When the first fixing rod 31 and the second fixing rod 32 are moved away from or close to each other, the inserting rod 3312 is moved in the connecting cylinder 3311, at this time, the connecting pin 342 is pressed by the sidewall of the inserting rod 3312, the spring is compressed, until the connecting pin 342 is close to the fixing hole 344, the connecting pin 342 enters the fixing hole 344 by the spring, so that the inserting rod 3312 is fixed on the connecting cylinder 3311 so as not to affect the operation of the entire wire winding rod 33.

The projection 271 can increase the friction between the hand of the operator and the rotation assisting plate 27, so that the operator can conveniently rotate the rotation assisting plate 27 to rotate the rotating cylinder 22, thereby changing the distance between the first fixing rod 31 and the second fixing rod 32.
As shown in fig. 4, the top wall of the connecting tube 3311 is provided with a sliding groove 8, the sliding groove 8 is close to the opening at one end of the inserting rod 3312, the top wall of the inserting rod 3312 is integrally connected with a sliding strip 81, and the sliding strip 81 is located in the sliding groove 8 and slidably connected with the connecting tube 3311. At this time, the top wall of the winding rod 33 is flush, so that the winding rod 33 is better contacted with the object with winding, and the winding rod 33 is not easy to wear when the winding rod 33 is contacted with the object.

The whole process is convenient.
