Claims (10)

1. A method for automatically generating information to be invoiced, the method comprising:
step 1, obtaining a plurality of orders to be invoiced, extracting detailed commodity information of each commodity in each order to be invoiced, summarizing according to commodity names, determining summarized commodity information corresponding to each commodity name, and obtaining a commodity information table;
step 2, determining a first commodity information item with an invoicing identifier in the commodity information table as a current commodity information item;
step 3, determining a first invoicing line number and a first invoicing amount corresponding to the current commodity information item according to the current commodity information item;
step 4, determining the cumulative invoicing line number of all commodity information items corresponding to the current invoice to be invoiced and the cumulative invoicing amount of the invoice, determining the total invoicing line number according to the cumulative invoicing line number of the invoice and the first invoicing line number, and determining the total invoicing amount according to the cumulative invoicing amount of the invoice and the first invoicing amount;
and 5, if the total invoicing line number is greater than a preset total invoicing line number threshold or the total invoicing amount is greater than a preset total invoicing amount threshold, determining the information to be invoiced according to all commodity information items corresponding to the current invoiced ticket.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the summarizing according to the names of commodities, determining summarized commodity information corresponding to each name of commodities, and obtaining the commodity information table comprises:
the method comprises the steps of automatically classifying commodities according to commodity names, automatically calculating the preferential and discount information of the commodities corresponding to each commodity name, automatically determining the tax rate of the commodities according to order transaction dates and commodity types, automatically determining invoice types according to the commodity types, associating and summarizing the commodity information according to the commodity names so as to determine summarized commodity information corresponding to each commodity name, and obtaining a commodity information table.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
if the total billing line number is less than or equal to a preset total billing line number threshold value and the total billing amount is less than or equal to a preset total billing amount threshold value, updating the cumulative billing line number of the invoices of all the commodity information items corresponding to the current invoice according to the total billing line number, updating the cumulative billing amount of the invoices of all the commodity information items corresponding to the current invoice according to the total billing amount, counting the current commodity information items into the information to be invoiced, deleting the billing identification of the current commodity information items, and returning to the step 2.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
after determining the information to be invoiced according to all the commodity information items corresponding to the current invoice to be invoiced, regenerating an invoice to be invoiced as the current invoice to be invoiced, updating the cumulative invoicing line number of the invoice of all the commodity information items corresponding to the current invoice according to the first invoicing line number, updating the cumulative invoicing amount of the invoice of all the commodity information items corresponding to the current invoice according to the first invoicing amount, counting the current commodity information item into the information to be invoiced, deleting the invoicing identification of the current commodity information item, and returning to the step 2.
5. The method according to claim 3 or 4, characterized in that the method further comprises:
after a commodity information table is obtained, marking an invoicing identifier for each commodity information item in the commodity information table;
and when the current commodity information item is counted into the information to be invoiced, deleting the invoicing identification of the current commodity information item.
6. A system for automatically generating information to be invoiced, the system comprising:
the system comprises a commodity information table acquisition unit, a commodity information table acquisition unit and a commodity information table acquisition unit, wherein the commodity information table acquisition unit is used for acquiring a plurality of orders to be invoiced, extracting detailed commodity information of each commodity in each order to be invoiced, summarizing according to commodity names, determining summarized commodity information corresponding to each commodity name and acquiring a commodity information table;
a current commodity information item determining unit, configured to determine that a first commodity information item with an invoicing identifier in the commodity information table is a current commodity information item;
the first billing line number and amount determining unit is used for determining a first billing line number and a first billing amount corresponding to the current commodity information item according to the current commodity information item;
the total invoicing line number and amount determining unit is used for determining the cumulative invoicing line number and the cumulative invoicing amount of the invoice of all commodity information items corresponding to the current invoice to be invoiced, determining the total invoicing line number according to the cumulative invoicing line number and the first invoicing line number, and determining the total invoicing amount according to the cumulative invoicing amount and the first invoicing amount;
and the to-be-invoiced information determining unit is used for determining the to-be-invoiced information according to all commodity information items corresponding to the current to-be-invoiced ticket if the total invoiced line number is greater than a preset total invoiced line number threshold or the total invoiced amount is greater than a preset total invoiced amount threshold.
7. The system according to claim 6, wherein the commodity information table acquisition unit performs aggregation according to commodity names, determines aggregated commodity information corresponding to each commodity name, and acquires a commodity information table, including:
the method comprises the steps of automatically classifying commodities according to commodity names, automatically calculating the preferential and discount information of the commodities corresponding to each commodity name, automatically determining the tax rate of the commodities according to order transaction dates and commodity types, automatically determining invoice types according to the commodity types, associating and summarizing the commodity information according to the commodity names so as to determine summarized commodity information corresponding to each commodity name, and obtaining a commodity information table.
8. The system according to claim 6, wherein the information to be billed determining unit further comprises:
if the total billing line number is less than or equal to a preset total billing line number threshold and the total billing amount is less than or equal to a preset total billing amount threshold, updating the cumulative billing line number of the invoices of all the commodity information items corresponding to the current invoice according to the total billing line number, updating the cumulative billing amount of the invoices of all the commodity information items corresponding to the current invoice according to the total billing amount, counting the current commodity information items into the information to be invoiced, deleting the billing identification of the current commodity information items, and entering a current commodity information item determining unit.
9. The system of claim 6, further comprising:
and the to-be-invoiced ticket regenerating unit is used for regenerating a to-be-invoiced ticket as the current to-be-invoiced ticket after determining the to-be-invoiced ticket information according to all the commodity information items corresponding to the current to-be-invoiced ticket, updating the invoice accumulated invoicing line number of all the commodity information items corresponding to the current invoice according to the first invoicing line number, updating the invoice accumulated invoicing amount of all the commodity information items corresponding to the current invoice according to the first invoicing amount, counting the current commodity information items into the to-be-invoiced ticket information, deleting the invoicing identification of the current commodity information items, and entering the current commodity information item determining unit.
10. The system according to claim 8 or 9, characterized in that the system further comprises:
the billing identification processing unit is used for marking the billing identification for each commodity information item in the commodity information table after the commodity information table is obtained;
and deleting the invoicing identification of the current commodity information item when the current commodity information item is counted in the information to be invoiced.
