The invention discloses a hardness-variable endoscope which comprises a plug part, an operating part, an inserting part and an elastic strip, wherein the plug part, the operating part and the inserting part are designed integrally, the inserting part comprises a flexible hose and a head end bending part, elastic strip pipelines are arranged in the operating part and the flexible hose, a pipeline opening is formed in the operating part of each elastic strip pipeline, each elastic strip pipeline extends to the head end bending part end through the operating part and the flexible hose, and the elastic strip is inserted into the endoscope through the elastic strip pipelines.
