The invention is further described with reference to the following figures and specific embodiments.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a hard mask 1 made of hard materials including but not limited to plastics, metals and wood is made of transparent or opaque materials according to the facial shape structure or curved surface and plane structure, and covers the mouth and nose and the chin or just the mouth and nose, and the contact part of the mask and the facial skin is sealed by sponge, rubber or other sealing materials singly and/or in combination, so as to achieve the purpose of sealing the periphery; the front side of the mask is away from the mouth and the nose of the face, a space is reserved and is not attached to the face, a plurality of breathing interfaces 8 are arranged at the edge of the hard mask 1, preferably the rear edges and/or the lower jaw parts of two sides, at least two interfaces 8 are arranged, the interfaces 8 are provided with interface one-way valves 7, air inlet and air outlet are separated, exhaled waste gas is prevented from being reused, the interfaces 8 are connected with epidemic prevention component interfaces 25 with epidemic prevention function or interfaces of other equipment through airflow pipes, and the components or the equipment can be fixed or placed at all parts of the body; when the interface 8 of the air inlet one-way valve and/or the air outlet one-way valve does not need to be externally connected with an epidemic prevention component, the interface 8 is preferably sealed by a rubber cover or a plug, and can also be sealed by other modes or materials; a small opening which is convenient to open and close can be reserved at the mouth and nose part of the mask, and the small opening can be sealed in the forms of zippers, buttons, buckles, sticking and the like, so that speaking and drinking are convenient; the two sides of the hard mask 1 can be tied and fixed by elastic bands, ropes or other belts, and are preferably fixed on the back part of the brain through connecting ropes, or components for supporting and fixing the ropes are arranged to be fixed on the back brain, so that the air tightness is ensured.

Example 2
As shown in figures 3, 4 and 5, the hard airtight three-layer mask is made of plastic, metal or other hard materials according to the facial shape and structure, and comprises a hard mask layer 1, a mask diversion support net 2 and an epidemic prevention material layer 3, wherein the mask diversion support net is curved or flat or is matched with the facial structure, covers the mouth and nose and the chin or only covers the mouth and nose, the part, in contact with the facial skin, around the hard mask layer 1 is sealed by using sponge, rubber or other sealing materials singly and/or in combination, so that the periphery is airtight, the mask is away from the facial mouth and nose, and a space is reserved and is not attached to the face.
The mask comprises a mask 1, wherein two sides or the upper part and the lower part of the outer side of the mask 1 are respectively provided with an airflow one-way valve 10, air inlet and air outlet are separated, airflow can be led to the mouth and the nose, a hard reticular diversion support net 2 with the same area as the mask is made of plastics, metal or other hard materials, gaps are reserved among grids, the gap space can be used for circulating the airflow to the airflow one-way valve 10 and flowing to the mouth and the nose, the diversion support net 2 on the second layer plays a role in diversion support and fixation of a third epidemic prevention material layer 3, the airflow can pass through the mask diversion support net 2 and then enter and exit the hard mouth mask layer 1 through the breathing one-way valve 10, the mask diversion support net 2 covers the outer side of the hard mouth mask layer 1, reinforcing rib type clamping grooves can be further arranged on the hard mouth mask layer 1 and are correspondingly arranged; left and right or upper and lower separating ribs 11 are arranged between the middle parts of the outer sides of the hard diversion supporting nets 2 corresponding to the clamping grooves of the hard mask layers 1, and exhaled waste gas and inhaled air can be separated through mutual extrusion of all layers, so that the repeated use of the exhaled waste gas is avoided; the outer surface of the diversion support net 2 is covered with N99 epidemic prevention material or other grade mask epidemic prevention material layer with slightly larger area and extended outwards by 5 to 10 mm; the edge of the hard mask layer 1 is provided with a clamping groove, and the epidemic prevention material layer 3 is fixed by a clamping tenon or extruded and sealed by a sealing strip at the edge of the mask or sealed and fixed by other modes; the epidemic prevention material layer 3 can be replaced or reused after being disinfected and cleaned; during breathing, the air inlet and outlet one-way valves on two sides of the mask are used for filtering air inlet and outlet flows, the hard mask is one-way, the defects that the breathing area of a soft mask is small, the mask deforms during breathing, the oxygen deficiency is repeatedly used by waste gas, and the breathing direction is strictly filtered.
