防雾霾用新风净化窗
技术领域
本发明属于新风净化领域,涉及一种防雾霾用新风净化窗。
背景技术
近几年室外雾霾问题日趋严重,直接开窗通风会将室外的PM2.5引入室内,从而污染室内的空气,危害人体健康,极易引起呼吸道疾病、慢性肺病、气管炎、支气管炎和肺癌等疾病。但由于人体生理需求,必须开窗通风,接受新风。兼具净化污染物与通风的空气净化窗应运而生。现今市场上,有较多品种新风净化产品。本组据相同类型或功能的产品进行了深入分析。首先是空气净化器,主要功能为除去室内PM2.5和过敏原。根据品牌和功能不同,价格约为几百至几千,适宜需求不同的家庭。但是空气净化器在净化时需持续开启,无法根据浓度自动转换。同时,空气净化器根据摆放位置不同净化作用通常于部分区域,难以惠及全屋。其次是静电除尘净化窗,工作原理为在窗扇间设有高压静电装置,通过高压静电达到除去空气中颗粒污染物的效果,结构简单有效。但是,高压静电装置的开关仍需人为控制,装置无自动开闭功能,长时间开启势必会消耗大量电能,浪费资源。另外是安装有过滤纱窗的净化窗。它们采用大面积滤网覆盖在纱窗上,影响窗户最基本的透光功能,引起室内人员不适。最后是空气加湿器,空气加湿器仅能进行局部加湿易因不合适摆放位置造成墙体腐坏的情况。室内空气加湿器需要持续填水保持加湿功能,储水会产生霉菌污染空气。
发明内容
为了解决降低当前净化窗的遮挡空间及使得其结构紧凑的问题,本发明提出如下技术方案:一种防雾霾用新风净化窗,具有前后两层玻璃形成的空间,前层玻璃为室内侧玻璃,后层玻璃为室外侧玻璃,两层玻璃间形成风腔,风腔的靠近中央的位置以玻璃及开口形成换风装置,换风装置具有上、下两层,以横向的中层隔板分隔,上层中安装排风机,下层中安装送风机,所述的上层,以前层玻璃形成进气格栅,并与上层玻璃、中层分离隔板、风腔单侧玻璃形成风腔单向具有排风口的半密闭空间,所述的下层,以后层玻璃形成进气格栅,并与下层玻璃、中层分离隔板、风腔单侧玻璃形成风腔单向具有进风口的半密闭空间,其中,风腔单侧玻璃为安装在左侧或右侧,且上、下两层的风腔单侧玻璃安装为左右反向,而上层的所述排风口与下层的所述进风口也为左右反向,下层的后层玻璃的室外侧,在该玻璃靠近中层分隔板的顶部附近安装水雾喷头,下层的后层玻璃的进气格栅的室内层安装滤网;在下层进风口所对侧的前后层玻璃(对于其中的所对侧,如进风口朝向风腔的左侧,则所对侧即是风腔的左侧空间),后层玻璃以送风腔外活门转轴安装送风腔外活门,前层玻璃以送风腔内活门转轴安装送风腔内活门,在上层排风口所对侧的前后层玻璃,后层玻璃以排风腔外活门转轴安装排风腔外活门,前层玻璃以排风腔内活门转轴安装排风腔内活门,由活门的转轴连接以使得相应的活门打开以连通室内空间或室外空间。
进一步的,各个活门是安装在玻璃的端部,且转轴安装在窗框,以由活门将玻璃与窗框连接,窗框安装在墙壁。

有益效果:相比仅用滤纸封堵纱窗的净化窗,本防雾霾用新风净化窗主体仍为透明玻璃,风机、滤网等通风净化工作模块仅占一小部分体积,不会影响采光功能。相比空气净化器仅能作用于部分区域,本防雾霾用新风净化窗在源头处净化空气,使得室内免遭受污染物侵袭。相比静电除尘净化窗持续运行消耗电能且需手动控制。本防雾霾用新风净化窗具有基于传感器的控制系统,可根据室外污染物浓度高低间歇工作,节约能耗。设置WiFi智能模块,通过手机APP可远程控制窗户的运行和开闭。相比静电除尘净化窗仅考虑到净化,本窗户仍设置自然模式和一扇普通外开窗,目的是对于普通外开窗,当用户发生断电情况时,仍可选择手动开启方式,防止室内不能通风。在空气质量达标时可以自然通风,尊重人们的传统通风习惯,也节约能源。相比空气加湿器仅能进行局部加湿,易造成墙体腐坏,且需要持续填水,储水会产生霉菌。本防雾霾用新风净化窗的喷淋装置将加湿与杂质沉降功能结合一体,湿润空气由风机传入室内,压力更大,传播范围更广,也避免了加湿器局部加湿。另外,本产品与室内供水管相连,可直接引水,无需人为添加,方便用户,且保持水质的新鲜。

