本发明涉木塑技术领域，具体为一种具有抗菌功能的木塑复合材料。
背景技术
木塑，即木塑复合材料，是国内外近年蓬勃兴起的一类新型复合材料，指利用聚乙烯、聚丙烯和聚氯乙烯等，代替通常的树脂胶粘剂，与超过35％-70％以上的木粉、稻壳、秸秆等废植物纤维混合成新的木质材料，再经挤压、模压、注塑成型等塑料加工工艺，生产出的板材或型材。主要用于建材、家具、物流包装等行业，因为木塑的可塑性强，可加工性好，所以可以用于制造木塑室内门、踢脚线、整体橱柜、衣柜、外墙挂板、天花吊顶、装饰墙板、户外地板、护栏立柱、塑钢凉亭、园林护栏、阳台护栏、围圃栅栏、休闲长椅、树池、花架、花箱空调架、空调护罩、百叶窗、路面标示牌、运输托盘等物品，其中木塑制成的衣柜门存在很多缺陷；
现有的木塑制成的衣柜门功能单一，不具备吸湿的功能，回南天时，潮气会进入衣柜中，但现有的木塑衣柜门无法吸收衣柜中的潮气，从而容易造成衣服发霉的情况，而且冬天时，衣柜里的衣服容易变得冰凉，不宜直接穿上，但是现有的木塑衣柜门不具备加热的功能，另外，房子刚装修好时，房间都有一些难闻的气味，现有的木塑制衣柜门不具备吸收甲醛以及香薰整个房间的功能。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种具有抗菌功能的木塑复合材料。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的，一种具有抗菌功能的木塑复合材料，包括复合板本体。

(2)本复合材料设置有单片机模块、温度传感器和电热丝，它们安装在第一木塑板内部，当冬天时，温度传感器能够感受到衣柜里的温度，当温度过低时，单片机模块会控制电热丝开始加热工作，木塑具有绝缘性，从而避免了触电的危险，电热丝产生的温度可以通过金属板更好地传递出去，相较于现有技术，本发明功能性更强。
(3)本复合材料设置有熏香包，熏香包的香味能够从设置的第一通孔和第二通孔传递出去，从而达到香薰的效果，而且本发明能够通过推动挡板来关闭第一通孔，来改变熏香气味的传递效果，从而改变香味的浓度，而且本发明最外层涂有光触媒涂层，它能够在无消耗的情况下吸收甲醛并将其转化为无毒物质。

请参阅图1-4，本发明提供的一种实施例：一种具有抗菌功能的木塑复合材料，包括复合板本体1。
所述复合板本体1包括抗菌板102、樟木板103、金属板104和第一木塑板105，所述抗菌板102左侧面均匀设置有多个第一凹槽3，多个所述第一凹槽3的内部均填充有海绵包2，所述抗菌板102的右侧面复合有樟木板103，所述樟木板103的一侧复合有金属板104，所述金属板104的右侧面复合有第一木塑板105，所述第一木塑板105内部设有第一空腔8，所述第一空腔8顶部延伸至第一木塑板105的外部，所述第一空腔8内壁竖直复合有密度板106，所述密度板106靠近金属板104的一侧面固定安装有单片机模块5、温度传感器6和电热丝7，所述温度传感器6和电热丝7均与单片机模块5电性连接，所述第一木塑板105的右侧面复合有纤维水泥板107，所述纤维水泥板107的右侧面复合有抗倍特板108，所述抗倍特板108的一侧面复合有第二木塑板109，所述第二木塑板109的内部设置有第二空腔11、第三空腔14、第四空腔16、第一滑槽17和多个第一通孔13，所述第二空腔11右侧与多个第一通孔13相通，多个所述第一通孔13的右侧面均与第三空腔14相通，所述第四空腔16和第一滑槽17均与第三空腔14的右侧相通，所述第二空腔11内部固定安装有熏香包12，所述第三空腔14内部竖直滑动安装有挡板15，所述挡板15右侧面的顶部固定安装有滑杆1501所述滑杆1501滑动安装在第一滑槽17内部，所述第二木塑板109右侧面复合有装饰面板110，所述装饰面板110的内部设置有第二滑槽18和多个第二通孔20，所述滑杆1501右端活动贯穿第二滑槽18，并延伸至复合板本体1的外部。
