As shown in fig. 1 to 3, an embodiment of the present invention provides a core structure of a wood flooring, where the core structure is a core structure of the wood flooring, the core structure includes a plurality of wood structural members, the wood structural members are tiled in a same plane (the plane is a plane parallel to the core structure, which may be a bottom surface of the core structure or a central surface of the core structure, and may be directly regarded as a horizontal ground for laying the wood flooring for easy understanding), and the wood structural members are in contact with each other to ensure that the core structure can be tiled, and the wood fiber directions of the wood structural members tiled in the plane are different, for example, the wood fiber directions of different wood structural members are parallel, perpendicular, and/or oblique to the plane, and the present application makes the wood fiber directions at least include a direction perpendicular to the plane, that is, in all the wood structural members, comprising a first wood structural part 11 with wood fibres oriented perpendicular to the plane.
The board core of above-mentioned structure owing to have a plurality of wooden structure spares that the wood fibre direction is different, and the different part of board core has different wood fibre direction promptly, so these wood fibre that set up along different directions can make wooden structure spare can form interference, restraint to each other when taking place to warp to realize offsetting of warping between the different wooden structure spares, only have the timber apron of a wood fibre direction among the prior art, show the deformation degree that has reduced the board core.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the plurality of wooden structural members includes: the first wooden structural member 11 described above; a second wood structural member 12 having a wood fiber direction parallel to the plane; a third wood structural member 13 having a wood fiber direction inclined with respect to the plane; the second wood structural member 12 and the third wood structural member 13 are laid flat on a plane and are in contact with each other, and the second wood structural member 12 is disposed on both sides of each third wood structural member 13. That is, the direction of the wood fibers disposed in the present embodiment preferably includes a direction parallel to the plane and a direction inclined with respect to the plane (i.e., having an angle different from 90 degrees with respect to the plane), so that the wood fibers of the board core provided in the present embodiment include a direction perpendicular to the plane, a direction parallel to the plane, and a direction inclined with respect to the plane, thereby better achieving the offset of the deformation. Meanwhile, on the basis of having the wood fiber direction, the second wood structural member 12 and the third wood structural member 13 are further tiled on the plane according to a certain arrangement mode in the embodiment, specifically, two sides of each third wood structural member 13 are respectively provided with one second wood structural member 12, so that the inclined wood fibers are located between the parallel wood fibers, and therefore the deformation resistance of the board core is further improved, and the structure is more stable. Preferably, the second wood structural member 12 and the third wood structural member 13 are connected by gluing.
As shown in fig. 1, the present embodiment defines the wood fiber direction of the second wood structural member 12 as a first direction; the third wood structural member 13, the two second wood structural members 12 located at both sides of the third wood structural member 13, and the first wood structural member 11 disposed on the second wood structural member 12 are arranged in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction on a plane and form the module unit 1, the plurality of module units 1 are arranged in the second direction on the plane, and no connecting structure or connecting part is disposed between the adjacently disposed module units 1. That is, the board core of the present embodiment forms a main structure (the board core includes a frame 3, which will be described later, in addition to the main structure) by arranging a plurality of (the plurality includes two and more than two) module units 1 in a second direction, and the first wood structural member 11, the second wood structural member 12, and the third wood structural member 13 in each module unit 1 have the same shape, size, arrangement, connection, and the like, specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the arrangement order of the wood structural members in the second direction is the second wood structural member 12, the first wood structural member 11, the third wood structural member 13, the first wood structural member 11, and the second wood structural member 12, which is the arrangement order of the constituent structures of one module unit 1, and then the constituent structures of the other module units 1 in the second direction are arranged in the same order, i.e. the other wood based structural members are arranged repeatedly in the above-mentioned order. In addition, in the above structure, it is preferable that no connecting structure or connecting part is provided between the module units 1 that are adjacently disposed, that is, no connection, specifically no gluing or bonding, is provided between the module units 1 that are adjacently disposed, and the module units 1 are only naturally contacted when being arranged, and this arrangement mode is referred to as a discrete arrangement between the module units 1 in this embodiment, which is different from the arrangement mode that is realized by gluing or bonding between the module units 1 in the prior art. In the present embodiment, the connection between the module units 1 arranged discretely is realized by the frame 3 described later.
As shown in fig. 1, in the present embodiment, the core is preferably a rectangular plate-like structure, the first direction is a width direction of the rectangle, and the second direction is a length direction of the rectangle. That is, in the present embodiment, the shape of the board core is preferably rectangular, that is, the board core has a longitudinal direction and a width direction, in this preferred structure, the wood fibers of the second wood structural member 12 are made to extend in the width direction of the board core, and the first wood structural member 11, the second wood structural member 12, and the third wood structural member 13 constituting the module unit 1 are arranged in the longitudinal direction of the board core, and similarly, different module units 1 are arranged in the longitudinal direction of the board core, so that a rectangular plate-like structure is formed.
