Example (b): a medical endoscope cleaning machine, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, comprises a frame body 1, wherein the frame body 1 is made of a modified PMMA high polymer material, and has the advantages of high compressive strength, oxidation resistance, strong acid and alkali resistance, smooth surface, easy cleaning, wear resistance and long service life; a cleaning pool 2 is arranged on the front side of the frame body 1, and the cleaning pool 2 sequentially comprises a primary cleaning pool 3, an enzyme cleaning pool 4, a secondary cleaning pool 5, a soaking pool 6 and a final cleaning pool 7; a high-pressure water pipe 8 is arranged on the upper side of the inner side wall of the primary washing tank 3, and a plurality of first nozzles 9 are arranged on the high-pressure water pipe 8; the bottom in the enzyme washing tank 4 is provided with an ultrasonic generating device 10, and the ultrasonic generating device 10 can be obtained commercially; the inner side wall of the secondary washing tank 5 is connected with a spraying water pipe 11, and a plurality of second nozzles 12 are arranged on the spraying water pipe 11; the bottom of the soaking pool 6 is provided with a bubble generating device 41, and the bubble generating device 41 can be obtained commercially; a water flow flushing port 13 is formed in the inner side wall of the final washing tank 7; a water supply device 14 correspondingly connected with the cleaning pool 2 is arranged at the rear side of the frame body 1; the water supply device 14 comprises a reservoir 29, the reservoir 29 is connected with a water inlet pipeline 30 and a water outlet pipeline 31, the water outlet pipeline 31 is sequentially connected with a water pump 32 and a filter 33, and the water outlet of the filter 33 is arranged on the inner side wall of the cleaning pool 2 through a pipeline; the function of installing each tank of the filter 33 is selected correspondingly, and each type of filter 33 can be obtained commercially and used for water supply circulation. The middle part of the frame body 1 is provided with an installation platform 15, the upper end of the installation platform 15 is provided with a transverse displacement device 16, the transverse displacement device 16 comprises an aluminum profile 22 arranged on the installation platform 15, the aluminum profile 22 is provided with two linear slide rails 23, two ends of each linear slide rail 23 are respectively provided with a connecting seat 24, each connecting seat 24 is rotatably provided with a screw rod 25 positioned between the linear slide rails 23, and one end of each screw rod 25 is connected with a servo motor 26; a moving block 27 is in threaded fit with the lead screw 25, and an installation frame 28 is arranged on the moving block 27; the mounting frame 28 is provided with a telescopic cylinder 17, as shown in fig. 3, the lower end of the telescopic cylinder 17 is connected with a placing frame 18 through a connecting plate, and the side wall and the bottom of the placing frame 18 are provided with through holes 19; the lower end of the mounting table 15 is provided with a plurality of air suction openings 20, and an exhaust fan 21 is arranged in each air suction opening 20; the air suction openings 20 are respectively positioned above the corresponding cleaning pools 2 and below the transverse displacement device 16.
The cleaning method of the medical endoscope cleaning machine comprises the following steps:
firstly, an endoscope to be washed is placed in a placing frame 18, a telescopic cylinder 17 on a transverse displacement device 16 is started to place the placing frame 18 into a primary washing tank 3, high-pressure water flow is sprayed out from a first touch nozzle through a high-pressure water pipe 8 on the inner side wall of the primary washing tank 3 to preliminarily wash the endoscope, the placing frame 18 is pulled up by the telescopic cylinder 17 after the preliminary washing is finished to stop at an air suction opening 20 above the primary washing tank 3, and the endoscope is dried in the process that air flow flows to the air suction opening 20 when an exhaust fan 21 exhausts air;
secondly, driving the placing frame 18 to be above the enzyme washing tank 4 through the transverse displacement device 16, placing the placing frame 18 into the enzyme washing tank 4 through the telescopic air cylinder 17, carrying out ultrasonic cleaning in the enzyme washing tank 4 by using the ultrasonic generating device 10 and matching with enzyme for degrading special dirt, pulling the placing frame 18 to an air suction opening 20 above the enzyme washing tank 4 by the telescopic air cylinder 17 after cleaning, and stopping, wherein when the exhaust fan 21 exhausts air, the endoscope is dried in the process that air flow flows to the air suction opening 20;
thirdly, the placing frame 18 is driven to be positioned above the secondary washing tank 5 through the transverse displacement device 16, the placing frame 18 is placed into the secondary washing tank 5 through the telescopic cylinder 17, the endoscope is immersed and cleaned through the secondary washing tank 5 and is cleaned through water spraying of the water spraying pipe 11, the placing frame 18 is pulled up to the air suction opening 20 above the secondary washing tank 5 through the telescopic cylinder 17 after the cleaning is finished, the endoscope is stopped, and when the exhaust fan 21 exhausts air, the endoscope is dried in the process that air flow flows to the air suction opening 20;
fourthly, the placing frame 18 is driven to be above the soaking pool 6 through the transverse displacement device 16, the placing frame 18 is placed into the soaking pool 6 through the telescopic cylinder 17, the soaking time is 1-2 hours, 75% ethanol or other solutions can be adopted as the disinfection solution, the endoscope is soaked, disinfected and cleaned through the disinfection solution in the soaking pool 6, the bubble generating device 41 generates bubbles to improve the soaking disinfection and sterilization effect, then the telescopic cylinder 17 pulls the placing frame 18 to the air suction port 20 above the soaking pool 6 to stop, and when the exhaust fan 21 exhausts air, the endoscope is dried in the process that air flows to the air suction port 20;
fifthly, the placing frame 18 is driven to be placed above the last washing tank 7 through the transverse displacement device 16, the placing frame 18 is placed into the last washing tank 7 through the telescopic cylinder 17, the endoscope placed in the placing frame 18 is washed through the water flow washing port 13 on the inner side wall of the last washing tank 7, redundant disinfection and sterilization solution is removed, then the telescopic cylinder 17 is pulled up to be placed at the position of the air suction port 20 above the last washing tank 7, when the exhaust fan 21 exhausts air, the air flow flows to the air suction port 20 to air-dry the endoscope, and finally the endoscope is cleaned.
