According to the invention, the air inlet and outlet passages are distinguished, and the negative pressure device is connected with the rear end of the filter outlet at the air outlet, so that the normal breathing movement can be ensured without resistance increase; meanwhile, the original normal drainage means of the human body can be protected, and the secondary suction of gas with pathogenic microorganisms can be reduced; the filter for pathogenic microorganisms is added at the air inlet and the air outlet, and the filter treatment is carried out on the inlet air and the exhaust air, so that the inlet of an external infection source and the pollution of the exhaust air to the outside can be prevented, and the respirator is particularly suitable for being worn by patients with slight diseases (various viral and bacterial infectious diseases including new coronavirus) which are transmitted by a respiratory tract.

In the embodiment, the cover body 1 is made of a sealable hard material, a circle of elastic material 12 is arranged at the edge of the cover body 1, and the elastic material 12 is in contact with the skin, so that the comfort and the sealing performance can be improved. The positions of the filter and the one-way valve are set according to requirements. In this embodiment, the first filter 31 is located at the outer end of the intake check valve 21, and the outlet of the first filter 31 is connected to the inlet of the intake check valve 21. The outer end of the air outlet one-way valve 22 is connected with the inlet of a second filter 32, and the outlet of the second filter 32 is connected with the continuous negative pressure device 5.
The continuous negative pressure device 5 can be provided for the central negative pressure of the hospital, or can be provided by a micro vacuum negative pressure source, and is provided with a portable battery and a power switch, which is conventional in the art and is not described herein again.
For the convenience of passing through the gastric tube, a first through hole 81 is provided on the mask body 1, and the first through hole 81 is provided with a sealing device. When the stomach tube needs to pass through, the sealing device is taken down and the stomach tube is inserted; when not needed, the sealing device is used for sealing.
In order to facilitate oxygen inhalation, a second through hole 82 is arranged on the cover body 1, and the second through hole 82 is provided with a sealing device. When oxygen is needed, the sealing device is taken down and oxygen is accessed; when not needed, the sealing device is used for sealing.
The mask fixing device can be an ear hanging belt, a head banding belt and the like which are the same as those of the existing mask.
As shown in fig. 2, the mask fixing device in this embodiment includes a fixed headband 9, the fixed headband 9 includes two left fixing straps 91, two right fixing straps 91 and a connecting portion 93, one end of the two left fixing straps 91 is connected to the left side of the connecting portion 93, one end of the two right fixing straps 91 is connected to the right side of the connecting portion 93, and the two same fixing straps 91 are disposed up and down. The fixing head band 9 is manufactured integrally, has certain elasticity integrally, can increase the binding force and is more firmly fixed. The fixed head band 9 can be made of elastic plastic, rubber and silica gel materials.

The cover is provided with an air inlet and an air outlet, and air flows between the cover 1 and the human face from the first filter 31 to the air inlet one-way valve 21, then flows through the second filter 32 from the air outlet one-way valve 22, and then is discharged, and the air flows approximately in a one-way mode. And the outlet of the second filter 32 is connected with the continuous negative pressure device 5, so that the resistance of normal breathing is not increased, the original normal drainage means of the human body is protected, and the exhaled air containing pathogenic microorganisms is reduced.

The difference between this embodiment and the second embodiment is: as shown in fig. 4, in this embodiment, a tee joint 6 is disposed between the continuous negative pressure device 5 and the air outlet, one port of the tee joint 6 is connected to the continuous negative pressure device 5, one port of the tee joint 6 is connected to the outlet of the second filter 32, another port of the tee joint 6 is provided with an adjusting valve 7, and the opening size of the port can be adjusted by the adjusting valve 7, so as to adjust the negative pressure.
Of course, in practice, the continuous vacuum device 5 with adjustable pressure can be selected, so that the three-way valve 6 and the regulating valve 7 are not required.
The invention is mainly suitable for patients with diseases transmitted through respiratory tract, is not worn by noninvasive or invasive breathing machines, is worn by mild patients, and can also be used for self-protection of normal people and medical care personnel. It is especially suitable for the control of various viral and bacterial infectious diseases including new coronavirus and infectious diseases transmitted by respiratory tract.
