Abstract
一种嵌入通风系统的防蚊防霾净化窗,属于新风净化领域。该窗户配套有卷帘式磁吸纱窗,在室内外相应位置分别设置纱窗卷帘装置,窗户垂直转轴部位采用磁吸材料,室内外纱窗可分别抽出并通过磁吸方式固定在垂直转轴上。窗框上部设有机械通风系统,不随窗户旋转,可通过风门电磁执行器采用的机械推拉方式实现开闭,其内部有两个排风机及两个送风机,两个送风机室外一侧均设有过滤片,该净化窗效果是在多状态下加强空气流通并实现室内净化。能有效解决当前垂直立转窗无法有效防蚊、无法过滤大气颗粒污染的问题。

背景技术
近几年室外雾霾严重,此外城市声污染严重,同时室外飞虫不仅影响人们的工作,学习和睡眠,更重要的是会传播疾病,例如疟疾,流行性乙型脑炎,丝虫并登革热等。对于现在高楼林立的城市建筑,建筑外窗的清洁功能格外重要,所以垂直立转窗具有广阔的前景,但是其特殊开启方式导致防蚊纱窗的设计困难等诸多原因导致其难以推广。此外,由于室内采光、净化通风的需要,兼具净化污染和通风的净化窗应运而生。
现存窗式电动通风系统内置横流式风机,开启便进入机械通风模式,虽然室内新风需求得到满足,但当室外风力较大及强力通风需求不高,开启机械通风便会造成电力资源浪费。

本发明要解决的技术问题是在现有的垂直翻转窗的基础上一种嵌入通风系统的防蚊防霾净化窗,解决现存窗式通风系统模式单一、不节能的问题。

本发明的有益效果:这种嵌入通风系统的防蚊防霾净化窗,在窗框中设置双层玻璃窗,左窗框中设置室外纱窗卷帘,右窗框中设置室内纱窗卷帘,双层玻璃窗上部中间位置的上转轴与上窗框转动连接,下部中间位置的下转轴与在下窗框转动连接。在窗框上方设置包括送风腔、空气隔离腔和排风腔的通风系统。风腔内设有连接风门电磁执行器的T型风门。送风腔内设置送风机,排风腔内设置排风机。纱窗卷帘的外缘部设有便于与上转轴及下转轴固定连接的磁吸带。净化窗还包括控制器,控制器与进风门电磁执行器、排风门电磁执行器、室内多参数传感器、室外多参数传感器、送风机及排风机、指示灯和蜂鸣器进行电连接。该净化窗效果是在多状态下加强空气流通并实现室内净化,能有效解决当前垂直立转窗无法有效防蚊、无法过滤大气颗粒污染的问题。

具体实施方式
以下参照附图对本发明进行进一步描述:
图1、2、3、4、5示出了一种嵌入通风系统的防蚊防霾净化窗的结构图。图中,这种净化窗包括窗框、玻璃、过滤片8、通风系统、风机、纱窗卷帘组成的结构。窗户主体包括通风系统、上窗框3a、下窗框3b、左窗框3c、右窗框3d构成的矩形结构,垂直翻转窗通过上转轴1a、下转轴1b转动。窗户转轴部位采用强力磁性材料,纱窗展开后沿转轴的外缘部位上下两端可通过磁性材料固定。
窗户为双层玻璃,由室内侧玻璃2a、室外侧玻璃2b两层平板玻璃构成。四周用高强高气密性复合粘结剂,将两片玻璃与密封条、玻璃条粘接、密封。中间充入干燥气体9,底部放入干燥剂10,保证两层玻璃间空气的干燥度。
本窗户配套有卷帘式磁吸纱窗,在室内外相应位置分别设置隐形纱窗卷帘装置,窗户垂直转轴部位采用磁吸材料,设置在室内外卷轴收纳盒里的纱窗可分别抽出,并通过纱窗卷帘边缘的磁吸带固定连接在垂直转轴上。该纱窗由左右两部分组成,抽出后长度到达窗户中央位置,两部分合并以保证全面防蚊。纱窗卷帘收纳盒以内凹的形式布置在窗框竖框旁,均为垂直方向,收纳盒位置分别为室内左侧和室外右侧。收纳盒内有室外纱窗卷帘4a、室内纱窗卷帘4b,为保证翻转窗户外开时纱窗便利性及美观性,纱窗卷帘转轴主体部分置于窗框内,仅保留纱窗扶手。收起时不占用额外空间,可防腐防尘。
窗户上部设有专门设计的的机械通风系统,不随窗户旋转。通风系统有三个腔体,送风腔11,排风腔12,空气隔离腔13。送风腔11内部有两台同型号的送风机7a,排风腔12内部有两台同型号排风机7b。为防止气流组织混乱,空气隔离腔13将送风腔11与排风腔12风机分开使气流单向流通,风机管道靠近室外侧含有过滤片8。室外空气通过进风口防雨格栅5a进入室内,室内回风通过排风口防雨格栅5b排出室外。
