In the embodiment of the present invention, a description is given by taking a mobile terminal as a smart phone and a mobile terminal protective case as a mobile phone as an example.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic view of an application scenario of a mobile phone shell with a car key function according to an embodiment of the present invention; as shown in fig. 1, a scene a and a scene B are included; in the scene a and the scene B, each scene includes a vehicle 1 and a mobile phone 2 with a mobile phone case. In the scenario shown in fig. 1, the signal transmission/reception range 3 of the vehicle 1 is a circular area with the vehicle 1 as the center and r as the signal radius. The embodiment of the invention does not limit the signal transceiving range of the vehicle. Alternatively, a certain area of the signal transmission/reception range may be set in each of the trunk, the driver's seat door, and the passenger door of the vehicle 1.
In a scenario a, when the mobile phone with the mobile phone case according to the embodiment of the present invention is outside the signal transceiving range of the vehicle 1, the vehicle 1 is in a locked state. The locked state may include door lock and engine lock. Alternatively, the vehicle 1 is automatically locked again for a period of time after the mobile phone 2 fitted with the mobile phone case has left the signal range 3.
In the scene B, when the mobile phone 2 (a mobile phone cooperating with the mobile phone shell, which will not be described later) appears in the signal range 3 of the vehicle 1 (i.e. the scene a is changed into the scene B), the mobile phone 2 cooperating with the mobile phone shell may receive the radio frequency signal sent by the vehicle 1, and then feed back the radio frequency signal meeting the requirement to the vehicle 1 according to the received radio frequency signal and the radio frequency protocol to start the vehicle 1. Or, in a certain range (namely, the signal range 3) away from the vehicle, the user presses the key of the mobile phone shell to activate the signal receiving module of the mobile phone shell, and then the corresponding signal is fed back after the low-frequency signal sent by the vehicle is received, so that the vehicle is started and enters.
It should be noted that the application scenario is only an exemplary scenario description; the application scenarios related to the embodiments of the present invention include, but are not limited to, the above application scenarios.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a functional architecture of a mobile phone case with a car key function according to an embodiment of the present invention; as shown in fig. 2, the mobile phone case 10 includes a signal transceiving module 101, an rfid module 102, an rf adjusting module 103, a communication module 104, keys 105, an indicator light 106, a battery 107, a charging module 108, and an rf data copying module 109. The signal receiving module 101 is connected with the radio frequency identification module 102; the radio frequency adjusting module 103 is connected with the radio frequency identification module 102; the communication module 104 is connected with the signal transceiver module 101; the key 105 and the indicator lamp (or the status indicator lamp) 106 are connected with the signal transceiver module 101; the battery 107 is connected with the signal transceiving module 101; the charging module 108 is connected with the battery 107; the rf data copying module 109 is connected to the signal transceiver module 101. It can be understood that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the signal transceiver module 101 has certain data processing and storing functions, and is equivalent to a signal transceiver module integrated with a processing function.
The signal transceiver module 101 is configured to receive a first radio frequency signal sent by a target vehicle. Specifically, a signal receiving and transmitting module built in the mobile phone shell receives a first radio frequency signal from a vehicle after the mobile phone shell approaches a target vehicle (namely, a vehicle matched with a vehicle key provided by the mobile phone shell) or is within a certain distance range of the target vehicle; the first radio frequency signal can be a low frequency signal or a signal with a certain frequency; this is not a limitation of the present application.
The signal transceiver module 101 is further configured to send, according to the first radio frequency signal, a second radio frequency signal corresponding to the first radio frequency signal to the target vehicle, where the second radio frequency signal is used to turn on or control the target vehicle. For example, after receiving the signal transmitted by the vehicle a and transmitting the signal to the vehicle a, a feedback signal is transmitted to the vehicle a to open the doors of the vehicle a, thereby allowing the driver or other persons to enter the vehicle a.
Optionally, the signal transceiver module 101 is further configured to send a fourth radio frequency signal to an access control system according to the third radio frequency signal, where the fourth radio frequency signal is used to open the access control system. Wherein, the third radio frequency signal is the radio frequency signal that access control system sent to the cell-phone shell for activate the cell-phone shell or trigger the cell-phone shell. The fourth radio frequency signal is a radio frequency signal which is fed back by the mobile phone shell and used for opening the entrance guard after receiving the signal sent by the entrance guard. It is understood that the signal transceiver module can also be applied to other similar scenarios, such as radio frequency remote control, payment, and identification.
A radio frequency identification module 102, configured to identify the first radio frequency signal according to a first radio frequency protocol; specifically, the rfid module 102 identifies a first rf signal from the plurality of signals according to the received first rf signal and a preset first rf protocol. Optionally, the radio frequency identification module is used for simulating radio frequency protocols of one or more radio frequency signals in different frequency bands, and each radio frequency protocol is used for identifying corresponding radio frequency signals, so that the radio frequency signals of the same class can be accurately interacted, and data interference of other signals is avoided. For example, the car key function of the mobile phone case is in a dormant state; when the mobile phone case enters the detection range (i.e., the signal transceiving range) of the target vehicle, the car key function of the mobile phone case is activated. Alternatively, the car key function of the handset housing is activated when the handset housing is within detection range of the target vehicle and a particular trigger condition is met (e.g., an infrared signal on the door handle of the target vehicle or a microswitch activated by the car handle device). When the mobile phone shell receives a low-frequency signal sent by a target vehicle and the low-frequency signal is matched with the key function module of the mobile phone shell, the key function module of the mobile phone shell is awakened from a dormant state; the key function module analyzes a low-frequency signal of a target vehicle, processes the low-frequency signal according to a preset algorithm, and then generates a feedback signal corresponding to the low-frequency signal; the target vehicle receives and analyzes the feedback signal and compares the feedback signal with a reference signal; and controlling the door of the target vehicle to be opened or the vehicle to be started under the condition that the feedback signal is matched with the reference signal. Alternatively, the reference signal may be a signal estimated by the target vehicle from a low-frequency signal transmitted by the target vehicle, or information related to the reference signal may be stored in a system of the target vehicle in advance.
