falling area of crop grains and a mesh screen surface in the screening system, and impurities such as grass fragments and fluff which are lighter than the crop grains are blown out to an opening at the tail of the harvester, so that the crop grains with high cleanliness can be collected.

All the fan blade supports in any one of the supporting units enclose a regular polygon.
The fan blade support is of a plate-shaped structure.
The fan blade support is bent to form a fixing section and an installation section; the end part of the mounting section is suitable for mounting the fan blade; an included angle alpha formed between the fixed section and the mounting section is complementary with an internal angle beta of a regular polygon formed by the fan blade support.
The fixed section of one fan blade bracket is bolted and fixed on the mounting section of the other fan blade bracket.
A flat-mouth groove is formed in the fan shaft corresponding to any one of the supporting units; one fan blade support is fixed in the flat-mouth groove.
The reinforcing plate is welded and fixed in the flat-mouth groove; the fan blade bracket is fixed on the upper surface of the reinforcing plate; the thickness of the reinforcing plate is the same as the depth of the flat-mouth groove; the width of the reinforcing plate in the radial direction of the fan shaft is not larger than the diameter of the fan shaft.
The width of the reinforcing plate is the same as the width dimension of the flat slot in the radial direction of the fan shaft.
The fan shaft is provided with a plurality of flat-mouth grooves; the flat-mouth grooves and the fan blade supports are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence manner; the fan blade support is correspondingly fixed in the flat-mouth groove.
The fan blades are fixed on two fan blade brackets in two adjacent supporting units in a bridging manner.

In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, a flat slot 11i is formed in a fan shaft 1i corresponding to any supporting unit, a reinforcing plate 4i is welded in the flat slot 11i, the thickness of the reinforcing plate 4i is the same as the depth of the flat slot 11i, that is, the upper surface of the reinforcing plate 4i is tangent to a circle of the cross section of the fan shaft 1i, and meanwhile, the radial width of the reinforcing plate 4i along the fan shaft 1i is not greater than the diameter of the fan shaft 1i, that is, the side length of a square surrounded by a fan blade support 3i is avoided being greater than, which results in that the assembly cannot be performed. In the present embodiment, the width of the reinforcing plate 4i is the same as the width of the flat groove 11 i. Through the limit of the flat slot 11i, the relative sliding between the fan blade support 3i and the fan shaft 1i caused by the small clamping force of the fan blade support 3i fixed on the fan shaft 1i is further avoided.
As shown in fig. 3, in this embodiment, four supporting units are sequentially disposed on the fan shaft 1i at intervals, four blades 2i are disposed on two supporting units located on the left side, the blades 2i are of a sheet structure, and each blade 2i spans over two supporting units and is bolted and fixed to the mounting sections 31i of the two blade brackets 3 i. The fan blades 2i on the two support units on the right side are arranged the same as on the left side, and the detailed structure is not described herein. a plurality of fan blade supports (3i) bolted and fixed to the fan shaft (1i) in this order in the circumferential direction of the fan shaft (1i) and locked to the fan shaft (1 i); the fan blades (2i) are respectively bolted and fixed on the fan blade bracket (3 i); all the fan blade supports (3i) enclose a polygon which is circumscribed to a circle of the cross section of the fan shaft (1 i).
2. Harvester fan structure according to claim 1, characterized in that all the fan blade supports (3i) in any one of the support units enclose a regular polygon.
3. Harvester fan structure according to claim 2, characterized in that the blade support (3i) is a plate-like structure.
4. Harvester fan structure according to claim 3, characterized in that the blade support (3i) is bent to form a fixing section (32i) and a mounting section (31 i); the end of the mounting section (31i) is suitable for mounting the fan blade; an included angle alpha formed between the fixing section (32i) and the mounting section (31i) is complementary with an internal angle beta of a regular polygon formed by the fan blade supports (3 i).
5. Harvester fan structure according to claim 4, characterized in that the fixed section (32i) of one of the blade supports (3i) is bolted to the mounting section (31i) of the other blade support (3 i).
6. The harvester fan structure according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the fan shaft (1i) corresponding to any one of the support units is provided with a flat slot (11 i); one fan blade support (3i) is fixed in the flat groove (11 i).

Harvester fan structure according to claim 6, further comprising a stiffening plate (4i) welded fixed within the flat slot (11 i); the fan blade support (3i) is fixed on the upper surface of the reinforcing plate (4 i); the thickness of the reinforcing plate (4i) is the same as the groove depth of the flat groove (11 i); the width of the reinforcing plate (4i) in the radial direction of the fan shaft (1i) is not greater than the diameter of the fan shaft (1 i).
8. Harvester fan structure according to claim 7, characterised in that the width of the stiffening plate (4i) is the same size as the width of the flat slot (11i) in the radial direction of the fan shaft (1 i).

Harvester fan structure according to any one of claims 1-5, characterized in that the fan shaft (1i) is provided with a plurality of flat slots (11 i); the flat-mouth grooves (11i) and the fan blade supports (3i) are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence manner; the fan blade support (3i) is correspondingly fixed in the flat-mouth groove (11 i).
10. Harvester fan structure according to any one of claims 1-5, characterized in that the fan blades (2i) are fixed across two of the fan blade supports (3i) in two adjacent support units.