The inner side edge and/or the inner side edge of the hard mask 1 are/is provided with a plurality of breathing interfaces 8, preferably, the back parts and/or the chin parts at the two sides are/is provided with an interface one-way valve 7, the interface 8 can be connected with epidemic prevention components and other equipment for use through an airflow pipe, the interface 8 can be closed when not in use, and the interface 8 is preferably closed through a rubber cover or a plug; the effect of increasing the breathing area and/or increasing the breathing assistance power is achieved. Or when the inner layer, the middle layer and the outer layer of the mask are manufactured, a small opening convenient to seal is reserved at the mouth and nose part of the mask, and the layers are connected and fixed by using screws or other methods, so that speaking and drinking are facilitated.
Furthermore, or cover the appearance picture layer/decorative layer of stereoplasm again on the surface, leave the gap between epidemic prevention material layer 3 and the appearance picture layer, the air current circulates through both sides gap, and the oral area position in the middle of the appearance picture layer also can set up the circulation passageway, increases the air flow. Example 3
As shown in fig. 6, the hard mask 1 with a ventilation interface and sealing the whole face is made by plastic injection molding or other methods and materials, the hard mask 1 is made of transparent or opaque materials, and is divided into two modes of making and covering the chin or not covering the chin, the hard mask 1 is a curved surface or a plane or is matched with the face structure or other structural styles, small closable openings are reserved at the eyes and the eye sides of the opaque mask, and the small openings are closed by transparent materials or ultraviolet-proof transparent materials, so that the vision blind area is avoided. The interface 8 is arranged at the edge of the hard mask 1, the interface 8 is preferably arranged at the lower edge of the hard mask 1, and an air flow pipe is used for connecting the interface 8 of the mask with the interface 25 of the epidemic prevention assembly or other equipment.
The hard mask 1 has two conditions of covering or not covering the ear, the mask not covering the ear needs to wear glasses, and a channel which can be sealed at the position where the glasses legs pass is reserved at the sealing position of the ear of the mask; a small opening which is convenient to seal can be reserved at the opening part of the mask. The mask covers the ears, so that the wearing of the glasses is not influenced; the mask covering the ear part can be provided with a small opening for convenient closing, and the small opening is sealed by mask material or N99 material or other standard epidemic prevention material for convenient listening and speaking.
The mask and the face mask are fixed on the back of the head by elastic bands, common ropes, bands and/or other fixing modes, and a supporting and fixing component can be added on the back of the head to ensure that the mask and the face mask are reliably fixed and sealed for use.
Or the outer surface of the face mask is provided with a layer of integral hard appearance image layer or decorative layer, and no gap is required to be left between the face mask and the appearance image layer. Or the inner side hard outer side skin-simulated mask is directly made of hard materials and silica gel.
Example 4
As shown in fig. 4, 7 and 8, the fixed connecting shaft in the middle of the normal eyeglasses is replaced by a pupil distance adjuster 13 capable of moving and adjusting the pupil distance of the eyeglasses, thereby forming the eyeglasses capable of adjusting the pupil distance. Adjusting the interpupillary distance to change the interpupillary distance between a minimum value of 5 cm and a maximum value of 7.5 cm, and preferably manufacturing spectacles with adjustable interpupillary distances of 5.5-6.5 cm, 5-6.2 cm and 5.8-7.5 cm; the pupil distance adjuster 13 of the glasses consists of a tenon and a mortise, and the tenon and the mortise are fixed at the inner sides of the two glasses lenses 12 or the inner sides of the lens frames; the tenon can be inserted into the mortise to realize the adjustable pupil distance, and the tenon and the mortise can be disconnected; the pupil distance adjuster 13 is connected and fixed by two crossed tenons and a connecting tenon slot component, so that the pupil distance of the glasses can be adjusted, and the tenons and the mortises cannot be disconnected; and/or a nose support is arranged at the inner side of the spectacle lens or the inner side of the lens frame; the corresponding outer side can be provided with a glasses leg; ophthalmic lenses include, without limitation, plano, myopia, presbyopia, astigmatism, and ultraviolet protection lenses. Or making pupil distance adjustment component adjustments using other methods. The glasses with adjustable interpupillary distances can be suitable for all people with different interpupillary distances and different forehead widths to use, and the cost of the production, sale and use links of the glasses can be reduced.
