Abstract
The invention provides a device and a method for controlling the flowing state of pipeline fluid, comprising a hard pipeline, an elastic hose, a pressure-guiding rubber tube and a connecting piece; two ends of the hard pipeline are connected with a fluid pipeline to be controlled; the elastic hose is arranged inside the hard pipeline; the two ends of the elastic hose are respectively connected with a pressure guide rubber tube; the pressure guide rubber tube, the elastic hose and the connecting port between the hard pipelines are connected by connecting pieces. The flexible hose exhibits an expanded and contracted state inside the rigid pipe by its own characteristic of expanding and contracting with a change in pressure depending on the state of use, thereby functioning like a valve for controlling the flow state of fluid in the pipe including but not limited to opening, closing and controlling the flow rate, and being capable of being used instead of or extending its particular function as necessary.

a device for controlling the fluid flowing state of a pipeline comprises a hard pipeline, an elastic hose, a pressure guide rubber pipe and a connecting piece; two ends of the hard pipeline are connected with fluid pipelines; the elastic hose is arranged inside the hard pipeline; the two ends of the elastic hose are respectively connected with a pressure guide rubber tube; the pressure guide rubber tube, the elastic hose and the connecting port between the hard pipelines are connected by connecting pieces.
A method for controlling fluid flow conditions in a conduit, comprising the steps of:
1) placing an elastic hose in the hard pipeline, wherein the elastic hose is used as an element for regulating the fluid circulation in the hard pipeline;
2) selecting gas or liquid pressure medium matched with the hard pipeline medium, and filling the pressure medium into the elastic hose, wherein the elastic hose expands or contracts along with the pressure change of the pressure medium;
when the pressure reaches or exceeds a set value, the elastic hose can be tightly attached to the inner wall of the hard pipeline, so that the fluid flow in the hard pipeline is closed, namely the fluid flow is equivalent to the closing state of the valve;
when the pressure is gradually reduced, the expanded elastic hose gradually contracts, and the fluid in the hard pipeline starts to flow and gradually accelerates to flow along with the increase of the flow area;
when the pressure is recovered to be equal to the pressure in the hard pipeline, the flow area of the hard pipeline reaches the maximum, and the state is equivalent to the open state of the valve;
3) the pressure guide rubber tube is used for transmitting the pressure medium in the step 2) to enter or discharge the elastic hose so as to control the expansion or contraction of the elastic hose; the pressure guide rubber pipe leads out a hard pipeline through the position near the elastic rubber pipe, is laid outside the hard pipeline or leads out the hard pipeline after penetrating for a certain distance in the hard pipeline, and the penetrating distance range is 1-30 m; therefore, the pressure guide rubber tube and the pipeline connected with the pressure guide rubber tube can be connected with a remote pressure medium source, so that expansion or expansion of the elastic rubber tube can be remotely controlled by controlling pressure change of the pressure medium at the pressure source, and further the flowing state of pipeline fluid is controlled.

A device for controlling the fluid flowing state of a pipeline is shown in figure 1 and comprises a hard pipeline 2, an elastic hose 3, a pressure-guiding rubber hose 1 and a connecting piece 4; two ends of the hard pipeline 2 are connected with fluid pipelines; the elastic hose 3 is arranged inside the hard pipeline 2; two ends of the elastic hose 3 are respectively connected with a pressure guide rubber hose 1; the connecting ports among the pressure guide rubber pipe 1, the elastic hose 3 and the hard pipeline 2 are connected by using a connecting piece 4.
A method for controlling fluid flow conditions in a conduit, comprising the steps of:
