The concrete in the hopper is pumped as completely as possible; filling water into the hopper of the jet pump, and ensuring that the hopper is connected with a water source; starting a pump, pushing the concrete in the pipeline by water, and conveying the concrete into a mixer of the manipulator through a concrete conveying pipeline; the mixer is connected with a high-pressure air pipe, and water and concrete residues are sent out under the action of the high-pressure air. The joint of the outlet of the jet pump and the concrete conveying pipeline is opened, a nozzle on the manipulator is removed, a plug is installed, a large amount of water is injected into the concrete conveying pipeline through a water pipe, high-pressure air is started, and water and residues in the pipe are flushed out through the high-pressure air. Fourthly, releasing the pressure in the pipeline and cutting off the power supply after the reverse pump acts for several times;
fifthly, opening a discharge elbow and a discharge door, and thoroughly removing the residual concrete in the hopper, the distribution valve box body and the reducer pipe;
sixthly, opening a pipe clamp (closest to the jet pump) at the joint of the outlet of the jet pump and the concrete conveying pipeline, removing a spray head on a manipulator in the spray mixing system, installing a plug at the spray head of the manipulator and fixing the plug by the pipe clamp, inserting another water pipe into the concrete conveying pipeline from the mixer, injecting a large amount of water into the concrete conveying pipeline, starting high-pressure air, and flushing out the water and residues in the pipe by the high-pressure air. And finally, cleaning the jet pump and the rest of pipelines to finish secondary cleaning.
The invention has the advantages that: the method can effectively solve the problem of blockage of concrete injection pipelines due to incomplete pipeline cleaning in the TBM tunnel construction, can greatly improve the cooperative working performance of a concrete injection system, a steel arch system and an anchor rod drilling system, and improves the tunnel supporting and tunneling efficiency of the TBM tunnel construction.