The eye mask with the adjustable interpupillary distance is manufactured through glasses with the adjustable interpupillary distance, an eye mask frame which is connected and sealed with the edge of an eye mask lens 12 is manufactured according to the external structure of the eye part, or the glasses and the eye mask frame which are integrally molded and manufactured are manufactured, a clamping groove or a clamping tenon is preferably arranged on the lower edge of the eye mask frame, the clamping tenon or the clamping groove is arranged on the upper edge of the hard mask, and the clamping groove of the clamping tenon can be connected with the clamping groove in an inosculating manner through the lower edge of the eye; a shielding piece 14 can be arranged in a gap between the two eyepatches, and preferably, a clamping tenon or a clamping tenon at the upper edge of the clamping groove connecting cover is arranged at the lower edge of the shielding piece 14; a shelter capable of sheltering the forehead is connected and arranged on the upper edge of the eye mask frame; the mask is connected with the eye patch to form an integral mask; the mask part is sealed, and the eye mask part can be ventilated or sealed; other methods of connecting the mask and eye shield may also be used. The spectacles or eyepatches capable of adjusting the interpupillary distance can also be used independently.
The eye mask is made of flat transparent material or transparent ultraviolet-proof coating material, and a cap peak can be arranged on the eye mask so as to prevent front splash and/or ultraviolet damage; the upper part of the eyeshade can be made to cover the eyebrow or the top of the head or the whole head and can cover the ears, so that the structure shape can be convenient for wearing the safety helmet and being convenient for dressing.
The eyeshade can be made of opaque materials, and only the eye part and the eye side of the eyeshade are made of transparent materials or transparent ultraviolet-proof materials, so that the vision blind area is avoided.
Or the inner side of the flat eyeshade is provided with a clamping groove for placing and fixing the myopia or presbyopia glasses without glasses legs, the interpupillary distance of which can be adjusted, or other methods for adjusting and fixing the glasses lenses are used, so that the use is convenient; the clamping groove can be made into a front-back adjustable fixing mode, so that the distance between the two lenses and the eyeball can be adjusted in a front-back mode, and the distance between the two lenses and the eyeball can be changed according to needs.
Example 5
As shown in fig. 9-10, the hard head cover 1 is made of hard materials, which can be transparent or opaque, including but not limited to plastics and metals, and is made into a single layer of hard airtight hard head cover 1 with different appearance shapes according to the face and head shapes or some preferred structure style, preferably, the face is a curved surface or a plane or a shape structure matched with the face structure, the hard head cover 1 is not ventilated, the surface is not covered by epidemic prevention materials, and the hard head cover is made by a method of wearing from top to bottom or wearing from front to back.
