when the water tank is used for the first time, the water injection valve 8 needs to be opened, water is injected into the water tank 3 through the water injection valve 8, then the high-pressure water pump 11 and the jet pump 12 are started to pump water to the mixed oil separation tank 2, and the first heating assembly and the second heating assembly are started to enable the liquid in the water tank 3 and the mixed oil separation tank 2 to be heated to the required temperature; when the oil separator normally works, the crude oil in the crude oil pool 1 is gradually accumulated and increased, when a preset value is reached, the floating ball switch 5 controls the high-pressure water pump 11 and the jet pump 12 to work, the high-pressure water pump 11 pumps water in the water tank 3 to the jet pump 12, under the action of negative pressure generated by the jet pump 12, the crude oil in the crude oil pool 1 is sucked to the jet pump 12 through the oil suction pipe 6, the jet pump 12 fully mixes the crude oil and the water and then sprays the mixture into the mixed oil separation tank 2, phospholipid in the crude oil is dissolved in the water when fully contacting with the water to form an oil-insoluble colloid, and the specific gravity of the colloid is greater than that of the water, so that three layers of crude oil, water and the colloid are formed in the mixed oil separation tank 2 from top to bottom, oil corners such as the colloid at the bottom of the mixed oil separation tank 2 are regularly cleaned, and the colloid is cleaned through the oil corner outlet valve; the liquid level meter 14 is used for controlling the water amount in the mixed oil separation tank 2, when the water amount is lower than the low liquid level of the liquid level meter 14, the water injection valve 8 is controlled to open and supplement water, wherein the low liquid level of the liquid level meter 14 is determined according to the lowest proportion of phospholipids in crude oil to be removed, the liquid level in the mixed oil separation tank 2 can gradually rise, the liquid level in the water transfer pipe 15 can also gradually rise according to the principle of a communicating vessel, the liquid level in the water transfer pipe 15 is lower than that outside the water transfer pipe 15 because the lower end of the water transfer pipe 15 is placed in water, most of the liquid in the water transfer pipe 15 is water and has higher density than the liquid outside the water transfer pipe 15, and the height difference between the oil transfer pipe 15 and the degummed oil pipe 17 is slightly larger than the liquid level difference inside and outside the water transfer pipe 15, so that the water pinched by the mixed oil separation tank 2 can flow into the water tank 3 through the; and the crude oil from the degumming oil pipe 17 enters the degumming oil tank 4 for degumming and dehydration again, forms finished oil after degumming and dehydration again, and is discharged from a finished oil outlet pipe 19.
As a further improvement of the technical scheme, a communicating pipe 20 is led out from the upper end of the water tank 3, the communicating pipe 20 is positioned below the water passing pipe 9 and communicated with the water moving pipe 15, and a communicating valve 21 is arranged on the communicating pipe 20. As a further improvement of the above technical solution, a flow damper 22 is provided between the jet pump 12 and the mixing separation tank, and the flow damper 22 is communicated with the mixing oil separation tank 2 through a mixing oil pipe. The purpose of the flow damper 22 is to reduce the flow rate of the liquid sprayed by the jet pump 12, so as to avoid the structural damage caused by the impact of the high-speed liquid on the mixed oil separation tank 2.