具体的，所述装饰面板110的外表面涂有光触媒涂层111，所述抗菌板102的左侧面涂有光滑涂层101，光触媒涂层111能够在无消耗的情况下吸收甲醛并将其转化为无毒物质，光滑涂层101能够保证复合板本体1内侧面的光滑度，防止毛刺划破衣服。
具体的，所述第一滑槽17和第二滑槽18大小相等，且所述第一滑槽17和第二滑槽18位置相对应。
具体的，所述第二木塑板109的右侧面设置有第二凹槽9，所述第二凹槽9的内部固定安装有活性炭包10，用于吸附房间内空气的粉尘，净化空气。
具体的，所述滑杆1501的外部一端固定安装有滑动手柄1502，便于更好地滑动挡板15。
具体的，所述复合板本体1的正侧面固定安装有把手4，所述把手4的外壁固定安装有防滑手套，便于开关复合板本体1制成的衣柜门。
具体的，所述复合板本体1的两侧面均固定安装有橡胶垫22，便于缓冲碰撞力。
具体的，两块所述橡胶垫22的内部均设置有弹簧槽19，多个所述弹簧槽19的内部均水平固定安装有防震弹簧21，多个所述防震弹簧21的两端分别与复合板本体1一侧面和相对应的弹簧槽19内壁固定连接，橡胶垫22和防震弹簧21便能够在一定程度上缓冲该碰撞力，从而提高复合板本体1的使用寿命。
具体的，所述装饰面板110右侧面刻有花纹，用于装饰，更加精致。
具体的，所述滑动手柄1502的直径等于弹簧槽19宽度的两倍。
工作原理：本申请中出现的电器元件在使用时均外接连通电源和控制开关，本发明设置有海绵包2，海绵包2能够吸收衣柜内部的湿气，从而保持衣服的干燥性，而且本发明复合有抗菌板102和樟木板103，这两种材料都能够在一定程度上增强复合材料的抗菌功能，樟木板103的左侧面涂有光滑涂层101，从而保证复合板本体1内侧面的光滑度，防止毛刺划破衣服。
本发明设置有单片机模块5、温度传感器6和电热丝7，它们设置在第一木塑板105内部，当冬天时，温度传感器6能够感受到衣柜里的温度，当温度过低时，单片机模块5会控制电热丝7开始加热工作，因为第一木塑板105具有绝缘性，所以避免了触电的危险，因为密度板106能作为电路板，所以单片机模块5、温度传感器6和电热丝7均设置在密度板106上，而金属板104设置在第一木塑板105的左侧，能使电热丝7产生的温度更好地传递到衣柜内，而且第一空腔8的顶部贯穿第一木塑板105，也便于后期对该电器元件的维修。
本发明设置有纤维水泥板107和抗倍特板108，分别具有防火和防水的功能，本发明还设置有熏香包12，熏香包12的香味能够从设置的第一通孔13和第二通孔20传递出去，从而达到香薰的效果，而且本发明能够通过推动挡板15来遮挡第一通孔13，能够改变熏香气味的传递效果，从而改变香味的浓度，本发明的第二木塑板109内部还嵌入安装有活性炭包10，能够净化房间的空气，而且本发明最外层涂有光触媒涂层111，它能够在无消耗的情况下吸收甲醛并将其转化为无毒物质，本发明复合板本体1的两侧还安装有橡胶垫22和防震弹簧21，人们在使用本发明时，开关门总避免不了复合板本体1的碰撞，橡胶垫22和防震弹簧21便能够在一定程度上缓冲该碰撞力，从而提高复合板本体1的使用寿命。
涉及到电路和电子元器件和控制模块均为现有技术，本领域技术人员完全可以实现，无需赘言，本发明保护的内容也不涉及对于软件和方法的改进。

1.一种具有抗菌功能的木塑复合材料，其特征在于：包括复合板本体(1)；
