A mounting and fixing device for a classroom roller shutter comprises a left end L support and a right end L support which are fixed on a wall vertical surface at equal heights and used for supporting the roller shutter, wherein a screw hole A is formed in a vertical plate at the outer end of the L support; the end vertical surfaces of the left end cover and the right end cover of the roller shutter housing are provided with concave areas; the bolt penetrates through the screw hole A from outside to inside and then is connected with the nut C, the inner end of the nut C or the inner concave area of the end cover is arranged inside the nut C, the nut C can be separated from the inner concave area in the left-right direction, and the nut B attached to the L-shaped supporting end vertical plate is beneficial to stabilizing the bolt. Detailed Description
Example 1. An electric roller blind using a micro motor as a power source has an outer case having end caps at both left and right ends, and generally, a roller blind product is shown in fig. 1 a. The left and right L-brackets are constructed as shown in fig. 3a-b, which are suitably carbon steel stampings with good rigidity and load-bearing capacity. The main board (11) of the L support is provided with a middle hole (111) and a transverse hole (112) below the middle hole for secondary guarantee, and the left L support and the right L support can be fixed at the same height on the wall vertical surface above the window by virtue of the middle hole (111) and the transverse hole (112). The L support is also provided with a front vertical plate (13), and one side of the outer end of the product is provided with an end vertical plate (14). When two ends of a roller shutter product are flatly placed on a horizontal bottom plate (12) of an L support, normally, end vertical plates (14) of a left L support and a right L support limit the product or the left or right super-preset displacement, and front vertical plates (13) of the left L support and the right L support limit the forward super-preset displacement of the product, namely, the roller shutter product can be prevented from falling from the air due to possible accumulated displacement under long-term operation, but the roller shutter product cannot be controlled to jump upwards and fall off the ground due to special external force action.
Fig. 2a-C are pictorial views of the bolt (3), nut B (4), and nut C (5), respectively. Referring to fig. 3a-B, a screw hole A (141) is obtained at the equal height of the L-shaped supporting end vertical plate (14), a bolt (3) penetrates through the screw hole A (141) of the end vertical plate, and then a nut B (4) and a nut C (5) are sequentially screwed on the bolt (3). See FIGS. 1 b-c: the end vertical surfaces of the left end cover and the right end cover of the roller shutter housing are respectively provided with an inner concave area (21), and the inner concave areas can loosely accommodate the end parts of the nuts C (5). See FIGS. 4a-b and 4 c-d: when the roller shutter product is placed on the left L support and the right L support, the bolts (3) are fastened on the end vertical plates (14) by the nuts B (4) at the two ends of the roller shutter, namely the bolts (3) are perpendicular to the end vertical plates (14) and are stable and firm in state, the front ends of the nuts C (5) at the two ends of the roller shutter are lightly pasted on the vertical surfaces of the inner concave areas (21), namely once the roller shutter product is about to jump off on the L support, the lower side of the inner concave areas (21) is prevented by the strong force of the front sections of the nuts C (5), and the housing of the roller shutter product has enough overall rigidity, so that the nuts C (5) can forcibly limit the whole upward jump off of the roller shutter product. The left and right ends of the roller blind product are controlled not to be jumped off, and fig. 4a and 4c are enlarged views of the partial blocking of the ends of the roller blind product, and fig. 4b and 4d are enlarged views of the roller blind product.
Fig. 5a-c illustrate the same as above, but already in the case of a single-layer roller blind, and fig. 5a-b illustrate the design device construction in isolation and in full. In contrast, as shown in FIGS. 4a-d, the case of a double-layer roller blind is shown.
In the case of the single-layer roller shutter or the double-layer roller shutter, the left end and the right end of the roller shutter pass through the lower side of the inner concave area (21) of the blocking end cover by means of the bolt (3), the nut B (4), the nut C (5) and the L-shaped supporting end vertical plate (14), so that the working principle of preventing the roller shutter product from jumping off and falling can be achieved, and the working principle can be seen in fig. 6 a-B.
The conventional maintenance of the product requires that the roller shutter end cover can be detached or the roller shutter product can be integrally transferred, namely, the limitation of the designed device on the housing (the left end cover and the right end cover) needs to be removed. The design device can be seen in fig. 6c-d when the left end and the right end of the roller shutter product can be removed: the nut C (5) is screwed back to be close to the L support end vertical plate (14) along the bolt (3), namely the inner end of the nut C (5) is separated from the end cover concave area (21), and at the moment, the design device has no barrier to taking out a product upwards (or placing the product downwards, shown by an arrow in the figure) from the L support.
Under the working principle of the above-mentioned design device, in terms of the general knowledge of daily fixing of products, in order to avoid the tapering effect, a suitably large bottom plate (51) may be disposed at the inner end of the nut C (5) to increase the light fitting area of the nut C (5) to the end cap concave area (21), see fig. 7 a-C.
Example 2. Referring to fig. 8a, the working principle of the device for changing the structure of the left and right end cover concave areas (21) into the structure of the outer convex dam (22) for achieving the predetermined application purpose is shown in fig. 8b-C, wherein fig. 8b illustrates the forced pressing of the nut C (5) on the end cover outer convex dam (22) (i.e. on the whole of the roller blind product), and fig. 8C illustrates the non-working unlocking state of the device, specifically, the nut C (5) has no obstacle to the taking out of the product from the L support upwards (or the placing of the product downwards, indicated by the arrow in the figure) at this time.

It is also worth mentioning that:
the matching of the screw hole A (141) carried by the L-shaped supporting end vertical plate (14) and the nut B (4) is more beneficial to the stability and the stability of the bolt (3), if the screw hole A (141) is replaced by a common punching hole, the device can still be applied theoretically, but the application effect is obviously deteriorated; if the nut B (4) is eliminated, the application effect is further deteriorated.
The single-layer rolling blind product and the double-layer rolling blind product are different in width in the direction perpendicular to the L-shaped support main plate (11), and specifically, the front-back width of the left end cover and the right end cover is different (see and compare fig. 5a and fig. 4 b).
In recent years, along with large-area spreading of information-based teaching and high-definition screen teaching, research and development of electric roller shutters of application levels of teaching specialties are emphasized, and due to the severe noise reduction requirement, roller shutter products are not suitable for being directly hung on wall facades, namely, the left L support and the right L support are the sources of the design.
The self-tapping screws penetrate through the holes (111) in the L-shaped support main board (11) to be fixed on the wall body, and the self-tapping screws penetrate through the transverse holes (112) to fasten the L-shaped support on the wall body again, so that the safety of products and personnel under the condition that one self-tapping screw is damaged or loosened is guaranteed. In order to ensure that the mounting heights of the left L support and the right L support are accurate and consistent, a laser level meter can be used for measuring horizontal contour lines on the wall surface before drilling, and meanwhile, the distance between the vertical plates (14) at the ends of the left L support and the right L support is properly larger than the length of the roller shutter housing, which is shown in the schematic diagrams of fig. 4a and 4 c.