通风系统内设有进风门电磁执行器6a和排风门电磁执行器6b,可通过控制器接收信号机械驱动通风系统开闭。室内多参数传感器14包括CO2、CO、PM2.5传感器、甲醛传感器,位于空气隔离腔13的室内侧对应位置;在室外多参数传感器15包括雨量传感器、风速传感器及PM2.5传感器,位于空气隔离腔13的室外侧对应位置。
图4示出了通风系统开启状态俯视图。根据室内多参数传感器14检测室内污染物CO2、CO、PM2.5、甲醛浓度,如果其中有一项浓度指标高于设定值,且室外多参数传感器15检测PM2.5浓度指标高于设定值或室外阴雨天,则手动关闭窗户,通风系统开启,风速传感器监测该风向风速低于设定值,则开启送、排风机进入通风系统强力机械通风。通过控制器控制进风门电磁执行器6a和排风门电磁执行器6b打开风门,室外空气从而经过进风口防雨格栅5a进入送风腔11,进一步通过过滤片8过滤作用进入送风机7a从而进入室内;室内空气进入排风机7b,通过过滤片8过滤作用进入排风腔12,经排风口防雨格栅5b排出室外。
S7-200 PLC控制器(型号为6ES7211-0BA23-0XB0,AC/DC/继电器)是微型PLC,它适用于各行各业,各种场合中的自动检测、监测及控制等,S7-200 PLC的强大功能使其无论单机运行,或连成网络都能实现复杂的控制功能。
图5示出了通风系统关闭状态俯视图。根据室内多参数传感器14检测室内污染物CO2、CO、PM2.5、甲醛浓度,其中有一项浓度指标高于设定值,且室外多参数传感器15检测PM2.5浓度指标低于设定值且室外晴天,则手动打开窗户,通风系统关闭。通过控制器控制进风门电磁执行器6a和排风门电磁执行器6b,使T型风门17前端进入风道内,关闭风道。
图6、7示出了通风系统两种状态的侧视图,室外多参数传感器15上方有雨搭16。通风系统开启时,通过进风门电磁执行器6a和排风门电磁执行器6b推动T型风门17向室内侧移动,送风腔11及排风腔12开启。通风系统关闭时,进风门电磁执行器6a和排风门电磁执行器6b推动T型风门17向室外侧移动,送风腔11及排风腔12关闭。
图8示出了一种嵌入通风系统的防蚊、防霾净化窗窗户打开自然通风俯视图。进行自然通风时,将窗户开启到垂直于窗台方向时,将室外纱窗卷帘4a与室内纱窗卷帘4b打开,通过纱窗卷帘边缘的磁吸带固定连接到上转轴1a和下转轴1b上,此时窗户可沿逆时针旋转任意角度方式改变开度。
图9示出了SP-200PLC控制器的原理图。PLC控制器与进风门电磁执行器6a、排风门电磁执行器6b、室内多参数传感器14、室外多参数传感器15、送风机7a及排风机7b、指示灯和蜂鸣器进行电连接。该净化窗具体采用的通风方法如下:
a. 窗户自然通风
所述控制器根据室内多参数传感器14检测室内CO2、CO、PM2.5、甲醛浓度,其中有一项浓度指标高于设定值,且室外多参数传感器15的PM2.5浓度指标低于设定值,且雨量传感器监测到室外晴天,指示灯闪烁和蜂鸣器提示,进行自然通风;控制器控制进风门电磁执行器6a、排风门电磁执行器6b关闭T型风门17,控制器同时关闭送风机7a及排风机7b,手动旋转打开窗户和展开纱窗卷帘并用磁吸条固定在上、下转轴上;
b. 通风系统自然通风
所述控制器根据室内多参数传感器14检测室内CO2、CO、PM2.5、甲醛浓度,其中有一项浓度指标高于设定值,且室外多参数传感器15的PM2.5浓度指标高于设定值或雨量传感器监测到室外阴雨天,蜂鸣器提示,手动收起纱窗卷帘和关闭窗户,通风系统开启;控制器控制进风门电磁执行器6a、排风门电磁执行器6b开启T型风门17,若风速传感器监测该风向风速高于设定值,控制器不开启风机,进入通风系统自然通风状态;
c. 通风系统机械通风