所述复合板本体(1)包括抗菌板(102)、樟木板(103)、金属板(104)和第一木塑板(105)，所述抗菌板(102)左侧面均匀设置有多个第一凹槽(3)，多个所述第一凹槽(3)的内部均填充有海绵包(2)，所述抗菌板(102)的右侧面复合有樟木板(103)，所述樟木板(103)的一侧复合有金属板(104)，所述金属板(104)的右侧面复合有第一木塑板(105)，所述第一木塑板(105)内部设有第一空腔(8)，所述第一空腔(8)顶部延伸至第一木塑板(105)的外部，所述第一空腔(8)内壁竖直复合有密度板(106)，所述密度板(106)靠近金属板(104)的一侧面固定安装有单片机模块(5)、温度传感器(6)和电热丝(7)，所述温度传感器(6)和电热丝(7)均与单片机模块(5)电性连接，所述第一木塑板(105)的右侧面复合有纤维水泥板(107)，所述纤维水泥板(107)的右侧面复合有抗倍特板(108)，所述抗倍特板(108)的一侧面复合有第二木塑板(109)，所述第二木塑板(109)的内部设置有第二空腔(11)、第三空腔(14)、第四空腔(16)、第一滑槽(17)和多个第一通孔(13)，所述第二空腔(11)右侧与多个第一通孔(13)相通，多个所述第一通孔(13)的右侧面均与第三空腔(14)相通，所述第四空腔(16)和第一滑槽(17)均与第三空腔(14)的右侧相通，所述第二空腔(11)内部固定安装有熏香包(12)，所述第三空腔(14)内部竖直滑动安装有挡板(15)，所述挡板(15)右侧面的顶部固定安装有滑杆(1501)所述滑杆(1501)滑动安装在第一滑槽(17)内部，所述第二木塑板(109)右侧面复合有装饰面板(110)，所述装饰面板(110)的内部设置有第二滑槽(18)和多个第二通孔(20)，所述滑杆(1501)右端活动贯穿第二滑槽(18)，并延伸至复合板本体(1)的外部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有抗菌功能的木塑复合材料，其特征在于：所述装饰面板(110)的外表面涂有光触媒涂层(111)，所述抗菌板(102)的左侧面涂有光滑涂层(101)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有抗菌功能的木塑复合材料，其特征在于：所述第一滑槽(17)和第二滑槽(18)大小相等，且所述第一滑槽(17)和第二滑槽(18)位置相对应。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有抗菌功能的木塑复合材料，其特征在于：所述第二木塑板(109)的右侧面设置有第二凹槽(9)，所述第二凹槽(9)的内部固定安装有活性炭包(10)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有抗菌功能的木塑复合材料，其特征在于：所述滑杆(1501)的外部一端固定安装有滑动手柄(1502)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有抗菌功能的木塑复合材料，其特征在于：所述复合板本体(1)的正侧面固定安装有把手(4)，所述把手(4)的外壁固定安装有防滑手套。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有抗菌功能的木塑复合材料，其特征在于：所述复合板本体(1)的两侧面均固定安装有橡胶垫(22)。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有抗菌功能的木塑复合材料，其特征在于：两块所述橡胶垫(22)的内部均设置有弹簧槽(19)，多个所述弹簧槽(19)的内部均水平固定安装有防震弹簧(21)，多个所述防震弹簧(21)的两端分别与复合板本体(1)一侧面和相对应的弹簧槽(19)内壁固定连接。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有抗菌功能的木塑复合材料，其特征在于：所述装饰面板(110)右侧面刻有花纹。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有抗菌功能的木塑复合材料，其特征在于：所述滑动手柄(1502)的直径等于弹簧槽(19)宽度的两倍。
