Principle of operation
The working principle of the invention is as follows: when in use, the electric appliance inside the device is firstly connected with an external power supply, the arc-shaped rotating cover 71 is opened, food is placed on the upper part of the food placing net 13, then the arc-shaped rotating cover 71 is closed, the locking ring 755 is pulled to the right side, the locking ring 755 moves to the right side and compresses the locking spring 756, the threaded rod 74 is rotated to the right side, the threaded rod 74 is placed on the inner side of the U-shaped groove 752, the locking ring 755 is loosened, the locking ring 755 is pushed to the left side to move under the elastic force of the locking spring 756, the positioning column 754 on the left side of the locking ring 755 is pushed to the inner side of the positioning groove 753, the threaded rod 74 is fixed at the position on the inner side of the arc-shaped rotating cover 71, at the moment, the locking spring 756 applies pressure to the pressing ring 757 to the right side, the arc-shaped rotating cover 71 is pulled to the right, the adjusting nut 76 can be rotated to shorten the distance between the locking ring 755 and the pressing ring 757, thereby adjusting the elastic force of the locking spring 756, then according to the acceptable sterilization mode of food, one of the ultrasonic cleaning head 10, the electric heating tube 63 or the ultraviolet sterilization lamp 65 is opened to sterilize food, under the allowable condition, when the food needs to be washed, the screw sealing cap 141 is taken down, the external water tap and the upper part of the screw connector 14 are connected through the water pipe, the water source enters the inner side of the cleaning water pipe 4 through the screw connector 14 and is sprayed on the food through the water spraying head 5, the washed water source passes through the food placing net 13 and falls to the inner bottom of the shell 1, the water outlet valve 12 is opened, and the water source is discharged from the inner side of the water outlet pipe 11.

1. A multifunctional portable food safety machine is characterized by comprising a shell (1), supporting legs (2), a water pipe mounting frame structure (3), a cleaning water pipe (4), a water spray head (5), a heating and disinfecting frame structure (6), a sealing opening frame structure (7), a sealing arc-shaped cover (8), a plane mounting plate (9), an ultrasonic cleaning head (10), a water outlet pipe (11), a water outlet valve (12), a food placing net (13), a threaded connector (14), an ear plate (15) and a rotary handle (16), wherein the supporting legs (2) are respectively welded at four corners of the lower part of the shell (1); the water pipe mounting frame structures (3) are respectively arranged on the left side and the right side of the upper part of the shell (1); the cleaning water pipe (4) is arranged at the upper part of the inner side of the shell (1); the water spray head (5) is in threaded connection with the lower part of the cleaning water pipe (4); the heating and disinfecting frame structures (6) are respectively arranged at the front end and the rear end of the inner side of the shell (1); the sealing opening frame structure (7) is arranged on the left side of the shell (1); the sealed arc cover (8) is welded on the right side of the shell (1); the plane mounting plates (9) are respectively arranged at the left side and the right side of the shell (1); the ultrasonic cleaning head (10) is connected to one side of the plane mounting plate (9) close to the shell (1) through screws; the water outlet pipe (11) is welded at the lower part of the sealed arc cover (8), and the inner side of the water outlet pipe is communicated with the inner side of the sealed arc cover (8); the water outlet valve (12) is in threaded connection with the right side of the water outlet pipe (11); the food placing net (13) is connected to the lower part of the inner side of the shell (1) through screws; the threaded connector (14) is in screw connection with the right upper part of the inner side of the shell (1); the ear plates (15) are respectively welded at the left side and the right side of the upper part of the shell (1); the rotating handle (16) is axially connected to the upper part of the inner side of the ear plate (15); the sealing opening frame structure (7) comprises an arc-shaped rotating cover (71), a high-temperature-resistant sealing ring (72), a shaft plate (73), a threaded rod (74), an elastic locking frame structure (75) and an adjusting nut (76), wherein the high-temperature-resistant sealing ring (72) is glued on the right side of the arc-shaped rotating cover (71); the shaft plate (73) is respectively welded at the upper part and the lower part of the front end of the right side of the arc-shaped rotating cover (71); the threaded rod (74) is coupled to the right side of the inner part of the shaft plate (73); the elastic locking frame structure (75) is arranged on the right side of the threaded rod (74); the adjusting nut (76) is in threaded connection with the right outer side of the threaded rod (74).