The ring-shaped ring 28 of the hood opening at the bottom edge of the hard hood 1 is provided with a ring-shaped groove 29 for fixing a sealing ring, the sealing ring 15 of the elastic opening made of double N99 or other epidemic prevention materials or non-ventilated soft materials is connected with the ring-shaped groove 29 for fixing the sealing ring in a sealing or bundling way, and the part connected with the surface of the neck is bonded with the neck in a manner of bundling by an elastic band or a rope, so that the sealing ring 15 can be attached to the neck, the sealing is realized, the polluted air is prevented from directly entering the hood, or other sealing methods and sealing materials are used for sealing; the neck also can set up the structural support that can fix the hood, can be connected integrative fixed hood with the clothes, perhaps the inside top of hood sets up the subassembly that supports fixed hood, fixed hood. Interfaces 8 are arranged on two sides and/or the rear edge of the head cover opening, an airflow interface one-way valve 7 is arranged on the interface 8, and an independent component with an epidemic prevention function and/or equipment with an airflow filtering epidemic prevention function are/is externally connected with an airflow pipe as required, so that a safe and normal breathing function is realized; biochemical filters may also be nucleated. The headgear interface 8 may preferably be closed with a rubber cap or plug, or other secure seal and means, when no external components, equipment are required; interfaces or connecting channels can be arranged at other parts actually needed by the hood, and epidemic prevention components, equipment or other purposes are externally connected; the airflow pipe can be extended to all positions in the hood according to requirements in the hood; small openings which can be conveniently sealed can be reserved on the nose part, the ear part and other parts of the mouth of the hood, and the small openings are sealed by hood materials or double N99 or other anti-epidemic materials so as to be convenient for speaking and listening; when the non-transparent head cover is used, openings are arranged at the eyes and the eye side and are sealed by transparent materials or ultraviolet-proof transparent materials, so that the visual blind area is avoided.
Example 6
As shown in fig. 11, the head cover for preventing virus and dust includes but is not limited to using plastic and metal, using molding method or suitable material and method, according to the head shape contour, structure or other shape structure, the said head cover is designed and manufactured by the method of wearing from top to bottom, the head cover which can make the air flow can flow with the face from the top side of the head, the position of the air flow channel opening 9 of the head cover can have many places, preferably set on the two sides and top of the front of the head cover, and/or can also set at other positions of the head cover, the top side rear part outside the head cover channel is made into the hard three-dimensional net-shaped supporting structure 17 or other supporting structure with space layer, which plays the role of guiding and supporting epidemic prevention material; the part of the ventilation air current reserved on the outer side behind the top side of the hood is tightly covered by N99 material or other grades of epidemic prevention material 3, or is tightly covered by being jointed with the hood in an independent partition way, or can be tightly covered by other kinds and grades of epidemic prevention material, the covering area of the outer surface of the three-dimensional reticular supporting structure 17 is slightly larger and extends outwards for 5-10 mm of N99 epidemic prevention material or other grades of mask epidemic prevention material layers, and the hood is fixed by a tenon or the edge of the hood is provided with a tenon strip to extrude the clamping groove 16 for sealing or other modes for sealing and fixing the epidemic prevention material 3; the inner side behind the top side of the hood is also tightly covered with the same layer of epidemic prevention material 3 as the outer side, and is connected and fixed by using ropes and lines, and/or is fixed by using tenons or is sealed and fixed by extruding and sealing the edge of the hood by using tenon strips or other modes.
The front face of the hood is made of transparent or opaque plastics, metal and other hard materials, a hard mask 1 which can be tightly buckled with the main body part of the hood is separately manufactured, and the hard mask 1 is manufactured into a curved surface or a plane or is consistent with the structure of the face or has the structure style of other shapes; a clamping groove or a buckle connected with the hard mask 1 is arranged on the outer side of the front surface of the hard three-dimensional net-shaped supporting structure 17 of the hood, and a sealing strip 18 is arranged at the joint of the clamping groove or the buckle and the mask; the sealing strip 18 is made of rubber, sponge and/or other reliable sealing objects, or is fastened and sealed by a buckling strip or a tenon strip; or the mask and the main body of the hood are integrally formed into a whole in one step by an integral forming method; a small opening which can be conveniently opened and closed and sealed can be reserved at the mouth and the nose of the hood, and the small opening can be sealed by using a mask material or an N99 material or other grades of epidemic prevention materials so as to be convenient for speaking and drinking; the annular ring 28 of the hood opening at the edge of the bottom of the hood is provided with an annular groove 29 for retaining a sealing ring 15 of the fixed hood, the sealing ring 15 is made of double N99 epidemic prevention materials or other epidemic prevention materials or non-ventilated soft materials, an elastic band or a rope is used for sealing or bundling and connecting the annular groove 29 of the fixed sealing ring, or other sealing methods are used for sealing, the part connected with the surface of a neck is sealed, a sealing material can be attached to the neck in an elastic mouth or bundling mode, sealing is achieved, and polluted air is prevented from directly entering, or other sealing methods and materials are used for sealing. The formed air only passes through the air inlet and outlet epidemic prevention material layer 3 at the top side of the head cover body and is filtered and flows through the head cover body to reach the mouth and nose of the face, and after breathing, the air is filtered by the air inlet and outlet epidemic prevention material layer 3 at the top side and is discharged out of the head cover.
