By adopting the technical scheme, the double-stranded ribonucleic acid in the lentinan in the raw materials can not only stimulate the formation of antibodies in a human body, but also generate interferon inducing substances to induce the formation of interferon, the combination of the antibodies and specific antigens in the human body can improve the infection capacity of the human body to resist external bacteria and viruses, and the interferon can destroy virus structures, prevent virus breeding and has the function of enhancing the immunity of the human body. The hericium erinaceus mycelium polysaccharide with a certain content has the phagocytic effect on immune cells, the content of lysozyme in serum can be increased, the poria cocos polysaccharide with a proper content can increase the conversion rate of lymphocytes, and the lentinan, the hericium erinaceus mycelium polysaccharide and the pachymaran in the raw materials are used together, so that the effect of improving the immunity of a human body is achieved. Therefore, the method has the advantages of improving the uniform mixing of various components in the raw materials, ensuring that a human body can eat various raw materials, and further having the effect of improving the immunity of the human body.
Preferably, the disintegrating agent is one or more of cross-linked polyvinylpyrrolidone, cross-linked sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and alginic acid.
By adopting the technical scheme, the cross-linked polyvinylpyrrolidone is white powder, has strong expansion capacity, can quickly absorb water into the prepared granules, and can quickly dissolve the granules so as to be convenient for drinking. The croscarmellose sodium is a non-toxic and non-irritating white or gray powder, has good compressibility and strong disintegrating power, and can be quickly dissolved in water. Alginic acid is a natural polyuronic acid which swells when it comes into contact with water and dissolves rapidly in water. After any one of the crosslinked polyvinylpyrrolidone, the crosslinked sodium carboxymethylcellulose and the alginic acid is mixed with water, various components can be dispersed into the water to form turbid liquid, and the turbid liquid is favorable for being eaten and absorbed by a human body, so that the immunity of the human body is favorably improved.
In a second aspect, the application provides a method for preparing a composite edible fungus solid instant granule, which adopts the following technical scheme:

By adopting the technical scheme, the preparation method is simple to operate, all conditions in the preparation process are easy to regulate and control, all components of all raw materials are uniformly dispersed through simple stirring and mixing, the prepared electuary is good in dissolving property, and the prepared electuary has good instant property and mouthfeel, is easier to absorb by intestinal tracts and is beneficial to improving the immunity of a human body.
Preferably, in S2, lentinan, hericium erinaceus hypha polysaccharide, pleurotus eryngii polysaccharide, pachyman, schizophyllan, tremella polysaccharide, additives, maltodextrin, beta-cyclodextrin, titanium dioxide, silicon dioxide, talcum powder and flavor enhancer are mixed and stirred for 15-20min, and then the binder and the disintegrating agent are added and mixed and stirred for 5-10 min.
By adopting the technical scheme, the composite edible fungus solid instant granules are prepared under the condition range, the bonding effect of the prepared composite edible fungus solid instant granules and the disintegration effect after meeting water are improved, the efficiency of dissolving the granules in water and being absorbed by a human body is increased, and the immunity of the human body is improved.
Preferably, the volume fraction of ethanol granules used in S3 is 65-80%.
By adopting the technical scheme, the ethanol is used as a dispersing agent, so that the viscosity among material particles can be reduced, the material with over-strong viscosity is easy to granulate, the occurrence of agglomeration caused by adhesion during mixing of the material is reduced, the ethanol with the volume fraction of 65-80% is used, the dispersion is the best, and the ethanol with over-high concentration is easy to cause the occurrence of over-fine powder.
Preferably, in the S3, the water content of the dried particles is controlled to be less than or equal to 2 percent.
By adopting the technical scheme, the water content of the dried particles is controlled below 2%, so that the material particles in the preparation process are kept dry, the adhesion condition is reduced, and the quality of the material particles and the prepared solid granules is ensured.

