The arm-wearing type blood oxygen and body temperature detector can monitor the pulse, the blood oxygen saturation and the body temperature of a patient at the same time, is worn on the arm of the user, is convenient to use, and can continuously monitor the pulse, the blood oxygen saturation and the body temperature of the patient regularly or irregularly for a long time. When in use, the body temperature probe is attached to the skin of the armpit part, so that the body temperature detection is accurate and meets the medical detection requirement.
As a specific example, referring to fig. 1 and fig. 3, the blood oxygen probe 4 has a photo emitter and a photo receiver, the photo signal is transmitted to the blood oxygen board, and the blood oxygen board obtains the pulse and the blood oxygen saturation through algorithm analysis. The photoelectric detection of pulse and blood oxygen saturation results are accurate.
With continued reference to fig. 3, as a specific example, the housing 1 includes an outer shell 11 and an inner shell 12 which are attached to each other, a flexible flat cable 13 is arranged between the outer shell 11 and the inner shell 12, a host interface 14 is connected to the flexible flat cable 13, the host interface 14 is respectively connected to the blood oxygen probes and the 4-body temperature probe 5 on two sides through the flexible flat cable 13, a host mounting groove is arranged on the inner shell 12, and the host 2 is mounted in the host mounting groove 15 and is in butt joint with the host interface 14. Hidden laying soft winding displacement between shell and inner shell, whole structure does not show the connecting wire, does not influence the outward appearance of whole detector, does not influence simultaneously and wears the comfort level, and the host computer is installed on the inner shell, is convenient for laminate with user's skin.
Furthermore, the specific layout mode of the present invention includes that the outer shell 11 is provided with a pulse blood oxygen probe mounting groove 16, a body temperature probe mounting groove 17 and a flexible flat cable groove 18, the inner shell is correspondingly provided with a blood oxygen probe through hole 19 and a body temperature probe through hole 20, the pulse blood oxygen probe 4 is arranged in the pulse blood oxygen probe mounting groove 16 and protrudes from the pulse blood oxygen probe through hole 19, the body temperature probe 5 is arranged in the body temperature probe mounting groove 17 and protrudes from the body temperature probe through hole 20, and the flexible flat cable 13 is arranged in the flexible flat cable groove 18 and connects the pulse blood oxygen probe 4 and the body temperature probe 5 at two ends. Set up the mounting groove on the shell, set up corresponding through-hole on the inner shell, closely and firmly install each structure between shell and inner shell, and the inseparable lock of shell and inner shell can avoid the structure dislocation, connects laxly, also can prevent that liquid such as sweat from invading in the casing when using.
In the invention, the outer shell 11 is a nylon outer shell, and the inner shell 12 is a silica gel inner shell. The nylon structure provides stable support intensity, and the comfort level is guaranteed to silica gel structure and user skin direct contact.
Referring to fig. 4-6 again, as a specific example, the host 2 includes a housing forming an internal cavity, a main board 21 and an oximeter 22 are installed in the cavity, the oximeter 22 is disposed on the main board 21 and is in communication connection with the main board 21, and one side of the housing is a detection surface.
As a specific example, the main body case includes a first case 24 and a second case 25, the first case 24 is formed as a detection surface, and the first case 24 and the second case 25 are tightly engaged with each other and form a cavity inside, which facilitates assembly and maintenance.
As a specific example, the main board 21 is provided with a TYPE-C interface, and the main board 21 can receive signals and data of the blood oxygen probe 4 and the body temperature probe 5 through the TYPE-C interface, and can charge the lithium battery at the same time.
Furthermore, the host of the invention is also provided with a starting switch, and when the detector is worn on the body of a user, the starting switch is used for controlling the host of the detector to be automatically started. And when not wearing in user's health, the starting switch is not closed, and the detector is in standby state, so can practice thrift rechargeable battery panel 23's electric quantity, avoid too much standby loss. The starting switch can be automatic or manual, a mechanical switch can be adopted, a remote control switch can be adopted, the invention is not limited in particular, and the detector can be started to work.
As a specific example, the start switch is an RFID device installed on the main board 21, and the first shell 24 is provided with a radio frequency tag attaching mark, so that the radio frequency tag is attached to the mark in use, thereby starting the host computer and enabling the host computer to be in a standby state. Through set up the RFID device on the detector, open the detector with the radio frequency label cooperation when using, can enough prevent that the detector from being opened by the improper, avoid the extravagant electric quantity of host computer transition again.
In the invention, the radio frequency tag adopts an M1 radio frequency tag and double-sided adhesive tape, and is adhered to the detection surface of the shell when in use. The shape and size of the radio frequency tag are consistent with those of the host, the position of the M1 radio frequency tag corresponds to that of the RFID device on the host, one surface of the radio frequency tag is attached to the detection surface of the host shell when the detector is used, the other surface of the radio frequency tag is attached to the skin of a patient, the M1 radio frequency tag is close to the RFID device, the special M1 radio frequency tag is identified by the RFID device, and therefore the circuit is switched on to start the detector.
As a specific example, the band 3 is a self-adhesive elastic fabric band, and can adjust the tightness of wearing.
Preferably, the housing 1 of the measuring device can be designed to have different sizes according to requirements, so that arms of different ages and different fat and thin degrees can be well matched.
With continuing reference to fig. 7-8, the present invention further discloses a hospital bed guardrail board 200, wherein a system host (not shown) is arranged in the guardrail board, a display screen 201 is arranged outside the guardrail board, the detector 100 is in communication connection with the system host, the system host is used for receiving the detection data of the detector 100, and the detection data can be displayed on the display screen 201.
As a specific example, the guardrail board 200 is provided with a host charging chamber 202, and the host charging chamber 202 is used for inserting the host 2 and charging the host. When the host 2 is insufficient in power or idle, the host 2 in the detector 100 can be taken out and inserted into the host charging bin 202 to be charged, so that the convenient and fast charging is realized.
Referring to fig. 9, the invention also discloses a nursing sickbed 300 which comprises the sickbed guardrail plate 200. When the patient lies on nursing sick bed 300 and wears detector 100 and monitors pulse blood oxygen and body temperature, detection data can be wireless transmission in real time to the built-in host computer of sick bed guardrail board 200 for the testing result is visual, and the medical personnel of being convenient for know the condition in real time and carry out the management of pertinence.

the main machine is internally provided with a main board, an oxygen board and a rechargeable battery board, the oxygen board is used for obtaining pulse and blood oxygen saturation according to a detection signal of the pulse oxygen probe, and the main board receives the detected pulse, blood oxygen saturation and body temperature value and can be in communication connection with a system main machine of the hospital bed guardrail board in a wireless mode and perform data transmission; the rechargeable battery panel is used for supplying power to the mainboard;