After cleaning, each time, the placing frame 18 is pulled up by the telescopic air cylinder 17 to stop at the air suction opening 20, when the exhaust fan 21 exhausts air, the endoscope is air-dried in the process that air flows to the air suction opening 20, redundant water on the endoscope cannot be crossly mixed into each pool by utilizing the air-dried form of air exhaust, and meanwhile, the air flow mixed with water can be prevented from flowing indoors to cause indoor bacterial pollution due to the air-dried form of air exhaust.
Further, as shown in fig. 4, a plurality of fixing blocks 36 are arranged at the bottom of the placing frame 18, each fixing block 36 is provided with a vertical spiral strip 37, and the upper end of each spiral strip 37 is provided with a limiting block 38; a plurality of floating cleaning balls 39 are rotatably arranged on the spiral strip 37, the floating cleaning can be hollow spherical, and brushes and the like are attached to the surface of the floating cleaning balls; the endoscope is placed between a plurality of floating cleaning balls 39; the number of the floating cleaning balls 39 is 2, the surface of the floating cleaning ball 39 positioned at the lower end of the spiral strip 37 is uneven, and the weight of the floating cleaning ball 39 is smaller than that of the floating cleaning ball 39 positioned at the upper end of the spiral strip 37. When the endoscope is cleaned in the secondary washing tank 5, the placing frame 18 is repeatedly immersed and pulled up for a plurality of times through the telescopic air cylinder 17, generally 10-20 times, in the immersing process, because the floating cleaning ball 39 is arranged on the spiral strip 37 in the placing frame 18, the floating cleaning ball 39 rotates and rises along the spiral strip 37 under the buoyancy action of water, in the pulling process, the water flow in the placing frame 18 descends, and the floating cleaning ball 39 rotates and falls along with the spiral strip 37, therefore, the endoscope in the placing frame 18 is cleaned in a rotating mode through the rotation of the floating cleaning ball 39, and the cleaning effect is improved through the water spraying cleaning of the spraying pipe 11. The number of the floating cleaning balls 39 is set to be 2, the surface of the floating cleaning ball 39 positioned at the lower end of the spiral strip 37 is uneven, and the weight of the floating cleaning ball 39 is smaller than that of the floating cleaning ball 39 at the upper end; in the immersion process, the floating cleaning ball 39 above the spiral strip 37 has a larger weight, and the floating cleaning ball 39 at the lower end of the spiral strip 37 has a smaller weight, so that the floating cleaning ball 39 at the lower end rotates and rises under the water surface under the pressing of the floating cleaning ball 39 at the upper end in the floating rotation process, and the uneven surface of the floating cleaning ball can generate turbulence in the rotation process, so that the water flow in the secondary washing tank 5 forms irregular flow, the endoscope is promoted to be comprehensively washed, and the cleaning effect is improved.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, the ultraviolet germicidal lamps 40 are disposed in the cleaning pool 2, the ultraviolet germicidal lamps 40 are used for sterilizing to improve the sterilizing effect, and the ultraviolet germicidal lamps 40 are also commercially available.