The lentinan is obtained from Sienna Ruili bioengineering Co., Ltd;
the polysaccharide of the hericium erinaceus mycelium is collected from Ganoderma lucidum biotechnology limited;
pleurotus eryngii polysaccharide and pachymaran were obtained from western safe Olympic Biotech limited;
schizophyllan, tremella polysaccharide, maltodextrin, ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide, agaricus blazei polysaccharide, sodium citrate, citric acid, malic acid, cane sugar and sodium alginate are all collected from Shaanxi Senfu natural products, Inc.;
beta-cyclodextrin, titanium dioxide and silicon dioxide are all from Nantong Runfeng petrochemical Co., Ltd; talc powder is from Cishi county Bright mineral processing Co., Ltd;
the cross-linked polyvinylpyrrolidone is obtained from Wuhan Populov Biotech Co., Ltd;
the croscarmellose sodium and the alginic acid are both obtained from Jiangsu Oufu Biotech limited;
the small wet mixing granulator is made from Shanghai Qiaofeng industry Co Ltd, and has model of QFN-GHL-10

Examples
Example 1, a composite edible fungus solid instant granule, each component and the corresponding weight of which are shown in table 1, is prepared by the following steps:
s1, respectively sieving lentinan, hericium erinaceus hypha polysaccharide, pleurotus eryngii polysaccharide, pachyman, schizophyllan, tremella polysaccharide, additive, maltodextrin, beta-cyclodextrin, titanium dioxide, silicon dioxide, talcum powder, flavor enhancer, adhesive and disintegrating agent with a 80-mesh sieve, and weighing and mixing the raw materials according to the planned yield;
s2, putting the prepared lentinan, hericium erinaceus mycelium polysaccharide, pleurotus eryngii polysaccharide, pachyman, schizophyllan, tremella polysaccharide, additives, maltodextrin, beta-cyclodextrin, titanium dioxide, silicon dioxide, talcum powder, flavor enhancer, adhesive and disintegrating agent into a multi-directional movement mixer material tank, mixing and stirring;
s3, granulating the mixed raw materials in the step S2 by a small wet mixing granulator, sieving by a 22-mesh sieve, preparing wet granules, heating the small wet mixing granulator to 70 ℃, drying for 20min to obtain dry granules, wherein the water content of the dry granules is not more than 2%, sieving by the 22-mesh sieve, granulating, and discharging.
Wherein, the flavor enhancer is prepared by mixing sodium citrate, citric acid, malic acid and cane sugar according to the weight ratio of 1:1:1: 1.
The adhesive consists of distilled water and sodium alginate, and the distilled water and the sodium alginate are mixed according to the weight ratio of 1: 0.8.
The disintegrating agent adopts crosslinked polyvinylpyrrolidone.
Examples 2 to 6: a composite edible fungus solid instant granule is different from the instant granule in example 1 in that the components and the corresponding weights thereof are shown in Table 1.

Embodiment 9 is different from embodiment 1 in that the composite edible fungus solid instant granule further includes 15 parts by weight of ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide and 15 parts by weight of agaricus blazei polysaccharide.
Example 10, a composite edible fungus solid instant granule, which is different from example 1 in that the flavor enhancer is prepared by mixing sodium citrate, citric acid, malic acid and sucrose in a weight ratio of 1:1.5:1.5: 2.
Embodiment 11 is different from embodiment 1 in that the flavor enhancer is formed by mixing sodium citrate, citric acid, malic acid and sucrose in a weight ratio of 1:2:2: 3.
Embodiment 12 is a composite edible fungus solid instant granule, which is different from embodiment 1 in that the adhesive is composed of distilled water and sodium alginate, and the distilled water and the sodium alginate are mixed according to a weight ratio of 1:1.
Embodiment 13 is a composite edible fungus solid instant granule, which is different from embodiment 1 in that the adhesive is composed of distilled water and sodium alginate, and the distilled water and the sodium alginate are mixed according to a weight ratio of 1: 1.2.
