The working principle of the invention is as follows: the exhaust hood 4 is arranged outside the exhaust pipe 2, the extrusion ring 3 is clamped into the annular groove 6, the extrusion ring 3 extrudes the sealing ring 7, the sealing performance of the exhaust hood 4 is good, smoke is prevented from leaking into a workshop and influencing the physical health of workers, external air enters the exhaust channel 5 through the ventilation device 8 by opening the draught fan 10, a gap is formed between the outer surface of the exhaust pipe 2 and the inner wall of the exhaust hood 4, air can enter the draught fan 10 through the exhaust channel 5, the air speed above the exhaust pipe 2 is high, the pressure is low, the interior of the extruder 1 is in a sealed state relatively, the internal temperature of the extruder 1 is high, the pressure in the extruder 1 is high, and therefore a large amount of smoke generated in the extruder 1 can enter the exhaust channel 5 through the exhaust pipe 2, finally, the flue gas enters the inside of a draught fan 10 through an induced draft pipe 9 and is exhausted into an absorption tower 13 through an exhaust pipe 11, on one hand, the flue gas leakage can be prevented through the air pressure difference formed between the upper part of a smoke exhaust tube 2 and the inside of an extruder 1, on the other hand, the circulation of the flue gas in the extruder 1 is accelerated, the work efficiency of removing the flue gas is improved, a rectangular block 14 is close to the inner bottom wall of the absorption tower 13, when the absorption liquid at the bottom of the absorption tower 13 is accumulated more, the flue gas is firstly introduced into the accumulated absorption liquid, so that the absorption liquid firstly fully absorbs harmful substances in the flue gas, when the flue gas floats in the absorption tower 13, the sprayed absorption liquid can continuously absorb the harmful substances in the flue gas, the smoke removing effect is good, when a high-pressure pump 15 works, the absorption liquid can be pumped into the high-pressure pump 15 through a liquid pumping pipe 16, and under the action of the high-pressure pump 15, the absorption liquid, and the sprayed absorption liquid is in the form of mist and can be uniformly distributed in the absorption tower 13, so that the flue gas and the absorption liquid are fully mixed and absorbed, the absorption liquid can fall into the bottom of the absorption tower 13, when the absorption liquid at the bottom of the absorption tower 13 is gathered more, in order to prevent the absorption liquid from overflowing out of the absorption tower 13, the water suction pump 20 can be opened, the absorption liquid in the absorption tower 13 is pumped out and conveyed into the water collecting tank through the drain pipe for centralized treatment, the exhaust fan 23 is started, the filtered flue gas can be discharged through the exhaust fan 23, by arranging the filter screen 24, the substances with larger external volume can be prevented from entering the absorption tower 13 through the exhaust box 22, by arranging the first water level sensor 25 with the height lower than that of the smoke exhaust pipe 11, when the water level of the absorption liquid at the bottom of the absorption tower 13 rises to the inside of the first sensor 25, the water suction pump 20 is in a closed state, the flue gas discharged from the smoke exhaust pipe 11 is prevented from being discharged through, when the water pump of the absorption liquid at the bottom of the absorption tower 13 reaches the position of the second water level sensor 26, the water pump 20 can be started to discharge the absorption liquid, so as to prevent the absorption liquid from overflowing out of the absorption tower 13.