Principle of operation
The placing frame 18 is driven by the transverse displacement device 16 to be placed into the primary washing tank 3, the enzyme washing tank 4, the secondary washing tank 5, the soaking tank 6 and the final washing tank 7 for washing, high-pressure water flow is sprayed out from a first collision nozzle through a high-pressure water pipe 8 on the inner side wall of the primary washing tank 3 in the primary washing tank 3 to preliminarily wash the endoscope, and in the enzyme washing tank 4, the ultrasonic washing is carried out in the enzyme washing tank 4 by using the ultrasonic generating device 10 and the special dirt is degraded under the action of enzyme; in the secondary washing tank 5, the endoscope is immersed and cleaned through the secondary washing tank 5, water is sprayed by the spraying water pipe 11 for cleaning, in the soaking tank 6, the endoscope is immersed, sterilized and cleaned through the sterilizing solution in the soaking tank 6, and the bubble generating device 41 generates bubbles to improve the immersing, sterilizing and sterilizing effects; in the last washing tank 7, the endoscope in the placing frame 18 is washed by water flow through the water flow washing port 13 on the inner side wall of the last washing tank 7, redundant disinfection and sterilization solution is removed, the placing frame 18 is pulled up by the telescopic cylinder 17 after each washing is finished and stops at the position of the air suction port 20, when the exhaust fan 21 exhausts air, the endoscope is dried in the process that air flow flows to the air suction port 20, redundant water on the endoscope cannot be mixed into each tank in a crossed mode by utilizing the air suction drying mode, and meanwhile, the air suction mode can prevent the air flow mixed with the water from flowing into the indoor space to cause indoor bacterial pollution.
Claims (10)
1. Medical endoscope cleaning machine, its characterized in that: the washing device comprises a frame body (1), wherein a washing tank (2) is arranged on the front side of the frame body (1), and the washing tank (2) sequentially comprises a primary washing tank (3), an enzyme washing tank (4), a secondary washing tank (5), a soaking tank (6) and a final washing tank (7); a high-pressure water pipe (8) is arranged on the upper side of the inner side wall of the primary washing tank (3), and a plurality of first nozzles (9) are arranged on the high-pressure water pipe (8); an ultrasonic generating device (10) is arranged at the bottom in the enzyme washing tank (4); the inner side wall of the secondary washing tank (5) is connected with a spraying water pipe (11), and a plurality of second nozzles (12) are arranged on the spraying water pipe (11); the bottom of the soaking pool (6) is provided with a bubble generating device (41); a water flow flushing port (13) is arranged on the inner side wall of the final washing tank (7); a water supply device (14) correspondingly connected with the cleaning pool (2) is arranged at the rear side of the frame body (1); the middle part of the frame body (1) is provided with an installation platform (15), the upper end of the installation platform (15) is provided with a transverse displacement device (16), a telescopic cylinder (17) is arranged on the transverse displacement device (16), the lower end of the telescopic cylinder (17) is connected with a placing frame (18) through a connecting plate, and the side wall and the bottom of the placing frame (18) are provided with through holes (19); the lower end of the mounting table (15) is provided with a plurality of air suction openings (20), and an exhaust fan (21) is arranged in each air suction opening (20); the air suction openings (20) are respectively positioned above the corresponding cleaning pools (2) and below the transverse displacement device (16).

The medical endoscope cleaning machine of claim 1, wherein: the transverse displacement device (16) comprises an aluminum profile (22) arranged on the mounting table (15), two linear sliding rails (23) are arranged on the aluminum profile (22), connecting seats (24) are respectively arranged at two ends of each linear sliding rail (23), a screw rod (25) located between the linear sliding rails (23) is rotatably arranged on each connecting seat (24), and one end of each screw rod (25) is connected with a servo motor (26); a moving block (27) is in threaded fit with the lead screw (25), and a mounting frame (28) is arranged on the moving block (27); the telescopic cylinder (17) is arranged on the mounting frame (28).

secondly, driving the placing frame to be above the enzyme washing tank through a transverse displacement device, placing the placing frame into the enzyme washing tank through a telescopic cylinder, performing ultrasonic cleaning in the enzyme washing tank by using an ultrasonic generating device and matching with enzyme for degrading special dirt, pulling up the placing frame by the telescopic cylinder after cleaning until the placing frame stops at an air exhaust port above the enzyme washing tank, and air-drying the endoscope in the process that air flows to an air exhaust port when an exhaust fan exhausts air;
thirdly, driving the placing frame to be above the secondary washing tank through the transverse displacement device, placing the placing frame into the secondary washing tank through the telescopic cylinder, immersing and cleaning the endoscope through the secondary washing tank, spraying water through the spraying water pipe for cleaning, pulling the placing frame up through the telescopic cylinder after cleaning until the placing frame stops at an air exhaust port above the secondary washing tank, and air-drying the endoscope in the process that air flows to the air exhaust port when the exhaust fan exhausts air;
fourthly, the placing frame is driven to be above the soaking pool through the transverse displacement device, the placing frame is placed into the soaking pool through the telescopic cylinder, the endoscope is soaked, sterilized and cleaned through the sterilizing solution in the soaking pool, the bubble generating device generates bubbles to improve the soaking, sterilizing and sterilizing effects, then the telescopic cylinder pulls up the placing frame to be stopped at an air exhaust opening above the soaking pool, and when the exhaust fan exhausts air, the endoscope is dried in the process that air flows to the air exhaust opening;
