As shown in fig. 2, and referring to fig. 4, in the front transport position, the wooden deck 3 is snapped together with the wooden base 1 and arranged such that the transport side of the wooden deck 3, i.e., the high end 31 of the panel 30, is in contact with the top surface 101 of the wooden base 1 and the low end 32 is in contact with the ground (not shown), thereby enabling the ultra-low temperature refrigerator 300 to be pushed onto the top surface 101 of the wooden base 1 along the transport side of the wooden deck 3, i.e., the panel 30, or onto the ground from the top surface 101 of the wooden base 1 along the transport side of the wooden deck 3, i.e., the panel 30, by means of its two pairs of casters 304. A box article transporting tooling as claimed in claim 2 or claim 3 wherein said decking is a wooden decking including a panel constituting said transporting side and a pair of supporting decking strips constituting said supporting side for supporting said castors in said forward transporting position.
5. A box article carrying tool according to claim 4, wherein the guide strip has an extension depending outwardly from the base plate, and the support base strip correspondingly has an extension depending outwardly from the base plate, the extension and the extension forming a central mounting gap into which the high end of the carrying side of the decking is snapped in the forward carrying position.
6. A tooling for transporting box objects according to claim 4, wherein the supporting cover strip is formed as a one-piece wedge-shaped strip, or the supporting cover strip is formed as at least two wedge-shaped blocks or at least two wedge-shaped blocks with different heights which are linearly arranged in front and back.
7. A method for packaging and disassembling a box object is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s0: providing a tool for transporting the box body object according to claims 1 to 6;
s1: placing the base of the tool on the ground, and placing the base into a state that the pair of guide laths extends forwards and backwards;
s2: clamping the cover plate of the tool to the base, enabling the conveying side of the cover plate to face upwards, enabling the high end of the cover plate to be connected with the top surface of the base and enabling the low end of the cover plate to be connected with the ground;
s3: the article of the case is pushed onto said base from the front to the rear via said transport side of said cover by means of said two pairs of castors of its own bottom, and each said pair of castors is located outside a corresponding one of said guide slats, thereby laterally positioning the castors;
s4: when the front and back positions of each pair of caster wheels are symmetrical on the base, the limiting lathes are arranged between the corresponding pair of caster wheels and are arranged on the top surface of the base in parallel to the corresponding guide lathes, so that the caster wheels are longitudinally limited;
s5: the cover plate is separated from the clamping connection with the base and is placed on the top of the box body object;
s6: integrally packaging the box body objects and transporting the box body objects to a destination;
s7: opening the package, and taking down the cover plate to be clamped with the base again;
s8: removing the retaining strip from the base to remove the longitudinal retaining of the caster;
s9: the box articles are pushed onto the decking from the rear forward along the pair of guide slats and onto the ground from the rear forward along the transport side of the decking.
8. The method of wrapping and removing carton objects according to claim 7, further comprising, before said step S5, a step S45: and sleeving the packing box on the box body object from top to bottom.
9. A box article packing and unpacking method as recited in claim 8, wherein in said step S5, said cover sheet is placed on top of said box article and over said packing box.
