Background
Nonwoven fabrics, also known as nonwovens, are made of oriented or random fibers, called fabrics because of their appearance and certain properties, and are produced by orienting or randomly arranging textile staple fibers or filaments to form a web structure and then consolidating the web structure by mechanical, thermal or chemical means. The fiber filaments used in the production of the non-woven fabric can enter the next reinforcing process only by carding after being extruded by the filament extruding machine, but the traditional carding equipment only has the function of carding, and the surfaces of the fiber filaments can generate a large amount of stabbing wool formed by short fibers and dust formed by fine broken fibers in the extruding process, and the subsequent cloth forming quality can be greatly influenced if the stabbing wool and the dust cannot be removed in the carding process.
