Description

Treatment process compliance confirmation method
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of medical procedure assurance, and more particularly to the verification and validation of compliance of a procedure for administering the correct medication or procedure to the correct patient.
Background
During a medical procedure, each doctor and patient may wish to provide or receive medical services that comply with prescribed procedures to reduce risks. However, errors can still occur for various reasons, and how to reduce errors to negligible is a concern for every medical facility and patient. In addition, some treatment procedures also need to be recorded to clarify responsibilities. Chinese patent document CN100483433C describes a medical information system and a medical information processing method that can support and guarantee the accuracy of medical behaviors through the display of medical information. However, this scheme is too complicated, and the corresponding feedback means is fuzzy, and it is difficult to clearly distinguish, and the degree of association with the treatment behavior is not high, and it is difficult to use the feedback as a feedback for ensuring the accuracy of the medical behavior. In particular, for more complex medical behaviors, the scheme is difficult to achieve the effect of on-site guidance and analysis.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a method for checking and confirming compliance of a treatment process, which can ensure that a patient is in accordance with the treatment process, a handler has a treatment right, and the treatment process is in compliance with the regulations. In the preferred scheme, on-site warning, guidance and auxiliary analysis can be carried out on more complex medical behaviors.
In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: a disposal procedure compliance verification method, comprising the steps of:

s5, confirming the treatment item;
s6, popping up processing steps and parameters;
s7, identifying and confirming the steps and parameters; if yes, the next step; if not, stopping waiting for processing;
through the steps, the treatment process is ensured to be in compliance.
In a preferred embodiment, the treatment process data is determined by a physician or nurse, pharmacist, technician;
or recommended by a database, selected and determined by a physician or nurse, pharmacist, technician.

In a preferred embodiment, the step of confirming the handler comprises a step of confirming the terminal, and further comprises one or more of scanning a fingerprint, scanning a portrait, collecting voice or scanning a chest card number through the confirmed terminal.
Preferably, the ejection handling steps and parameters include ejection drug use concentration, dosage, time, usage, basic or professional care and instrumentation operation procedures or parameters, and the like.
In a preferred embodiment, the display includes a display on a display screen or a projected display.
In a preferred embodiment, the display includes a stereoscopic image corresponding to the treatment result superimposed on the site to be treated.
In a preferred embodiment, the display includes a dynamic stereoscopic image superimposed on the site to be treated, which is consistent with the treatment process.
In a preferred embodiment, the identification and confirmation of the parameters and the execution of the steps refer to checking one or more of the concentration, dosage, time, usage, basic or professional care and instrument device operation procedures or parameters of the drugs used in the steps.
In a preferred embodiment, the step of confirming comprises acquiring a code of the medication, acquiring an image of the operation, acquiring a parameter, or acquiring a predetermined action.
By adopting the scheme, the treatment process compliance confirmation method provided by the invention can make the treatment process very clear and accurate. By displaying the prompt and assisting with feedback confirmation, errors can be avoided to the greatest extent. In a preferred embodiment, the complex operation can be guided in situ or the treatment procedure can be analyzed by the operator using static or dynamic stereo images, in particular, the static or dynamic stereo images superimposed on the region to be treated.

Detailed Description
Example 1:
as in fig. 1, a disposal procedure compliance confirmation method includes the steps of:

s4, confirming the handler; if yes, the next step; if not, stopping waiting for processing;
s5, confirming the treatment item;
s6, popping up processing steps and parameters;
s7, identifying and confirming the steps and parameters; if yes, the next step; if not, stopping waiting for processing;
through the steps, the treatment process is ensured to be in compliance. Through the scheme, whether the treatment process is in compliance or not can be judged very clearly, and when the treatment process is in the non-compliance state, the treatment process can be treated carefully enough, so that the error probability is greatly reduced.
In a preferred embodiment, the treatment procedure data is determined by a physician or nurse;
or recommended by a database, selected and determined by a physician or nurse. Including, but not limited to, medication data, operating data, and corresponding parameter data, such as dosage, time and frequency of administration, operating steps, operating time, temperature, etc.
Preferably, as in fig. 2, the step of identifying the patient comprises one or a combination of more of scanning a fingerprint with the terminal, scanning a portrait, capturing a voice, or scanning a wristband. With the structure, the accurate connection between the patient and the database can be ensured. Avoid the treatment error caused by the patient non-correspondence.

According to the scheme, the corresponding treatment result is more visual through the stereo image, and errors can be further avoided. The stereo image comprises a stereo image formed by polarized glasses and projection, and also comprises a stereo image formed by a three-dimensional RGB array light source. When the RGB array light sources intersect with each other, colored highlight dots are formed at the positions of the intersection points, and a three-dimensional array arrangement of the highlight dots in space constitutes a stereoscopic image.
In a preferred embodiment, the display includes a dynamic stereoscopic image superimposed on the site to be treated, which is consistent with the treatment process. When the colored highlight points are dynamically arranged in the space along with time change, the dynamic stereo image is formed.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 4, the step and parameters are identified and confirmed by confirming one or more of the concentration, dosage, time, usage, operation flow or parameters of the drug used in the step. For example, the confirmation of medicines, the confirmation of instruments, the confirmation of consumables, the confirmation of operation items and procedures, and the confirmation of execution time and frequency, wherein the confirmation modes comprise code scanning or image recognition based on artificial intelligence, thereby ensuring accurate judgment.