When the non-transparent head cover is manufactured, a small opening capable of being opened and closed is reserved on the eye side of the eyes, and the small opening is sealed by using a transparent material or an anti-ultraviolet transparent material, so that a visual blind area is avoided; the eyes and the nose of the mask 1 of the hood can be vertically separated by a separation sheet separation manufacturing method to prevent the eyes from fogging, and/or the mask is used for manufacturing an antifogging coating to prevent fogging; the position of the hair placing channel can be reserved at the top or the back of the head according to the requirement, and a contraction opening for tightly sealing the hair is arranged or is fastened by a rope; the neck can also be supported with the structure that can fix facial mask and hood, can be connected fixed hood with the clothes, and the inside top of hood can set up the subassembly that supports fixed hood.
And/or the hood is covered with a ventilating fixed hard outer cover, and the outer cover is fixed by a buckling mode or other methods to cover epidemic prevention materials.
The head cover can also be designed and manufactured by a method of wearing from the front to the back, the annular ring 28 of the head cover opening at the back part of the head cover can be connected with the annular groove 29 of the sealed fixed sealing ring, the other parts are manufactured and arranged in the same way of wearing from the top to the bottom, and/or other manufacturing methods which can seal and prevent epidemic can be also applied, thereby achieving the purpose and the application of convenient epidemic prevention. The area of the back breathing at the top side exceeds that of a common mask, the gas throughput exceeds that of the mask, the purpose is to achieve the effect of normal breathing like the mask without the mask, and the mask can be worn for a long time.
As shown in fig. 11, the inner structure of the head cover is shown exploded, an unventilated hard one-way valve layer 20 can be added on the outer side of the back of the top side of the head cover, a diversion support net 19 is arranged between the hard one-way valve layer 20 and the epidemic prevention material layer 3, the airflow can circulate, at least two airflow one-way valves 10 are arranged on the hard one-way valve layer 20, the positions can be arranged at proper positions of the back of the top side of the head cover, preferably, the middle of the top of the head cover is divided into two parts by a separation rib 11, one side of the one-way valve is used for air inlet, the other side of the one-way valve is used for air outlet, the outer cover can be fixed by a buckling mode or other methods, the epidemic prevention materials can be conveniently replaced, sterilized and cleaned for repeated use, and the net-shaped support structure 17 of the; a clamping groove is arranged on the annular ring edge of the lower hood opening of the hard three-dimensional net-shaped supporting structure 17, the layers are fixed together by a clamping tenon strip 22, and an appearance layer 21 can be added outside the hard one-way valve layer 20.
The head cover and/or the interface 8 are/is arranged, the bottom annular ring edge is preferably arranged at the two sides or the rear part of the head cover opening, the interface 8 is provided with an interface one-way valve 7, an independent epidemic prevention component and/or equipment with an epidemic prevention effect is/are externally connected according to the requirement, and the head cover interface 8 can be closed by a rubber cover or a plug or other sealing objects when the external component and equipment are not needed.
The lamp and the lamp combination can be added to each part and device of the face mask and the head cover, so that the mark characteristics and safety can be added at night. If necessary, the safety hood can be combined with a safety hood for manufacturing a thermometer to detect the temperature in the hood; or a camera, night vision goggles, a positioning device and/or other portable equipment are added. The air filtering and epidemic preventing assembly is combined with the assembly which can float on water and only ventilate but not intake water, and is used for swimming epidemic prevention, sun protection and diving.
According to the animal head shape structure, the animal epidemic prevention hood is manufactured by the same method. Or the hood is designed and manufactured by adopting other wearing methods.