由上述方案可以知晓,在风腔的中央部分,以上下分层的方式,形成了具有单向在左右风腔相对的两个风口,从而在风腔中,以一个换风装置实现了同步对于新、旧风可以在一个风腔中(两层玻璃中间)进入和排出,不用增加玻璃层数以对进风和排风进行不同的风道设计,对于应该尽量减小玻璃窗厚度和遮挡物的需求得到了满足,并尽量减少了部件的使用,使得空间设计非常紧凑。

本防雾霾新风净化窗由两个单元组成。分别是自然通风单元和净化通风单元。自然通风即为普通内开窗,包含窗框及玻璃窗扇。净化通风单元为防雾霾净化窗主要组成部分。净化通风单元除了常规的窗框及两层玻璃,还包含两个对拼的L型结构,分别为送风单元和排风单元,两单元由送风腔隔板(7a)、排风腔隔板(7b)、中层隔板(9)分隔开。送风单元:送风单元主要由两层玻璃组成,玻璃之间夹层设有送风机(4a)。玻璃处设置送风口(3a)和送风腔外活门(2a)。送风口(3a)上部设有高压水雾喷头(13),送风口(3a)处镶有滤网(10)。送风腔外活门(2a)通过外层合页与窗框相连。窗框与玻璃交界处设置送风腔内活门(2b),两者通过内层合页相连。排风单元:排风单元主体由两层玻璃组成。两层玻璃之间夹层设有排风机(4b)。窗框与玻璃交接处设置排风腔外活门(2c),两者通过外层合页与窗框相连。内玻璃处设置排风口(3b)和排风腔内活门(2d),窗框和排风腔内活门(2d)通过内层合页相连。
上述产品,在不同室外空气质量条件下,为用户创造了时刻有洁净新风的室内环境,也保留了窗户透光、自然通风等基本功能。本净化窗可以通过高压水雾喷头为通入空气加湿,为人提供更舒适的体验。加入自动控制和APP,使窗户实现智能化,方便人们使用。为净化窗配备一太阳能电池板,可以提供补充用电,节约能源。
上述的防雾霾用新风净化窗,它包括窗框和玻璃,它还包括:一个自然通风单元和一个净化通风单元的组合。自然通风单元即为普通内开窗。其包括窗框、玻璃窗扇。净化通风单元为两个对拼的L型结构,净化通风单元有窗框,内层玻璃、外层玻璃。两个L型结构,一个为送风单元,一个为排风单元。高压水雾喷头安装在进风口前,进行沉降除尘,初步净化和加湿。防雾霾用新风净化窗模式,控制器接受来自传感器的浓度信号,根据PM2.5浓度自动调节不同的开启模式:当室外PM2.5浓度超标时,使用过滤模式。当室外PM2.5浓度不超标时,使用自然模式。防雾霾用新风净化窗WiFi模块,窗户通过WiFi模块可实现远程控制。
a)APP手动模式
APP收集由云服务器传来的传感器检测数据提供给用户,用户得到反馈后在移动端操控APP,APP将指令发送至云服务器,云服务器再将指令传给控制器控制窗户的不同模式。
b)APP自动模式
传感器将信号通过云服务器直接传给控制器,控制器直接对各个活门和风机对应的步进电机进行开或关的控制调节。
防雾霾用新风净化窗所述的太阳能电池板,将太阳能转换为电能,为整个净化窗部件(如PM2.5传感器、步进电机、送风机、排风机、高压水雾喷头、控制器、WiFi模块)的运行提供补充电能。
上述结构,空气处理路径较短;滤网可以放置在进风口处,有利于保护内部器件不受灰尘污染;送排风口合页(转轴)均为纵向,相比横向合页(转轴)更能减轻步进电机控制开合时的荷载,空气处理单元集中在窗户中部,左中右结构使得送风方式接近平开窗,风口较大,送风均匀,减少玻璃数量,风机可以同轴,用一个电机带转。
窗外装有PM2.5传感器。窗户下部装有太阳能电池板(12)。
图8示出了一种防雾霾用新风净化窗的过滤模式通风示意图。当室外PM2.5浓度超标时,送风腔外活门(2a)、排风腔内活门(2d)关闭,送风腔内活门(2b)、排风腔外活门(2c)开启,送风机(4a)、排风机(4b)开启,高压水雾喷头(13)开启。室外新风经滤网(10)由送风机(4a)送入送风腔(5a),经过送风腔内活门(2b)送入室内。室内旧风经排风口(3b)由排风机(4b)送入排风腔(5b),经过排风腔外活门(2c)排出室外。
图9示出了一种防雾霾用新风净化窗的自然模式通风示意图。当室外PM2.5浓度不超标时,送风腔外活门(2a)、送风腔内活门(2b)、排风腔外活门(2c)、、排风腔内活门(2d)打开,送风机(4a)、排风机(4b)关闭。室外新风经送风腔外活门(2a)、送风腔内活门(2b)直接贯穿进入室内,室内旧风经排风腔外活门(2c)、排风腔内活门(2d)排出室外,也就是说,新风旧风可以通过四扇活门自由出入。另留有一扇可手动开启的玻璃窗扇(11),作为自然通风单元,避免在断电时窗户合页无法开启,无法实现通风功能。
图10示出了一种防雾霾用新风净化窗的自动控制流程图。窗户待开启初始状态下的自动控制逻辑描述如下:传感器检测PM2.5浓度是否过高,若超标,开启过滤模式。同时进行进风和排风操作,则送风腔内活门(2b)、排风腔外活门(2c)打开,送风机(4a)、排风机(4b)打开,高压水雾喷头(13)打开,对于进风,室外新风被送风机吸入下层,且水雾喷头喷水过滤,新风被滤网过滤而到达下层空间,由进风口被送风机送入送风腔,并经风腔内活门(2b)到达室内,对于排风,室内旧风被排风机吸入上层空间,由排风口被排风机送入排风腔,并经排风腔外活门(2c)排出到室外。若PM2.5浓度不超标,则送风腔外活门(2a)、送风腔内活门(2b)、排风腔外活门(2c)、排风腔内活门(2d)打开,开启自然模式。
开启后,室外污染物参数发生改变时模式切换的自动控制逻辑描述如下。若现处于自然模式,若PM2.5浓度超标,则送风腔外活门(2a),排风腔内活门(2d)关闭,排风机(4b)、送风机(4a)打开,高压水雾喷头(13)打开,启动过滤模式,否则保持现状。若现处于过滤模式,若PM2.5不超标,则排风机(4b)、送风机(4a)关闭,高压水雾喷头(13)关闭,送风腔外活门(2a),排风腔内活门(2d)打开,启动自然模式,否则保持现状。
图11示出了APP控制示意图。在手动模式下,传感器将收集到的数据通过云服务器传给APP,APP将信号反馈给人,人根据信号选择模式,将指令通过APP传给云服务器,云服务器通过WiFi模块传给电机。控制四个活门和两个风机的电机受控启动。
图12示出了一种防雾霾用新风净化窗的电路图。开关电源供电和太阳能电池板供电两套供电系统供电给PM2.5传感器、步进电机驱动器和步进电机。PM2.5传感器示数与标准值对比,输出不同指令,传输给各步进电机驱动器进而控制各步进电机,形成过滤模式和自然模式。步进电机1控制送风腔外活门,步进电机2控制送风腔内活门,步进电机3控制排风腔外活门,步进电机4控制排风腔内活门,步进电机5控制排风机和送风机。
以上所述,仅为本发明创造较佳的具体实施方式,但本发明创造的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明创造披露的技术范围内,根据本发明创造的技术方案及其发明构思加以等同替换或改变,都应涵盖在本发明创造的保护范围之内。

