Claims (10)

1. An automatic plugging system for a wire harness connector between a tractor and a trailer is characterized by comprising a control unit, a stepping motor connected with the control unit and a guide rod pipe used for guiding out a tractor wire harness connected with a first connector of a vehicle;
the control unit is used for being connected with an automatic driving area controller of a vehicle and receiving a control instruction sent by the automatic driving area controller; the control instruction carries relative position information, and is generated based on relative position information calculated by the autopilot domain controller according to a connecting shaft of the vehicle in a hanging state and a calibration label on a trailer chassis;
the control unit is further configured to analyze the control instruction to obtain the relative position information, generate a pulse PWM signal based on the control instruction if the relative position information is within a preset boundary range, and send the pulse PWM signal to the stepping motor;
the stepping motor is used for receiving the pulse PWM signal and driving the guide rod pipe to push the first connector to be pressed on a second connector of the vehicle so as to realize the plugging and unplugging of the first connector and the second connector; the first connector and the second connector are automatic pressing and separating connectors.
2. The plugging system according to claim 1, wherein the stepper motor is a protruding shaft motor.
3. The plugging system according to claim 1, wherein a connector guide sleeve is bonded to a press-fit end of the second connector and the first connector.
4. The plugging system according to claim 1, further comprising a camera device communicatively coupled to the autopilot domain controller;
the camera device is used for shooting a shot image comprising the connecting shaft and the calibration label and sending the shot image to the automatic driving area controller, so that the automatic driving area controller can calculate the relative position information based on the connecting shaft and the calibration label in the shot image.
5. The plugging system according to claim 1, further comprising a take-up device connected to the tractor harness exiting the lumen of the guide tube;
and the winding device is used for winding and unwinding the tractor wire harness when the guide rod pipe pushes the first connector and the second connector to be pressed.
6. The plugging system according to claim 1, further comprising a tractor end harness sleeve, wherein an inner cavity of the tractor end harness sleeve is used for insertion of the guide rod tube.
7. The plugging system according to claim 6, further comprising a fixing bracket for fixing the tractor end harness sleeve.
8. The plugging system according to claim 6, further comprising a spring adhered to the tractor end harness sleeve;
and the spring is used for pushing the guide rod pipe to return after pressing.
9. The plugging system according to claim 1, further comprising a pull-down resistor connected to the plug-in port of the second connector;
the control unit is further configured to generate a low level signal when the first connector is inserted into the plug-in port, and send the low level signal to the automatic driving area controller, so that the automatic driving area controller determines that the first connector and the second connector are in a plugging state according to the low level signal.
10. A vehicle, characterized in that the vehicle is provided with the automatic plugging and unplugging system for a wire harness connector between a tractor and a trailer according to any one of claims 1-9 and an automatic driving domain controller, wherein the automatic driving domain controller is used for calculating relative position information according to a connecting shaft of the vehicle in a hanging state and a calibration label on a trailer chassis, and generating a control command according to the relative position information.
