Furthermore, the training module also comprises a document browsing unit and a timing unit, wherein the document browsing unit is used for displaying training contents; the timing unit is used for recording the time from the current page opening to the page turning of the learning object in the document browsing process of the learning object to obtain the time for the learning object to browse the current page; if the time for the learning object to browse the current page is greater than or equal to the preset normal reading time, the document browsing unit allows the learning object to perform page turning operation; and if the time for the learning object to browse the current page is less than the preset normal reading time, the document browsing unit prohibits the learning object from page turning. Specifically, in the process of browsing a document by the learning object, the time from the current page opening to the page turning of the learning object is recorded by the timing unit, so that the time for the learning object to browse the current page is obtained, and if the time for the learning object to browse the current page is greater than or equal to the preset normal reading time, the document browsing unit allows the learning object to perform the page turning operation; if the time for the learning object to browse the current page is shorter than the preset normal reading time, the document browsing unit prohibits the learning object from performing page turning operation, so that the learning object is guaranteed to effectively read in the training process, the learning object is prevented from quickly turning over the document, the progress is brushed, and the effectiveness of training is further guaranteed.

1. The online training method based on the mobile application platform is characterized by comprising the following steps:
an online training platform is built on the mobile application platform, and the online training platform constructs a user system with a manager, an auditor and a training object in a mode of synchronizing a micro address book of an enterprise according to an enterprise WeChat architecture;
the administrator uploads training contents and configures examinations, specifies learning objects from the training objects, and submits training applications to corresponding auditors for auditing;
after the training application passes the examination of a corresponding auditor, calling an enterprise WeChat message pushing interface to inform the learning object to take part in the training and examination;
the learning object receiving the notification logs in an online training platform to perform learning and examination, and evaluates the training content and the examination respectively;
and counting the learning condition, the examination condition and the evaluation condition of the learning object to make a report, and analyzing and summarizing the training condition by the administrator.
2. The mobile application platform-based online training method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the training subjects log in the online training platform in a login authorization manner of WeChat enterprises.

The mobile application platform-based online training method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the training content uploaded by the administrator comprises training content in a video format, and a small operation task window pops up irregularly during the process that the learning object watches the video;
if the learning object completes the task according to the small operation task window in time, the video continues to be played;
and if the learning object fails to complete the task according to the small operation task window in time, the video playing is suspended.

The on-line training method based on the mobile application platform as claimed in claim 1, wherein the training content uploaded by the administrator comprises training content in a document format, and in the process that the learning object browses the document, the time from the current page opening to the page turning of the learning object is recorded to obtain the time for the learning object to browse the current page;
if the time for the learning object to browse the current page is greater than or equal to the preset normal reading time, the learning object can perform page turning operation;
and if the time for the learning object to browse the current page is less than the preset normal reading time, the learning object cannot perform page turning operation.
5. The online training platform based on the mobile application platform is characterized in that the online training method based on the mobile application platform is applied to any one of claims 1 to 4, and comprises an enterprise WeChat end system and a background management system;
the enterprise WeChat end system comprises a learning notification module, a training module, an examination module and a personal center module;
the background management system comprises a staff management module, a training examination content management module, a training examination module, a notification management module, a statistical analysis module and a database;
the employee management module is used for constructing a user system with an administrator, an auditor and a training object in a mode of synchronizing the enterprise micro address book according to the enterprise WeChat architecture and endowing corresponding system authority;
the training examination content management module is used for uploading training content and configuring an examination by a manager, specifying a learning object from the training object and sending a training application to the training examination module;
the training examination module is used for receiving the training application sent by the training examination content management module and distributing the training application to a corresponding examiner for examination; after the training application passes the examination of the corresponding examiner, the training examination management module sends an execution instruction to the notification management module;
the notification management module is used for receiving an execution instruction of the training examination management module and sending a notification instruction to the notification module;
the statistical analysis module is used for receiving and counting the learning condition, examination condition and evaluation condition of a learning object to make a report; the system is used for analyzing and summarizing the training condition by the administrator according to the report; the statistical analysis module is also used for sending the report forms and the analysis summaries to the database;
the database is used for receiving and storing training contents, examination contents, reports and analysis summaries, and is also used for storing background management system operation diaries and authority management data;
the notification module is used for receiving a notification instruction sent by the notification management module and calling an enterprise WeChat message pushing interface to send a training notification to the learning object according to the notification instruction;
the training module is used for calling corresponding training contents in the database and sending the training contents to the mobile terminal of the learning object, collecting evaluation of the learning object on the training contents, and sending evaluation conditions to the statistical analysis module;
the examination module is used for calling corresponding examination contents in the database and sending the examination contents to the mobile terminal of the learning object, collecting evaluation of the learning object on the examination contents and sending evaluation conditions to the statistical analysis module;
the personal center module is used for calling the data of the personal learning condition and the examination condition on the report table in the database and sending the data to the mobile terminal of the learning object.

The on-line training platform based on the mobile application platform as claimed in claim 5, wherein the back-end management system adopts a front-end and back-end separation mode, the front-end of the back-end management system, the business application service at the back-end of the back-end management system and the database at the back-end of the back-end management system adopt a distributed deployment, and the business application service at the back-end of the back-end management system adopts a micro-service architecture design and provides services to the outside in a Restful mode.

The mobile application platform-based online training platform of claim 6, wherein the business application services at the front end of the background management system and the back end of the background management system are deployed in a cluster manner, respectively, and the database at the back end of the background management system is deployed in a one-master-multi-slave manner.

The on-line training platform based on the mobile application platform as claimed in claim 5, wherein when the training object enters the enterprise wechat end system, the enterprise wechat end system calls the enterprise wechat interface to obtain information of the training object, so that the training object logs in without account password authentication.
9. The mobile application platform based online training platform of claim 5, wherein the training module comprises a video playing unit and a task popup unit,
the video playing unit is used for playing videos;
the task popup unit is used for popping up a small operation task window at random in the video playing process;
if the learning object completes the task according to the small operation task window in time, the video playing unit continues to play the video;
and if the learning object fails to complete the task according to the small operation task window in time, the video playing unit pauses playing the video.
10. The mobile application platform based online training platform of claim 5, wherein the training module further comprises a document browsing unit and a timing unit,
the document browsing unit is used for displaying the training content;
the timing unit is used for recording the time from the current page opening to the page turning of the learning object in the document browsing process of the learning object to obtain the time for the learning object to browse the current page;
if the time for the learning object to browse the current page is greater than or equal to the preset normal reading time, the document browsing unit allows the learning object to perform page turning operation;
and if the time for the learning object to browse the current page is less than the preset normal reading time, the document browsing unit prohibits the learning object from page turning.
