美洲红鹮,拉丁学名是Eudocimus ruber,又名红朱鹭,单一物种,无亚种,属于脊索动物门、鸟纲、鹳形目、鹮科、鹮亚科的一种具有极高观赏价值的鸟类。体长56-61cm,翼展101cm,体重772-935g。通体羽毛几乎都是红色,翅膀的翼端具蓝黑色光泽,是世界上颜色最红的鸟类之一。主要分布在南美洲北部,属于群居动物,栖息于沿海泻湖、红树林、海滨,特别喜欢内陆沼泽地带。具有细长弯曲的喙,以泥潭中的蟹类、软体动物和沼泽地中的小鱼、蛙和昆虫等小动物为食。叫声单调、暗哑,因为它们的气管里没有鸣管和鸣肌。雌雄类似,雄鸟的体型略大。幼鸟身披黑色绒羽,初级飞羽为黑褐色,随着成长羽毛上会出现红色斑点,直到两年后才完全达到成鸟的羽毛颜色。它们在野外的寿命约有15年,饲养下则有20年。于9月中旬筑巢,11月上旬至12月下旬产卵。每窝产卵3-5枚,孵化期持续19-23天。而相对亚热带季风气候的广州,每年产蛋集中在4-8月份。属晚成鸟,双亲共同抚养雏鸟,雏鸟的羽毛在孵化35天后丰满,75天后可以完全独立。美洲红鹮是特立尼达的国鸟,与棕臀雉冠雉一同在特立尼达和多巴哥国徽上出现。虽然红鹮这种国鸟被认为是世界奇迹,但至今仍会成为非法偷猎的目标。2012年被列入《世界自然保护联盟》(IUCN)濒危物种红色名录ver3.1——低危(LC),在我国属于二级保护动物。所以本领域迫切需要研究和改进美洲红鹮自然孵化的方式,以解决美洲红鹮出生存活率低的问题。
发明内容
鉴于上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种提高人工饲养环境下幼鸟的成活率,为异地繁殖红鹮种群提供技术支持的红鹮幼仔的饲料配方及喂养方法
为实现上述目的,本发明提供的一种红鹮幼仔的饲料配方,该配方包括鼠肉30g-100g,雏鸡肉80g-180g,泥鳅肉350g-450g,狗奶粉30g-100g,面包虫30g-100g,熟胡萝卜30g-100g,熟鸡蛋黄2个,碳酸钙130mg,胰酶0.6g,胃蛋白酶26mg,维生素A 10000IU,维生素C 180mg,复合维生素B 34.8mg,维生素D 800IU,维生素E 60IU,烟酰胺40mg,叶酸0.8mg,泛酸10mg,磷62mg,钾15mg,镁200mg,氯15mg,铁54mg,锌30mg,碘0.3mg,铜4mg,铬0.015mg,硒0.02mg,钼0.03mg,锰10mg和白醋2ml。之后将上述材料均放入绞肉机,彻底打成肉泥,最后放入冰箱冷藏至4℃保存。
在一些实施方式中,狗奶粉包括粗蛋白33%、粗脂肪40%和水分5%。
在一些实施方式中,上述配方饲料的在投喂前需用温水充分解冻并加热至38.5℃-39.5℃;之后,使用1ml的注射器喂0.5ml温水,再开始喂料,首餐喂料1ml;1-3日龄,每天增加1次喂料量,0.2ml/次;4-7日龄,每天增加2次喂料量,0.5ml/次;一周以后,每天增加2次喂料量,1ml/次。
另一目的是提供一种红鹮幼仔的喂养方法,其中,具体如下:
(1)1-14日龄的红鹮幼仔,一日6餐,每隔3小时一餐;
(2)15-21日龄,一日5餐,每隔4小时一餐;
(3)22-30日龄,一日4餐,投喂辅料,如泥鳅小段;31-45日龄,一日3餐,投喂泥鳅段、混合鱼浆;
上述红鹮幼仔出雏12小时内无需喂食,继续待在出雏机内晾干躯体;在出壳4小时后,应每隔3小时喂一次温水,1ml/次,水温维持在38.5℃-39.5℃,直至喂料。