所述控制器根据室内多参数传感器14检测室内CO2、CO、PM2.5、甲醛浓度,其中有一项浓度指标高于设定值,且室外多参数传感器15的PM2.5浓度指标高于设定值或雨量传感器监测室外阴雨天,蜂鸣器提示,手动收起纱窗卷帘和关闭窗户,通风系统开启;控制器控制进风门电磁执行器6a、排风门电磁执行器6b开启T型风门17,若风速传感器监测到风向风速低于设定值,控制器开启送风机7a、排风机7b进入通风系统强力机械通风。
Claims (6)
1.一种嵌入通风系统的防蚊防霾净化窗,所述净化窗在窗框中设置双层玻璃窗,窗框采用上窗框(3a)、下窗框(3b)、左窗框(3c)和右窗框(3d)构成的方形框,双层玻璃窗采用室内侧玻璃(2a)、室外侧玻璃(2b)与窗框、密封条构成中空密闭结构,其特征在于:所述左窗框(3c)中设置室外纱窗卷帘(4a),右窗框(3d)中设置室内纱窗卷帘(4b);双层玻璃窗上部中间位置采用磁吸材料的上转轴(1a)与上窗框(3a)转动连接,双层玻璃窗下部中间位置采用磁吸材料的下转轴(1b)与在下窗框(3b)转动连接;
在窗框上方设置包括送风腔(11)、空气隔离腔(13)和排风腔(12)的通风系统;所述送风腔(11)的室外一侧设置进风口防雨格栅(5a),进风腔内设置连接进风门电磁执行器(6a)的T型风门(17);所述送风腔(11)内设置送风机(7a),送风机(7a)的出风口设置在室内一侧,送风机(7a)的进风口处设置过滤片(8);所述排风腔(12)的室外一侧设置排风口防雨格栅(5b),排风腔内设置连接排风门电磁执行器(6b)的T型风门(17);所述排风腔(12)内设置排风机(7b),排风机(7b)的进风口设置在室内一侧,排风机(7b)的出风口处设置过滤片(8);
在左窗框(3c)外侧设置室外纱窗卷帘(4a)的收纳盒,在右窗框(3d)外侧设置室内纱窗卷帘(4b)的收纳盒;所述室外纱窗卷帘(4a)与室内纱窗卷帘(4b)的外缘部设有便于与上转轴(1a)及下转轴(1b)固定连接的磁吸带;
所述净化窗还包括控制器,控制器与进风门电磁执行器(6a)、排风门电磁执行器(6b)、室内多参数传感器(14)、室外多参数传感器(15)、送风机(7a)及排风机(7b)、指示灯和蜂鸣器进行电连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种嵌入通风系统的防蚊防霾净化窗,其特征在于;所述控制器采用S7-200 PLC控制器。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种嵌入通风系统的防蚊防霾净化窗,其特征在于:所述室内多参数传感器(14)包括CO2、CO、PM2.5传感器、甲醛传感器;室外多参数传感器(15)包括雨量传感器、风速传感器及PM2.5传感器,室外多参数传感器(15)的上方设置雨搭(16)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种嵌入通风系统的防蚊防霾净化窗,其特征在于:所述双层玻璃窗中间填充干燥气体(9),双层玻璃窗底部放置干燥剂(10)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种嵌入通风系统的防蚊防霾净化窗,其特征在于:所述进风口防雨格栅(5a)、排风口防雨格栅(5b)采用通风防雨型百叶风口。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种嵌入通风系统的防蚊防霾净化窗的通风方法,其特征在于:具体采用的通风方法如下:
a. 窗户自然通风
所述控制器根据室内多参数传感器(14)检测室内CO2、CO、PM2.5、甲醛浓度,其中有一项浓度指标高于设定值,且室外多参数传感器(15)的PM2.5浓度指标低于设定值,且雨量传感器监测到室外晴天,指示灯闪烁和蜂鸣器提示,进行自然通风;控制器控制进风门电磁执行器(6a)、排风门电磁执行器(6b)关闭T型风门(17),控制器同时关闭送风机(7a)及排风机(7b),手动旋转打开窗户和展开纱窗卷帘并用磁吸条固定在上、下转轴上;
b. 通风系统自然通风