Claims (5)

1.一种防雾霾用新风净化窗,其特征在于:具有前后两层玻璃形成的空间,前层玻璃为室内侧玻璃,后层玻璃为室外侧玻璃,两层玻璃间形成风腔,风腔的靠近中央的位置以玻璃及开口形成换风装置,换风装置具有上、下两层,以横向的中层隔板分隔,上层中安装排风机,下层中安装送风机,所述的上层,以前层玻璃形成进气格栅,并与上层玻璃、中层分离隔板、风腔单侧玻璃形成风腔单向具有排风口的半密闭空间,所述的下层,以后层玻璃形成进气格栅,并与下层玻璃、中层分离隔板、风腔单侧玻璃形成风腔单向具有进风口的半密闭空间,其中,风腔单侧玻璃为安装在左侧或右侧,且上、下两层的风腔单侧玻璃安装为左右反向,而上层的所述排风口与下层的所述进风口也为左右反向,下层的后层玻璃的室外侧,在该玻璃靠近中层分隔板的顶部附近安装水雾喷头,下层的后层玻璃的进气格栅的室内层安装滤网;在下层进风口所对侧的前后层玻璃,后层玻璃以送风腔外活门转轴安装送风腔外活门,前层玻璃以送风腔内活门转轴安装送风腔内活门,在上层排风口所对侧的前后层玻璃,后层玻璃以排风腔外活门转轴安装排风腔外活门,前层玻璃以排风腔内活门转轴安装排风腔内活门,由活门的转轴连接以使得相应的活门打开以连通室内空间或室外空间。
2.如权利要求1所述的防雾霾用新风净化窗,其特征在于:各个活门是安装在玻璃的端部,且转轴安装在窗框,以由活门将玻璃与窗框连接。
3.如权利要求1所述的防雾霾用新风净化窗,其特征在于:用于排风与送风的各活门的合页轴与步进电机相连,监控污染物浓度的PM2.5传感器和提供电能的太阳能电池板设置在防雾霾新风净化窗外部,且步进电机、PM2.5传感器与控制系统连接。
4.如权利要求1所述的防雾霾用新风净化窗,其特征在于:水雾喷头是高压水雾喷头,其与室内供水管连通。
5.如权利要求1所述的防雾霾用新风净化窗,其特征在于:还包括云服务器、APP、WIFI模块,PM2.5传感器将收集到的数据通过云服务器传给APP,用户根据数据选择的相应模式的信号通过APP传给云服务器,云服务器通过WiFi模块将对电机启动的控制信号传给电机,所述的控制信号用于控制四个活门和两个风机的电机受控启动或关闭。