在一些实施方式中,红鹮幼仔出雏12小时后,可以放置在初始温度为35℃的育婴箱内。隔天开始,育婴箱温度应每天降低0.2℃-0.5℃,直至达到室温28℃,湿度应始终维持在60%-70%。28日龄左右,红鹮小仔可以离开育婴箱,进行室外饲养,但仍需留意饲养温湿度的变化。
在一些实施方式中,在每天喂食时,投喂一次碳酸钙直至断奶,保证红鹮小仔能吸收充足的钙成分补充身体所需。
在一些实施方式中,上述1-5日龄红鹮幼仔采用防滑纸巾作垫料,垫盆空间应大小适宜,避免空间过大,导致幼仔双腿外八;第5日龄开始,将垫料换成刨花,以防双脚畸形发育。
在一些实施方式中,上述红鹮幼仔断奶期过渡日喂养:
(1)5日龄后,配合流质鱼浆,投喂泥鳅段;
(2)30日龄后,配合流质鱼浆,投喂泥鳅段、面包虫;45日龄后,停止投喂流质鱼浆,投喂泥鳅、虾、活鱼、混合鱼浆;所述的混合鱼浆为新鲜带鱼浆与鸡饲料、虾皮、面包虫、留壳鸡蛋碎搅拌均匀得到。
另一目的是提供一种红鹮幼仔的人工孵化方法,其中,具体如下:
(1)在红鹮种蛋入孵前,采用杜邦卫可,以1:200的比例稀释,对孵化机进行彻底地清洁消毒,20min后再用清水清洗一遍,晾干,进行紫外消毒,最后还需用无水乙醇对机件又擦拭一遍;用浓度为0.4%、温度为37.5℃-38.5℃的新洁尔灭消毒水对种蛋进行消毒,小心将种蛋表面的粪便、污迹擦拭干净;
(2)种蛋孵化设备的参数要求:0-19日,孵化机设定温度37.6℃,设定湿度45%-50%,翻蛋12次/日,凉蛋10-15min/日;19日-出雏,孵化机设定温度37.0℃,设定湿度60%-65%,无需翻蛋及凉蛋;
(3)一般3周左右,种蛋开始啄壳,将啄壳种蛋移至出雏机;出雏机要事先设定温度37℃、湿度65%的情况下,每隔3小时观察出壳情况;如12小时后,外壳仍未破,应人为协助破壳,确保幼鸟有足够多氧气维持生命活动;若24小时后,幼鸟仍未出雏,则需要人为协助剥壳,预防幼鸟因能量不足啄壳后死亡。
(4)红鹮小仔出育婴箱后,先饲养在笼子里面。
在一些实施方式中,笼子长120厘米,宽60厘米,高60厘米,离地30厘米;所述的笼内铺上地垫,并放置栖架,提供小仔攀爬站立;所述的笼内四周固定透光渔网,可以在小仔拍打翅膀时起到保护双翅的作用;2月龄后,再进行大笼饲养,增加活动空间。
本发明的有益效果是具有提高人工饲养环境下幼鸟的成活率,为异地繁殖红鹮种群提供技术支持效果。具体如下:1、解决红鹮幼鸟在人工饲养条件下成活率低的问题,为异地繁殖红鹮种群提供技术支持。2、提供红鹮人工孵化及保育时的温湿度调控参数:人工孵化种蛋时,温度应控制在37.0℃-37.6℃之间,湿度控制在45%-55%之间,以保证种蛋孵化率。人工育幼时,温度应控制在28℃-35℃之间,湿度控制在60%-70%之间,以保证幼鸟成活率。3、完善了红鹮幼鸟饲料配方,通过添加碳酸钙,胰酶,胃蛋白酶,维生素A,维生素C,复合维生素B,维生素D,维生素E,烟酰胺,叶酸,泛酸,磷,钾,镁,氯,铁等,满足幼鸟生长发育需求,提高免疫力,保证营养需要且易于吸收。降低了人工饲养环境下,幼鸟因营养不良患病的概率,如骨骼发育不正常、骨折、脚趾变形等。4、丰富了红鹮断奶过渡日粮配方,通过投喂活鱼仔、泥鳅、河虾和混合鱼浆,增加饲料中蛋白的含量,丰富了单一食谱,并能训练幼鸟自主采食,降低刻板行为的产生。