In addition, the shape, size and the like of the plate core can be adjusted according to the processing technology and the practical application of the plate, and the plate core is not limited to be rectangular.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, it is preferable that the third wood structural member 13 includes a first member 131 and a second member 132, the first member 131 and the second member 132 are each formed by forming a plurality of parallel elongated grooves 2 in a solid wood board, a depth direction of the grooves 2 is a wood fiber direction of the first member 131 or the second member 132, a length direction of the grooves 2 is a second direction, and the grooves 2 do not penetrate through the first member 131 or the second member 132 in the second direction; when first member 131 and second member 132 are arranged in the second direction, non-penetrating end 1302 of first member 131 and non-penetrating end 1302 of second member 132 are connected, and the first depth direction of groove 2 in first member 131 and the second depth direction of groove 2 in second member 132 form an angle, and both the first depth direction and the second depth direction are inclined with respect to the plane. In this structure, the first member 131 and the second member 132 are formed in the same manner, specifically: a solid wood board is obtained by cutting a wood material, the wood fiber direction of the solid wood board is inclined with respect to the surface with the largest area, that is, the wood fiber direction of the wood material is inclined and cut at the time of cutting, then the groove is formed in the solid wood board along the wood fiber direction on the surface with the largest area, and the grooves 2 are penetrated through the solid wood board in the wood fiber direction, the length direction of the elongated grooves 2 is the second direction, that is, the grooves 2 extend in the length direction of the board core or the arrangement direction of the wood structural members, and the length of the grooves 2 is smaller than the dimension of the first member 131 or the second member 132 in the second direction, that is, the grooves 2 do not penetrate the first member 131 or the second member 132 in the second direction, and when specifically arranged, as shown in fig. 2, the grooves 2 are extended to one end of the first member 131 or the second member 132 in the second direction, that is, the grooves 2 penetrate the one end in the second direction, the end is a through end 1301, the groove 2 does not extend to the other end of the first member 131 or the second member 132 in the second direction, the end is a non-through end 1302, when the first member 131 and the second member 132 are specifically arranged and connected to form the second wood structural member 12, the non-through end 1302 of the first member 131 and the non-through end 1302 of the second member 132 are in contact with and connected to each other, and the two through ends 1301 of the two members are two ends of the third wood structural member 13 in the second direction, that is, the ends of the third wood structural member 13 connected to the two second wood structural members 12 located on the two sides thereof are both through ends 1301; as shown in fig. 3, when the first member 131 and the second member 132 are arranged in the second direction, the first depth direction of the groove 2 on the first member 131 and the second depth direction of the groove 2 on the second member 132 are further made to have an included angle α 1, and both the first depth direction and the second depth direction are inclined with respect to the plane, for example, the included angle α 1 between the first depth direction and the second depth direction is 90 degrees, and the included angles α 2 and α 3 between the two depth directions and the plane are both 45 degrees, so that the board core can have more wood fiber directions with different angles, and further, the deformation resistant effect of the board core is more prominent. Specifically, the included angle between the first depth direction and the plane and the included angle between the second depth direction and the plane may be any angle between 0 degree and 90 degrees, for example, the included angle α 2 between the first depth direction and the plane is 30 degrees, the included angle α 3 between the second depth direction and the plane is 50 degrees, and the included angle α 1 between the first depth direction and the second depth direction is 100 degrees (100 degrees is 180 degrees-30 degrees-50 degrees), which is not limited in this embodiment.
Further, in this embodiment, when the first member 131 and the second member 132 are aligned and connected in the second direction, the grooves 2 on the first member 131 and the grooves 2 on the second member 132 are preferably arranged alternately in the second direction, as shown in fig. 1, so as to further improve the deformation resistance of the core.
Further, when the grooves 2 are formed in the first and second members 131 and 132, the grooves 2 may be formed not to penetrate the solid wood board in the wood fiber direction but to have a depth of the grooves 2 close to a half of the thickness of the solid wood board, and on the basis of this, the grooves 2 are formed in the same manner in the other surface of the solid wood board having the largest area, so that the grooves 2 are formed in both opposite surfaces of the solid wood board to form the first and second members 131 and 132 having different structures from the above.
In the structure, a large number of honeycomb-shaped gaps can be formed in the board by slotting the board, after the board is compounded with a top board and a bottom board which are described later to form a finished wood floor, a large amount of air in the gaps is sealed in the wood floor, and the sound absorption function of the wood floor can be greatly improved under the combined action of the sealed and stagnant air and the honeycomb-shaped gaps. While ensuring the strength and stability of the board, the gaps formed by the grooves can reduce the total weight by about 30 percent, thereby improving the quality of the wood floor.
As shown in fig. 1, in the present embodiment, it is preferable that the second wood member 12 is a slat connected to the penetrating end 1301 of the first member 131 or the second member 132, the longitudinal direction of the slat is a first direction perpendicular to the second direction, and the wood fiber direction of the slat is the first direction. That is, this embodiment makes second wooden structure 12 be wooden solid lath, through making it cooperate with the third wooden structure 13 of seting up recess 2, can promote the structural stability of board core. The wood fiber of the batten extends along the first direction, so that the wood fiber direction of the board core is enriched, and the board core has good deformation resistance. Specifically, the second wood structural member 12 may be an integrated solid wood slat, or a composite slat formed by combining multiple layers of solid wood veneers.
