Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of knot, in particular to a knotting method.
Background
The thread or rope is a common tool in industrial production and life, and when the thread or rope is tied to bind an object with higher tension, the first knot is always loosened when the second knot is tied. In order to tighten both the first knot and the second knot, it is conventional practice to secure the first knot by another assistant with a tool such as pliers after the first knot is tied, and then tie the second knot. The disadvantages of this approach are: 1. the tool is damaged to the wire or cord itself and the maximum resistant tension of the wire or cord is reduced. 2. When the second knot is made, the first knot is still loosened for a certain distance after the fixed tool is loosened. 3. The knotting process needs the cooperation of an assistant, the knotting time is prolonged, and the efficiency is low.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art, it is an object of the present invention to provide a knotting method for solving the problems of the prior art, which comprises at least the following steps:
a) forming a first knot, wherein the first knot is a single knot, a line segment extending out of one side of the single knot is an A-section line, a line segment extending out of the other side of the first knot is a B-section line, and the first knot does not need to be tightened;
b) the handheld clamping tool at least comprises a handheld section and a clamping section, and the other handheld A-section line;
c) placing the clamping section of the clamping tool on the A-section wire, and rotating the clamping tool to enable the A-section wire to form a wire loop C at least by winding one turn of the A-section wire, so that the A-section wire sequentially forms a near unijunction section wire, a wire loop C and a far unijunction section wire from a unijunction end to a free end;
d) at least one finger of the thread holding hand hooks the near single knot section thread and holds the far single knot section thread by the thread holding hand;
e) clamping and pulling the B section of wire by using a clamping part of a clamping tool, and enabling the B section of wire to penetrate through the wire ring C to form a second knot;
f) the clamping tool continuously clamps and tightens the section B wire to one side, and the wire holding hand simultaneously tightens the near-unijunction section wire and the far-unijunction section wire to the other side, so that the wire loop C slides along the section B wire until the first knot is tightened and the wire loop C is contacted with the first knot and tightly presses the first knot;
g) and (3) loosening the near single knot section wire, continuously tensioning the section B wire by the clamping tool to keep the wire ring C in contact with the first knot, and further tensioning the far single knot section wire by the wire holding hand to tighten the second knot.
Preferably, the clamping tool comprises at least a hand-held section and a clamping section, and the clamping tool is a pliers.
Preferably, the finger hooked on the near single knot line in the step d is the index finger.
Preferably, the second knot is tightened by pulling the tail of the A1 length of thread with the index finger and thumb in step g.
The knotting method is also applicable to elongated objects that can be arbitrarily bent, such as ropes.
The knotting method is suitable for various operations which need a single person to complete knotting and simultaneously tighten the first knot and the second knot.
As described above, the knotting method of the present invention has the following advantages:
1) only one person is needed to complete the knotting operation, so that the knotting operation is more convenient, quicker and more efficient;
2) the cable is not damaged, and the quality of the cable is not damaged.

As shown in fig. 1(a) to (c) or fig. 2(a) to (c), the present invention provides a knotting method including at least the steps of:
a) the first junction 1 is a single junction, a line segment extending from one side of the first junction 1 is an A-section line, a line segment extending from the other side of the single junction is a B-section line 3, and the single junction does not need to be tightened;
b) the handheld clamping tool at least comprises a handheld section and a clamping section, and the other handheld A-section line;
c) placing the clamping section of the clamping tool on the A-section wire, and rotating the clamping tool to form the wire loop C4 around the A-section wire at least one turn, so that the A-section wire sequentially forms a near single-section wire 21, a wire loop C4 and a far single-section wire 22 from a single-joint end to a free end;
d) at least one finger of the thread holding hand hooks the near single knot section thread 21 and holds the far single knot section thread 22 by the thread holding hand;
e) clamping the B-segment wire 3 by a clamping part of a clamping tool, moving the clamping tool, and enabling the B-segment wire 3 to penetrate through the wire ring C4 to form a second knot;
f) the clamping tool continuously clamps the B-section wire 3, and the wire clamping hand simultaneously tightens the near single-section wire 21 and the far single-section wire 22 to the other side, so that the wire ring C4 slides along the B-section wire 3 until the first knot 1 is tightened and the wire ring C4 is contacted with the first knot 1 and compresses the first knot 1;
g) the proximal single knot wire 21 is released, the clamping tool continues to pull on the B-section wire 3 to keep the loop C4 in contact with the first knot 1 and compressed, and the wire holding hand further pulls on the distal single knot wire 22 to tighten the second knot.
The single knot, i.e., half knot, intersects the two ends of the pre-knotted string, with one end wrapping 360 degrees around the other at the intersection to form the single knot. As shown at 1 in fig. 1 (a). The direction of the knot tying of the first knot 1 can be chosen arbitrarily.
Preferably, the gripping tool comprises at least a hand-held section and a gripping section, the gripping tool being a pliers having an elongated gripping portion, such as a knotter, nipper, hemostat, or the like.
Preferably, the finger hooked on the single knot line 21 in step d is used together with the index finger or the index finger and the middle finger, so as to facilitate the operation.
Preferably, the distal single knot wire 22 is pulled with the index finger and thumb to tighten the second knot in step g.
In another preferred embodiment, the distal knot A1 is held in the wire-holding hand to tighten the second knot in step g, and the first knot 1 and the second knot are tightened by holding the distal knot wire 22 in the wire-holding hand
Preferably, the third and subsequent junctions may be tied in any manner.
The knotting method is also applicable to elongated objects that can be arbitrarily bent, such as ropes.
The diameter of the long strip-shaped object is not more than 1cm, and preferably, the diameter is less than 1 mm.
In the present application, since the proximal single knot section wire 21 is hooked by the fingers of the wire holding hand and the distal single knot section wire 22 is grasped by the wire holding hand in step d, and since the B-section wire 3 is clamped by the clamping portion of the clamping tool in step e, the clamping tool and the wire holding hand can be simultaneously tightened to both sides in step f and step g, respectively, so that the first knot can be tightened first. In step g, when the finger hooking the near single knot length wire 21 is released, the clamping tool continuously tightens the B-section wire 3 to keep the wire loop C4 in contact with the first knot 1 and to press the first knot against loosening, and the far single knot length wire 22 is tightened again by the wire-holding hand to tighten the second knot, the first knot 1 is pressed by the pressure of the wire loop C, so that the tightened state can be maintained.
The knotting method only needs one person to complete knotting operation, so that the knotting method is suitable for any situation that one person knottes and simultaneously knotts the second knot in industrial production life, and the first knot and the second knot can be tightened without clamping the first knot by an assistant, so that the knotting method is also suitable for any situation that two knots are tightened simultaneously. Compared with the traditional knotting method, the knotting method has the advantages of rapider operation, no damage to the thread, reliable knot quality and no need of assistant assistance. When the knotting method is used for binding objects with higher tension or knotting by using wires or ropes with lower surface friction, the effect is more obvious.
In conclusion, the present invention effectively overcomes various disadvantages of the prior art and has high industrial utilization value.
The foregoing embodiments are merely illustrative of the principles and utilities of the present invention and are not intended to limit the invention. Any person skilled in the art can modify or change the above-mentioned embodiments without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention. Accordingly, it is intended that all equivalent modifications or changes which can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and technical spirit of the present invention be covered by the claims of the present invention.