具体实施方式
下面对发明作进一步详细的说明。

实施后,对孵化机进行全面的彻底的清洁消毒,20min后再用清水清洗一遍,晾干,进行紫外消毒。根据将孵化种蛋的种类设置孵化的相关参数,红鹮的种蛋孵化温度为37.6℃、湿度为45%-50%。并在机内放置至少2个温湿度计,定时检查孵化机的运转情况,确保机体正常运行,做好记录登记。
种蛋入孵前还需用无水乙醇对孵化机擦拭一遍。而种蛋则用浓度为0.4%的新洁尔灭消毒水进行消毒,小心将种蛋表面的粪便、污迹擦拭干净。对种蛋进行编号,并进行登记,登记信息主要包括蛋重、蛋号、蛋种、来源、产蛋日期或调入日期等。
每日检查种蛋情况,发现光蛋、臭蛋及时取出,避免污染孵化机,并做好相关记录。每隔4小时检查一遍孵化机温湿度变化,并观察有无翻蛋动作,做好检查记录。由于机器运行过程中会产热以及室内环境的变化,孵化机设定与现实的温湿度会存在一定差异,但温度应控制在37.0℃-37.6℃之间,湿度控制在45%-55%之间,以保证种蛋孵化率。一般3周左右,种蛋开始啄壳,将啄壳种蛋移至出雏机。出雏机要事先设定温度37℃、湿度65%的情况下,每隔3小时观察出壳情况。本发明模拟自然环境下亲鸟孵化时的温湿度变化以及翻蛋动作,促进种蛋的发育完全,提高孵化率。适宜的温湿度以及适当的翻蛋动作有利于避免种蛋畸形发育或者死胎。红鹮幼仔出雏12小时内无需喂食,继续待在出雏机内晾干躯体。但在出壳4小时后,应每隔3小时喂一次温水,1ml/次,直至喂料。红鹮幼仔饲料在投喂前需用温水充分解冻并加热至38.5℃-39.5℃。先使用1ml的注射器喂0.5ml温水,再开始喂料,首餐喂料1ml。1-3日龄,每天增加1次喂料量,0.2ml/次;4-7日龄,每天增加2次喂料量,0.5ml/次;一周以后,每天增加2次喂料量,1ml/次。为保证红鹮小仔能吸收充足的钙成分补充身体所需,应投喂牡蛎碳酸钙片,一天一次,一次半粒,直至断奶。
以下是红鹮育幼饲料配方:该配方包括鼠肉30g-100g,雏鸡肉80g-180g,泥鳅肉350g-450g,狗奶粉30g-100g,面包虫30g-100g,熟胡萝卜30g-100g,熟鸡蛋黄2个,碳酸钙130mg,胰酶0.6g,胃蛋白酶26mg,维生素A 10000IU,维生素C 180mg,复合维生素B 34.8mg,维生素D 800IU,维生素E 60IU,烟酰胺40mg,叶酸0.8mg,泛酸10mg,磷62mg,钾15mg,镁200mg,氯15mg,铁54mg,锌30mg,碘0.3mg,铜4mg,铬0.015mg,硒0.02mg,钼0.03mg,锰10mg和白醋2ml。

1.一种红鹮幼仔的饲料配方,其中,该配方包括鼠肉30g-100g,雏鸡肉80g-180g,泥鳅肉350g-450g,狗奶粉30g-100g,面包虫30g-100g,熟胡萝卜30g-100g,熟鸡蛋黄2个,碳酸钙130mg,胰酶0.6g,胃蛋白酶26mg,维生素A 10000IU,维生素C 180mg,复合维生素B 34.8mg,维生素D 800IU,维生素E 60IU,烟酰胺40mg,叶酸0.8mg,泛酸10mg,磷62mg,钾15mg,镁200mg,氯15mg,铁54mg,锌30mg,碘0.3mg,铜4mg,铬0.015mg,硒0.02mg,钼0.03mg,锰10mg和白醋2ml;
之后将上述材料均放入绞肉机,彻底打成肉泥,最后放入冰箱冷藏至4℃保存。