The multifunctional portable food safety machine according to claim 1, characterized in that the elastic locking frame structure (75) comprises a fixed seat (751), a U-shaped groove (752), a positioning groove (753), a positioning column (754), a locking ring (755), a locking spring (756) and a pressing ring (757), wherein the opening of the U-shaped groove (752) is opened forward to the middle position of the inner side of the fixed seat (751); the positioning grooves (753) are respectively formed in the upper portion and the lower portion of the right side of the fixed seat (751); the positioning column (754) is inserted into the right side of the interior of the positioning groove (753); the locking ring (755) is arranged on the right side of the fixed seat (751), and the upper part and the lower part of the left side are respectively welded with the right side of the positioning column (754); the locking spring (756) is arranged on the right side of the locking ring (755); the pressing ring (757) is arranged on the right side of the locking spring (756).

The multifunctional portable food safety machine according to claim 1, wherein the heating and sterilizing frame structure (6) comprises a mounting box (61), a heat-resistant partition plate (62), an electric heating pipe (63), a digital display temperature controller (64), an ultraviolet sterilizing lamp (65), a pore plate (66) and a fixing bolt (67), wherein the heat-resistant partition plate (62) is respectively screwed at the left and right sides of the inside of the mounting box (61); the electric heating pipe (63) is connected to the middle position of the inner side of the mounting box (61) through a screw; the digital display temperature controller (64) is arranged at the front end of the shell (1), and the rear end of the digital display temperature controller is connected with the mounting box (61); the ultraviolet disinfection lamps (65) are respectively connected to the left side and the right side inside the mounting box (61) through screws; the pore plates (66) are respectively welded at the four corners of the mounting box (61); the fixing bolt (67) is inserted into the inner side of the orifice plate (66).

The multifunctional portable food safety machine according to claim 1, wherein the water pipe mounting structure (3) comprises an arc-shaped fixing plate (31), an arc-shaped connecting plate (32), a U-shaped connecting frame (33), a groove (34), an L-shaped connecting plate (35) and a semicircular rubber ball (36), wherein the arc-shaped connecting plate (32) is arranged at the lower part of the arc-shaped fixing plate (31); the U-shaped connecting frames (33) are respectively welded at the front end and the rear end of the arc-shaped fixing plate (31); the groove (34) is formed in the right lower part of the inner side of the U-shaped connecting frame (33); the L-shaped connecting plates (35) are respectively welded at the front end and the rear end of the upper part of the arc-shaped connecting plate (32); the semicircular rubber ball (36) is glued at the right upper part of the inner side of the L-shaped connecting plate (35).

The multifunctional portable food safety machine according to claim 1, wherein the lower part of the threaded connector (14) is in threaded connection with the right side of the cleaning water pipe (4) through a hose, the upper part of the threaded connector (14) is in threaded connection with a threaded sealing cap (141), the lower part of the food placing net (13) is provided with a reinforcing support rod (131), and the front end and the rear end of the reinforcing support rod (131) are respectively welded with the lower part of the inner side of the shell (1).

The multifunctional portable food safety machine according to claim 1, wherein the arc-shaped rotating cover (71) is disposed at the left side of the housing (1) and the rear end thereof is hinge-connected to the left rear end of the housing (1), the high temperature resistant seal ring (72) is disposed between the arc-shaped rotating cover (71) and the housing (1), and the screw-connection is made at the inner side of the arc-shaped rotating cover (71) and the inner side of the sealed arc-shaped cover (8), respectively.

The multi-functional portable food safety machine according to claim 2, wherein the fixing base (751) is bolted to the front left end of the casing (1), the threaded rod (74) is inserted laterally inside the U-shaped groove (752), the adjusting nut (76) is disposed on the right side of the fixing base (751), and the locking ring (755), the locking spring (756) and the pressing ring (757) are respectively sleeved on the right outer side of the threaded rod (74) and disposed between the adjusting nut (76) and the fixing base (751).

The multifunctional portable food safety machine according to claim 3, wherein there are two mounting boxes (61), the two mounting boxes (61) are symmetrically inserted into the front and rear ends of the inner side of the casing (1), respectively, and a sealing gasket is disposed at the joint with the casing (1), the rear end of the fixing bolt (67) penetrates through the perforated plate (66) to be in threaded connection with the casing (1), and the heat-resistant partition plate (62) is disposed between the electric heating tube (63) and the ultraviolet disinfection lamp (65).

The multifunctional portable food safety machine according to claim 4, wherein the upper part of the L-shaped connecting plate (35) is inserted into the left side of the inside of the U-shaped connecting frame (33), the semicircular rubber ball (36) is clamped inside the groove (34), and the water outlet pipe (11) is arranged at the right lower part of the food placing net (13).