The two head covers can also be manufactured according to the working safety standard, and the epidemic prevention safety head covers are manufactured according to the safety standard requirements of safety helmets in various fields of traffic, transportation, construction, mining, metallurgy, chemical industry, electric power, fire fighting, emergency rescue, military police, sports and the like.
Example 7
As shown in fig. 12, the cap epidemic prevention component with the shape and structure having the epidemic prevention function includes but is not limited to safety caps in various fields of transportation, construction, mining, metallurgy, chemical industry, electric power, fire protection, emergency, military police, sports and other industries, including but not limited to caps of all nations in all times of all countries; the cap body is manufactured into a cap body net-shaped supporting structure 17 which is a three-dimensional net-shaped supporting structure mutually ventilated or other supporting structures according to the safety standard requirements of safety caps in various fields of traffic, transportation, construction, mining, metallurgy, chemical industry, electric power, fire fighting, emergency rescue, military police, sports and other fields or the shapes, structures and styles of other caps when the cap body is integrally formed, a strict connecting channel which can separate unidirectional circulating air flow and an epidemic prevention component interface 25 are manufactured in the cap body net-shaped supporting structure 17, the cap body net-shaped supporting structure 17 is divided into a left part, a right part, a front part and a rear part, one part is used for air inlet and the other part is used for air outlet, or the cap body net-shaped supporting structure 17 is divided by other methods; a connector one-way valve 7 can be arranged at the air inlet and outlet connector; the channel reserved in the cap three-dimensional reticular supporting structure 17 and the epidemic prevention component interface 25 can be connected with the air flow pipe and the interface 8 of the mask, the face mask or the head cover for use, the position for connecting the air flow channel interface can be provided with a plurality of positions, at least one position of the air inlet interface and the air outlet interface is preferably arranged at the bottom of two sides of the cap or the edge of the back part of the cap, the surfaces of the three-dimensional reticular supporting structure 17 or other supporting structures except the cap channel and the interface, namely the outer side and the inner side of the cap main body, are tightly covered by N99 epidemic prevention material 3 or other grades of epidemic prevention material 3, or are tightly covered by being connected with the cap in an independent separation way, or can be tightly covered by other kinds and grades of epidemic prevention materials according to requirements, the N99 epidemic prevention material 3 or other grades of mask epidemic prevention material 3 with the structure 17, the inner surface and outer surface coverage area of, the cap is fixed by a tenon or the edge of the head cover is provided with a tenon strip to extrude the clamping groove 16 for sealing or other sealing modes; the inner epidemic prevention material of the cap is connected and fixed with the cap body by using a line and a rope, so that the air flow can flow in and out in a single direction; or the inner side of the cap component is additionally provided with components to be fixed or directly made into a cap three-dimensional net-shaped supporting structure 17 which is airtight at the inner side of the cap component; and/or the cap can be covered with a ventilating fixed outer cover, and the outer cover can be fixed by a buckling mode or other methods. The lower part of the hard three-dimensional net-shaped supporting structure 17 is provided with a buckle, the layers are fixed together by a tenon clamping strip 22, and an appearance layer 21 can be added outside the hard one-way valve layer 20.

A multifunctional epidemic prevention device for preventing virus and dust is characterized in that a hard mask for covering mouth, nose and eyes or forehead of mouth, nose and eyes is made of hard materials, the contact part of the peripheral edge of the hard mask and the skin of the face is sealed by sponge, rubber and/or other sealing materials, and the purpose that the periphery of the mask is sealed without air leakage is achieved; the front part of the hard mask is separated from the mouth and the nose of the face, so that a certain space is ensured between the front part and the face not to be attached, at least two interfaces for air flow to pass through to the mouth and the nose to breathe are arranged at the rear edges and/or the lower jaw parts of the two sides of the hard mask, and an air inlet one-way valve and an air outlet one-way valve are respectively and correspondingly arranged on the interfaces; the interface is connected with an epidemic prevention component through an airflow pipe; when the external epidemic prevention assembly is not needed, the interface is closed by a rubber cover, a plug or other sealing objects; the two sides of the mask are fixed at the back part of the brain through connecting ropes and belts.