The specific wake-up and response process between the car and the mobile phone shell may include the following: a base station unit (or other units) of the automobile sends a low-frequency message coded as 125Khz according to a certain frequency to search and wake up a transponder (corresponding to a mobile phone shell) in a certain range; if the automobile fails to receive the response signal sent back by the transponder for a long time, the automobile enters a dormant state for a period of time and then transmits a wake-up signal. Once the transponder on the owner of the vehicle identifies a legal wake-up signal, it will automatically send a radio frequency rolling code encoded message with a frequency of 433 Mhz. The base station unit decodes the message sent by the transponder after receiving the message, and controls the command execution mechanism to open the vehicle door if the message is successfully identified. If the automobile does not receive the response signal of the transponder after the automobile is unlocked, the automobile is locked when the automobile door is closed, and an alarm is given if the automobile door is not closed.
And the radio frequency adjusting module 103 is configured to adjust a frequency band of the second radio frequency signal according to the first radio frequency signal. Specifically, the rf adjustment module 103 generates a second rf signal according to the first rf signal and the first rf protocol, wherein the second rf signal conforms to the vehicle control characteristic. Continuously, the vehicle type and the target vehicle matched with the mobile phone shell are set through the radio frequency identification module 102, and meanwhile, the frequency of the second radio frequency signal needing to be fed back is determined through the radio frequency adjustment module 103.
The communication module 104 is configured to perform interaction of first data with the mobile phone shell, where the first data is used to configure a first radio frequency protocol in a communication process between the target vehicle and the mobile phone shell. The mobile phone shell performs data interaction with the mobile phone through the communication module 104. Optionally, the signal transceiver module may be a main functional module of the mobile phone shell, and may process and store data information; for example, the method can realize data updating of intelligent keys of various vehicle types, learning copy of a universal radio frequency remote controller and data configuration of 125Khz/13.56Mhz access cards by interacting with an application program at a mobile phone end.
One or more keys 105 are connected with the signal transceiving module; the indicator light 106 is connected with the signal transceiving module; the key is used for opening or closing the signal transceiving module; the indicator light (not shown in the structural diagram of the present application) is used to indicate the operating state of the signal transceiver module. One or more keys may be disposed on a back surface or other portions of the mobile phone case, which is not limited in the embodiments of the present invention.
Optionally, the mobile phone housing further comprises a key storage compartment for storing spare keys for the target vehicle. For example, in the event of a malfunction or failure of the car key of the handset housing, a vehicle spare key may also be readily accessible from the handset housing to normally start the vehicle.
A battery 107, a charging module 108 connected with the battery 107, and a charging port of the mobile phone case connected with the charging module 108; the charging module is also connected with the signal transceiving module; the battery is used for supplying power to the signal transceiving module. Alternatively, the battery 107 may be a small capacity lithium battery. Be provided with the charging mouth on the cell-phone shell and with the module of charging (or charging circuit) that battery 107 is connected, can charge the battery through the data charging wire that matches with the mouth that charges, be favorable to also can normally use this cell-phone shell to open the vehicle under general condition. Alternatively, the mobile phone housing integrated car key function may be an active radio frequency identification RFID, or a passive radio frequency identification RFID, or a semi-active RFID. The embodiment of the present invention is not limited thereto.
Optionally, in the case that the mobile phone shell is externally connected with a power supply, the external power supply is connected with a power supply interface (such as type-c or lighting interface) of the mobile phone shell through a power line, the power supply interface is connected with a power supply switching control circuit (such as an OTG switch module), and the power supply switching control circuit is connected with a battery of the mobile phone shell; the USB is connected with the power supply switching control module through a corresponding circuit structure on a built-in circuit board of the mobile phone shell; the USB structure of the mobile phone shell is connected with a charging interface of the mobile phone through a power line; under the condition that the mobile phone shell is connected with the external power supply, the external power supply charges a battery inside the mobile phone shell and a battery of the mobile phone.
Optionally, under the condition that the mobile phone shell is not connected with an external power supply, the USB interface of the mobile phone shell is connected with the charging interface of the mobile phone through a power line; at the moment, the power supply switching control module is switched to a mode of acquiring electric quantity from the mobile phone battery; under the condition that the electric quantity of the mobile phone battery is enough, the battery of the mobile phone charges the built-in battery of the mobile phone shell, and various necessary functions (such as the function of an automobile intelligent key) of the mobile phone shell can be guaranteed to normally operate.
A radio frequency data copying module 109, configured to copy radio frequency data of a first remote controller to generate encoded information that replaces the first remote controller; the communication module is also used for sending the coding information of the first remote controller to a mobile phone. In a possible implementation manner, the radio frequency data copying module is further used for copying an electronic tag or a contactless card. For example, partial remote control functions of the target radio frequency remote controller are copied and learned through the cooperation of keys of the mobile phone shell and the signal transceiving module, so that the partial functions are copied, and the mobile phone shell can be used for completing the operation of related functions without using a remote controller under special conditions.
