An environment-friendly kitchen waste water treatment device comprises a water inlet pipe (1); the device is characterized in that the bottom end of the water inlet pipe (1) is communicated with a flow guide box (3); the angle between the flow guide box (3) and the water inlet pipe (1) is set to be 45-60 degrees; both sides of the water inlet pipe (1) are provided with fixed brackets (2); the top of the flow guide box (3) is provided with a filter plate cleaning assembly (4); the bottom end of the flow guide box (3) is communicated with the filter box (5); the filter box (5) is provided with an adjustable filter assembly; the filter box (5) is provided with a visible glass window corresponding to the adjustable filter component; a water outlet pipe (8) is arranged at the bottom of the filter plate (6); the water outlet pipe (8) is communicated with an oil-water separator (14) in the treatment tank (12) through a detachable communicating vessel; an oil-water separator (14) and a flocculation box are sequentially arranged in the treatment box (12) from top to bottom; a first filter screen is arranged below the oil-water separator (14) in the treatment box (12); the bottom of the first filter screen is communicated with the cavity of the flocculation box through an inverted conical flow guide pipe; a mixing mechanism (15) is arranged in the cavity of the flocculation box; the bottom end of the treatment box (12) is communicated with a purification box (17); an activated carbon filter screen and a pp filter element are sequentially arranged in the purification box (17) from top to bottom; the purification box (17) is arranged at the top of the base; the bottom of the base is provided with a recovery box corresponding to the purification box (17).

The environment friendly kitchen waste treatment device according to claim 1, wherein said adjustable filter assembly comprises a filter plate (6); the filter plate (6) is a rectangular frame body; the periphery of the front surface of the filter plate (6) is provided with an installation frame corresponding to the shape of the filter plate (6); the central lines of the mounting rack and the filter plate (6) in the vertical direction of the horizontal plane are provided with adjusting shafts parallel to the horizontal plane; one end of the adjusting shaft penetrates through one end of the filter box (5) and is connected with an adjusting rotating wheel (7); a rotary bearing and an oil seal are sequentially sleeved at the joint of the filter box (5) and the adjusting shaft from inside to outside; iron sheets are arranged on the front side and the back side of the mounting rack; and electromagnet blocks are arranged on the inner wall of the filter box (5) corresponding to the iron sheets.

The environment-friendly kitchen waste treatment device according to claim 1, wherein said mixing mechanism (15) comprises a rotary shaft (19); the bottom end of the rotating shaft (19) is connected with the output end of the servo driving motor through a coupler; the servo driving motor is a waterproof motor and is arranged in the sealing box; and a top stirrer, a middle stirrer and a bottom stirrer are sequentially arranged on the side surface of the rotating shaft (19) from top to bottom.

The environment friendly kitchen waste treatment device according to claim 3, wherein said top and bottom agitators each comprise a rotating disc (18); the rotating disc (18) is fixedly sleeved on the top outer circumference side of the rotating shaft (19) or the bottom outer circumference side of the rotating shaft (19); the rotating disc (18) is connected with the guide sliding block through a hydraulic rod (20); the guide slide block is connected with a guide rail (25) which is arranged on the side surface of the rotating shaft (19) in a sliding way and is in the vertical direction; one end of the guide rail (25) close to the hydraulic rod (20) is provided with a through hole corresponding to the hydraulic rod (20); one end of the guide sliding block, which is close to the through hole, is provided with a circular limiting buffer plate with the diameter larger than that of the through hole; one end of the guide sliding block, which is far away from the through hole, is connected with one end, which is far away from the hydraulic rod (20), in the guide rail (25) through a pressure buffer spring; the part of the guide sliding block, which is far away from the rotating shaft (19) and extends out of the guide rail (25), is hinged with one end of the stirring rod (23) through a spherical hinge seat; the stirring rod (23) is connected with one end of a first electric telescopic adjusting rod (21) through a return spring; the other end of the first electric telescopic adjusting rod (21) is hinged with the top or the bottom of the rotating disk (18).

The environment-friendly kitchen waste water treatment device according to claim 3, wherein a first stirring blade is provided on the top of the stirring rod (23) of the top stirrer; the first stirring blade is vertically arranged with the top of the vertical plane of the stirring rod (23); a second stirring blade is arranged at the bottom of the stirring rod (23) on the top stirrer; the angle between the second stirring blade and the bottom of the vertical plane of the stirring rod (23) is set to be 45-60 degrees; the top stirrer is provided with a bottom stirrer symmetrically about the center line of the vertical plane of the rotating shaft (19).

The environment-friendly kitchen waste water treatment device according to claim 1, wherein a flocculant box (16) corresponding to the flocculation box and a detector for detecting the percentage of impurities in the flocculation box are arranged on the side surface of the treatment box (12); the flocculating agent box (16) is communicated with one side of the top of the cavity of the flocculating box through a medicine pipe; a flocculant demand meter and an electromagnetic valve body corresponding to the volume of sewage in the flocculation tank and the percentage content of impurities in the wastewater are arranged on the medicine pipe; a second filter screen is arranged at the bottom of the flocculation box; the top and the bottom of the flocculation box are provided with electromagnetic valves; and a water level sensor is arranged on the flocculation tank.

The environment friendly kitchen waste treatment device according to claim 1, wherein said filter plate cleaning assembly comprises a rotating shaft (27); a stepping drive motor is arranged on the flow guide box (3) corresponding to the rotating shaft (27); a fixed seat is arranged on the outer circumferential side of the rotating shaft (27); the fixing seats comprise a first fixing seat and a second fixing seat which are symmetrically arranged about the central line of the rotating shaft (27) in the horizontal direction; one end of the first fixed seat, which is far away from the rotating shaft (27), is connected with the pressure plate (26) through a hydraulic telescopic cylinder; one surface of the pressing plate (26) far away from the rotating shaft (27) is arranged corresponding to the shape and size of the filter plate (6); a shunt box (28) is arranged on one surface of the second fixed seat, which is far away from the rotating shaft (27); the flow distribution box (28) is communicated with a cleaning water tank (13) which is communicated with the bottom of the recovery box through a first pipe and a second pipe and is arranged at the bottom of the flow guide box (3); one end of the second pipe communicated with the cleaning water tank (13) is provided with a pressure pump corresponding to the recovery tank; and a booster pump is arranged on the flow distribution box (28) corresponding to the cleaning pressure spray head (29).

The environment-friendly kitchen waste treatment device according to claim 1, wherein said detachable connector comprises a telescopic communication pipe (10); the top of the telescopic communicating pipe (10) extends into the water outlet pipe (8) and is provided with a sealing rubber ring corresponding to the inner diameter of the water outlet pipe (8); the telescopic communicating pipe (10) is fixedly sleeved with a fixed plate (9); the bottom end of the fixed plate (9) is fixedly connected with the top of the treatment box (12) through an electric telescopic rod (11); the bottom of the telescopic communicating pipe (10) is communicated with an oil-water separator (14) through a fixed pipe; the fixed pipe extends into the telescopic communicating pipe (10) and is connected with the inner wall of the telescopic communicating pipe (10) in a sliding mode.
