The dirty oil and sewage recovery ship of claim 2, wherein: the inside of the engine room is provided with a dirty oil water storage cabinet, the dirty oil water storage cabinet is connected with a dirty oil water hand pump, the dirty oil water hand pump is connected with a dirty oil water tank, the inside of the engine room is provided with a domestic sewage tank, the domestic sewage tank is connected with a crushing sewage pump, the crushing sewage pump is connected with the domestic sewage tank, a discharge joint is arranged on a main deck of the ship body, the dirty oil water hand pump is connected with the discharge joint, the crushing sewage pump is connected with the discharge joint, and a waste engine oil recovery box is arranged in the pump room.

s1, connecting other ships: connecting sewage on other ships with the sewage shore connection through pipelines, or connecting sewage water on other ships with the sewage shore connection through pipelines;
s2, starting recovery: starting a sewage suction pump to suck sewage into the domestic sewage tank, or starting a dirty oil water suction pump to suck dirty oil water into a dirty oil water tank;
s3, completing absorption: closing the sewage suction pump or the dirty oil water suction pump, and disconnecting the pipeline connected with the sewage shore connection or disconnecting the pipeline connected with the dirty oil water shore connection;
s4, discharging sewage and dirty oil water: connecting the collection place with a sewage shore connection joint through a pipeline, and then starting a domestic sewage crushing pump to pump the domestic sewage tank into the collection place; and the collection part is connected with the sump oil water shore connection through a pipeline, and then the sump oil water discharge pump is started to pump the sump oil water tank into the collection part.
9. The recycling method of a dirty oil and sewage recycling boat according to claim 5, for recycling the dirty water, dirty oil water or used oil of the boat, characterized in that; comprises the following steps of;
s1, dirty oil water recovery: a. putting the dirty oil water hand pump into dirty oil water through a pipeline, starting the dirty oil water hand pump, and pumping the dirty oil water into a dirty oil water storage cabinet; b. connecting the sump oil water hand pump with the sump oil water tank, and then starting the sump oil water hand pump to pump the sump oil water into the sump oil water tank; or the hand pump for the dirty oil water is connected with the discharge joint, and the dirty oil water is directly pumped into the collection position through the connection of the discharge joint and the collection position;
s2, sewage recovery: a. discharging sewage on the ship into a domestic sewage tank through a pipeline; b. starting a crushing sewage pump to pump sewage into a domestic sewage cabin, or starting the crushing sewage pump to pump the sewage into a collection place directly;
s3, recovering waste engine oil: pouring the waste engine oil into a waste engine oil recovery box for storage;
s4, discharging sewage, dirty oil water and waste engine oil: connecting the collection place with a sewage shore connection joint through a pipeline, and then starting a domestic sewage crushing pump to pump the domestic sewage tank into the collection place; or the collection position is connected with the sump oil water shore connection through a pipeline, and then the sump oil water discharge pump is started to pump the sump oil water tank into the collection position; the collection part is connected with the used oil recovery box through a pipeline, and the used oil is pumped into the collection part by a pump.
10. The recovery method of a dirty oil and sewage recovery ship according to claim 7, used for recovering the dirty oil and water on the water surface, characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
s1, putting the oil enclosing device into water: one end of the flexible pipeline is put into water or both ends of the flexible pipeline are put into water at the same time, and the whole flexible pipeline can be led out smoothly;
s2, starting a pushing device: the pushing device is controlled by a remote controller to drive the flexible pipeline to move on the water surface, and dirty oil on the water surface is surrounded;
s3, starting a crane: the oil absorption rotary disc is lifted to the circled dirty oil and falls into the dirty oil;
s4, starting a sump oil water suction pump: firstly, connecting an oil absorption rotary table with a dirty oil water suction pump through a pipeline, then starting the dirty oil water suction pump to pump the dirty oil on the water surface into a dirty oil water chamber, and simultaneously controlling a pushing device by using a remote controller to continuously shrink the range of the dirty oil on the water surface so as to enable the dirty oil to continuously approach the oil absorption rotary table;
s5, finishing recovery: closing the dirty oil water suction pump, lifting the oil absorption rotary table by the crane, and manually recovering the flexible pipeline;
s6, discharging dirty oil water: and the collection part is connected with the sump oil water shore connection through a pipeline, and then the sump oil water discharge pump is started to pump the sump oil water tank into the collection part.