In particular, the first wood element 11 is preferably a wood piece and is attached at least to a first surface of the slat, which is connected to the first part 131 or the second part 132, i.e. the surface of the slat which is intended for connecting the first part 131 or the second part 132. When the first wood structural member 11 is disposed, the first wood structural member 11 is directly adhered to a surface of the second wood structural member 12 for connecting with the third wood structural member 13, that is, the first wood structural member 11 is disposed at least between the second wood structural member 12 and the third wood structural member 13. Meanwhile, the first wood structural member 11 is cut along the wood fiber direction of the wood during cutting and forming, so that the wood fiber direction of the formed wood pieces is parallel to the surface thereof, and the wood pieces are perpendicular to the plane during pasting, so that the wood fiber direction of the first wood structural member 11 is not only perpendicular to the plane, but also perpendicular to the wood fiber direction of the second wood structural member 12.
More preferably, the surface of the second wood structural member 12 parallel to the first surface is a second surface, and the first wood structural member 11 is also attached to the second surface. That is to say, in the present embodiment, it is preferable that the first wood structural members 11 are attached to both sides of each second wood structural member 12, so that the structural members at both ends of each module unit 1 in the second direction are the first wood structural members 11, and thus the module unit 1 can be in contact with the frame 3 or another module unit 1 through the first wood structural members 11, so as to further enhance the deformation resistance of the board core.
As shown in fig. 1, the core board provided by the present embodiment further includes a frame 3, where the frame 3 surrounds the outside of all the module units 1 and implements connection of all the module units 1. Namely, through setting up frame 3, with a plurality of module unit 1 package tight inside to realize being affiliated to the connection of all module unit 1 of same timber apron, make the timber apron shaping. Because the module units 1 are arranged and spliced to form a rectangular shape, the frame 3 is also a rectangular frame matched with the rectangular frame, in the rectangular frame, the wood fiber direction of the part of the frame forming the long side of the rectangular frame is the length direction of the board core, and the wood fiber direction of the part of the frame forming the short side of the rectangular frame is the width direction of the board core, so that the board core has more wood fiber directions, and the deformation resistance of the board core is enhanced.
As shown in fig. 1, the core plate provided by the present embodiment further includes a plurality of breathing passages 4 penetrating the core plate in the first direction, the plurality of breathing passages 4 are respectively disposed in correspondence with the first member 131 and the second member 132, and the breathing passages 4 corresponding to the adjacent first member 131 and second member 132 are respectively disposed on two mutually parallel surfaces of the core plate. Specifically, the breathing passages 4 are formed by slotting the surfaces of the first member 131 or the second member 132 in a first direction and making the slots penetrate through the frame 3, the extending direction of the breathing passages 4 is perpendicular to the length direction of the elongated grooves 2, and the breathing passages 4 of the first member 131 and the second member 132 which are adjacently arranged are respectively arranged on different surfaces of the plate core, for example, as shown in fig. 1, the breathing passages 4 corresponding to the first member 131 are arranged on the top surface of the plate core (i.e. the surface shown in fig. 1), and the breathing passages 4 corresponding to the second member 132 are arranged on the bottom surface of the plate core (i.e. the surface opposite to the surface shown in fig. 1, which is not shown in fig. 1). Specifically, the size of the groove forming the breathing passage 4 is preferably 0.5-5 mm in groove depth and 0.5-5 mm in groove width.
As can be seen from the above description, the core provided in this embodiment combines the grooving (releasing wood stress) and the solid wood lath and shear structure (i.e. the structure formed by opening the strip-shaped groove 2 in the first member 131 and the second member 132) to change the structure and direction of the natural fiber of wood, so as to improve the problem that the solid wood curtain board core cannot avoid bending deformation in the width direction of the wood floor. The wood fibers in the board core cover a plurality of directions such as vertical, horizontal and oblique directions, so that the wood fiber acting forces in the directions are mutually pulled and supported, the mechanical properties such as elastic modulus, static bending strength and the like of the board are increased, and the deformation influence is mutually counteracted in each direction. Meanwhile, the strip-shaped grooves 2 which are crossed in an oblique direction (namely, have included angles) can also bring a special effect of cushioning foot treading force.
In addition, the embodiment also provides a wood floor, which comprises a top plate as the surface of the wood floor, a bottom plate used for contacting with the ground and a board core positioned between the top plate and the bottom plate, wherein the board core is the board core. For the beneficial effects of the wood floor caused by the core, please refer to the above contents, which are not described herein again.
In the specification, the structures of the parts are described in a progressive mode, the structure of each part is mainly described to be different from the existing structure, and the whole and part structures of the plate core can be obtained by combining the structures of the parts.
The previous description of the disclosed embodiments is provided to enable any person skilled in the art to make or use the present invention. Various modifications to these embodiments will be readily apparent to those skilled in the art, and the generic principles defined herein may be applied to other embodiments without departing from the spirit or scope of the invention.