Example 14, a composite edible fungus solid instant granule, differs from example 1 in that the disintegrating agent adopts croscarmellose sodium.
Example 15, a composite edible fungus solid instant granule, which is different from example 1 in that alginic acid is used as the disintegrating agent.
Example 16, a composite edible fungus solid instant granule, which is different from example 1 in that the disintegrating agent is prepared by mixing crospovidone and croscarmellose sodium in a weight ratio of 1:1.
Example 17, a composite edible fungus solid instant granule, which is different from example 1 in that the disintegrating agent is formed by mixing cross-linked polyvinylpyrrolidone and alginic acid in a weight ratio of 1:1.
Example 18, a composite edible fungus solid instant granule, which is different from example 1 in that the disintegrating agent is prepared by mixing croscarmellose sodium and alginic acid in a weight ratio of 1:1.
Embodiment 19 is a composite edible fungus solid instant granule, which is different from embodiment 1 in that, in S2, the prepared lentinan, hericium erinaceus hypha polysaccharide, pleurotus eryngii polysaccharide, pachyman, schizophyllan, tremella polysaccharide, additives, maltodextrin, beta-cyclodextrin, titanium dioxide, silicon dioxide, talcum powder and flavor enhancer are sequentially put into a multidirectional motion mixer material tank, stirred and mixed for 15min, and then the binder and the disintegrating agent are put into the multidirectional motion mixer material tank, mixed and stirred for 5 min.
Embodiment 20 discloses a composite edible fungus solid instant granule, which is different from embodiment 1 in that, in S2, the prepared lentinan, hericium erinaceus hypha polysaccharide, pleurotus eryngii polysaccharide, pachyman, schizophyllan, tremella polysaccharide, additives, maltodextrin, beta-cyclodextrin, titanium dioxide, silicon dioxide, talcum powder and flavor enhancer are sequentially put into a multidirectional motion mixer material tank, stirred and mixed for 17.5min, and then the adhesive and the disintegration agent are put into the multidirectional motion mixer material tank, mixed and stirred for 7.5 min.
Embodiment 21 is a composite edible fungus solid instant granule, which is different from embodiment 1 in that, in S2, the prepared lentinan, hericium erinaceus hypha polysaccharide, pleurotus eryngii polysaccharide, pachyman, schizophyllan, tremella polysaccharide, additives, maltodextrin, beta-cyclodextrin, titanium dioxide, silicon dioxide, talcum powder and flavor enhancer are sequentially put into a multidirectional motion mixer material tank, stirred and mixed for 20min, and then the binder and the disintegrating agent are put into the multidirectional motion mixer material tank, mixed and stirred for 10 min.
Example 22, a composite edible fungus solid instant granule, is different from example 1 in that ethanol with a volume fraction of 65% is used for whole granules in S3.
Example 23, a composite edible fungus solid instant granule, is different from example 1 in that ethanol with a volume fraction of 73% is used for whole granules in S3.
Example 24, a composite edible fungus solid instant granule, is different from example 1 in that ethanol with a volume fraction of 80% is used for whole granules in S3.

Comparative example 4, a solid instant granule, which is different from example 1 in that the raw materials do not contain lentinan, hericium erinaceus mycelium polysaccharide and pleurotus eryngii polysaccharide.
Comparative example 5, a solid instant granule, different from example 1, in that the ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide was 5 parts by weight, and the agaricus blazei polysaccharide was 5 parts by weight.
Comparative example 6, a solid instant granule, which is different from example 1 in that the ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide is 20 parts by weight, and the agaricus blazei polysaccharide is 20 parts by weight.
Comparative example 7, a solid instant granule, different from example 1 in that the flavor enhancer is composed of sodium citrate, citric acid, malic acid and sucrose mixed in a weight ratio of 1:0.8:0.8: 0.8.
Comparative example 8, a solid instant granule, which is different from example 1 in that the flavor enhancer is composed of sodium citrate, citric acid, malic acid and sucrose mixed in a weight ratio of 1:1.4:1.4: 1.4.
Performance test
The composite edible fungus solid instant granules prepared in examples 1-24 and comparative examples 1-8 were taken as test objects, respectively.
340 volunteers were randomly selected, wherein 170 female volunteers and 170 male volunteers were randomly divided into 34 groups of 10 persons, and the main expression of the volunteers before use is as follows: easily get ill and go ill repeatedly. 5g of the instant granules prepared in examples 1 to 24 and comparative examples 1 to 10 were dissolved in 250mL of water, and volunteers took the instant granules in the morning and evening, respectively, and continued to drink the instant granules for four weeks.
Using effect judgment standard: and counting the average value of the cold times and the sick repeated times of each group of volunteers after continuously drinking the instant granules for four weeks, wherein the smaller the times, the better the effect of the instant granules.
The test results are reported in table 2 below.
As can be seen from the data in Table 2, the numbers of illness occurring in four weeks and the number of illness occurring relapse times are both less than 1 after volunteers take the composite edible fungus solid instant granules prepared in examples 1-24, wherein examples 3 and 4 are the most preferred examples, and the numbers of illness occurring and illness occurring relapse times are the least. The composite edible fungus solid instant granules prepared in the embodiment of the application have the effect of improving the immunity of human bodies.
By combining examples 1-6 and comparative example 1 and table 2, it is shown that the instant granules prepared in examples 1-6 have a disease frequency of less than 1 and a disease recurrence frequency of less than 1 for volunteers, while the instant granules prepared in comparative example 1 have a disease frequency of more than 3 and a disease recurrence frequency of more than 3 for volunteers, which indicates that the addition of lentinan to the raw materials can improve the immunocompetence of a human body and reduce the occurrence of diseases in the human body.
By combining the examples 1-6 and the comparative example 2 and combining the table 2, the results show that after the composite edible fungus solid instant granules prepared in the examples 1-6 are used, the times of illness occurrence and the times of illness recurrence of volunteers are less than 1, while the times of illness occurrence and the times of illness recurrence of volunteers are more than 2.8 when the instant granules prepared in the comparative example 2 are used, which indicates that the immunocompetence of a human body can be improved by adding hericium erinaceus hypha polysaccharide into the raw materials.
By combining the examples 1-6 and the comparative example 3 and combining the table 2, the times of illness of the volunteers are less than 1 and the times of illness recurrence are less than 1 after the composite edible fungus solid instant granules prepared in the examples 1-6 are used, while the times of illness recurrence of the volunteers are more than 3 and the times of illness recurrence are more than 3 when the instant granules prepared in the comparative example 3 are used, which indicates that the immunity of a human body can be improved and the illness occurrence of the human body can be reduced by adding the pleurotus eryngii polysaccharide into the raw materials.
By combining examples 1-6 and comparative example 4 and table 2, it is shown that the composite edible fungus solid instant granules prepared in examples 1-6 have the times of illness of volunteers less than 1 and the times of recurrence of illness less than 1, while the instant granules prepared in comparative example 4 have the times of illness more than 3.5 and the times of recurrence of illness more than 3.5, which indicates that the immunity of human body can be significantly improved after the combined action of lentinan, hericium erinaceus mycelium polysaccharide and pleurotus eryngii polysaccharide added in the raw materials.
Combining examples 1, 7, 8 and 9 and comparative examples 5 and 6, and combining table 2, it is found that in the preparation process of the composite edible fungus solid instant granule, the ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide is 10-15 parts by weight in the raw materials, and the agaricus blazei murrill polysaccharide is 10-15 parts by weight.
By combining examples 1, 7, 8 and 9 and comparative examples 5 and 6 and combining table 2, the preferable weight ratio of sodium citrate, citric acid, malic acid and sucrose in the flavor enhancer used in the preparation process of the composite edible fungus solid instant granules is 1 (1-1.2) to 1-1.2.
