Description

Method for cleaning hole wall of section for resisting pile pulling in rock
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of drilling and pore-forming construction of uplift piles, in particular to a method for cleaning the pore wall of an uplift pile rock section.
Background
When the buoyancy of underground water cannot be balanced by the load of the upper structure of the building, the whole or part of the structure can be acted by upward floating force, such as a basement structure of the building, an underground large-scale water tank, an underground biochemical tank of a sewage treatment plant and the like, and anti-pulling piles are required to be arranged for ensuring the use safety of the building (structure). The uplift pile resists vertical uplift force by means of friction force between a pile body and a soil layer or a rock stratum, and when the pile end is embedded into the rock stratum, the friction force is mainly provided by a rock stratum section.
At present, a rotary drilling rig is generally adopted for forming holes in a cast-in-place pile, and a slurry wall protection is adopted in the drilling process, so that the specific gravity of slurry is maintained to be about 1.10-1.20 in order to ensure the stability of a hole wall. The mud for protecting wall is prepared by bentonite, soda ash, water and additive according to a certain proportion, usually, the mud can form a mud skin with a certain thickness on the hole wall, the mud skin can be adsorbed on the hole wall to improve the stability of the hole wall, but for the uplift pile, the existence of the mud skin is equivalent to adding a layer of lubricant between the pile body and the hole wall, and the bearing capacity of the uplift pile is reduced to a certain extent.
In order to improve the adhesion influence of the mud skin on the hole wall of the rock interval, steel brushes are arranged on the rotary drilling bit barrel body for some projects, and wall brushing operation is carried out on the hole wall; however, because the steel brush is fixedly installed, in the process that the steel brush penetrates into the bottom of the hole from the hole opening, wall brushing operation of different degrees can be carried out on the full-length hole wall, and more sludge can be generated in the wall brushing operation of the upper rock interval and fall and accumulate at the bottom of the hole, so that the wall brushing effect on the lower rock interval is influenced; meanwhile, due to the high influence of the installation position, the wall brushing effect on part of rock stratums of the hole bottom section cannot be realized effectively.

The brush 131 is a wire brush 131 so as to have sufficient strength when brushing the wall. When the brush holder 13 is rotated to abut against the baffle plate 14 on one side, the brush 131 of the brush holder 13 extends out of the edge of the bottom plate 12, the brush holder 13 is opened, and when the brush holder 13 is rotated to abut against the baffle plate 14 on the other side, the brush holder 13 is contracted, and the brush 131 is located inside the edge of the bottom plate 12.
Referring to fig. 2, in an embodiment of the present invention, a plurality of baffles 14 are uniformly spaced around the bottom plate 12, and the baffles 14 are offset from the center of the bottom plate 12.
In this embodiment, the number of the baffles 14 is the same as that of the brush holders 13, and the plurality of brush holders 13 are uniformly spaced, so that when the wall is opened, the opening angle of each brush holder 13 is the same, and the wall-brushing effect is better.
Specifically, the baffle 14 at least comprises a first baffle 14 and a second baffle 14 which are adjacent to each other, and an included angle between the first baffle 14 and the second baffle 14 is an obtuse angle.
Thus, when the brush holder 13 is opened, the self-contraction state is more opened, and the brush holder 13 is prevented from automatically retracting when the brush wall is operated, so that the effect of the brush holder 13 is ensured.
Thus, on the basis of the above, the number of the baffle plates 14 given in the present embodiment is three, and each baffle plate 14 extends to connect another adjacent baffle plate 14.

s33, after the wall brushing drill bit is installed in place, performing expansion and contraction trial operation on site to ensure that the wall brushing drill bit can be smoothly opened and closed when brushing the wall in the pile hole;
s34, when the brush handle 13 is in a contraction state, the brush handle is lowered to the bottom of the hole along with a drill rod of the rotary drilling rig.
Thus, through the trial operation, the brush handle 13 of the wall-brushing drill bit is prevented from being clamped, and smooth opening and closing are ensured when the wall-brushing drill bit is placed in the pile hole for use.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, in an embodiment of the present invention, S40 includes:
s41, lowering the wall brushing drill bit to the bottom of the pile hole, and pressurizing the rotary drilling rig to enable the wall brushing drill bit to apply pressure to the bottom wall of the pile hole so that the brush handle 13 is fully contacted with the bottom wall of the pile hole;
s42, rotating the wall drill bit in the positive direction, and making the brush handle 13 fully open and extend after three turns.
After the brush handle 13 is contacted with the bottom wall of the pile hole, the brush wall drill bit is rotated, under the action of the friction force of the bottom wall of the pile hole, the brush handle 13 and the brush wall drill bit form relative motion, so that the brush handle 13 is expressed as automatic outward extending until the brush handle 13 is opened, compared with the method that the brush handle 13 is opened by the centrifugal force of rotating and swinging, the method can ensure that the brush handle 13 arranged in the pile hole is opened, and meanwhile, the brush handle 13 under the opening state can not be easily contracted, and still needs a certain external force.
Receiving the above, S50 includes:
s51, continuously keeping the positive direction to rotate the wall brushing drill bit, and performing mud-skin cleaning construction on the hole wall of the rock stratum section at the bottommost layer;
and S52, after the mud skin of the hole wall of the rock stratum section at the bottommost layer is cleaned, lifting the drill rod to clean the hole wall of the rock stratum section at the upper layer, continuously keeping the positive direction to rotate the drill bit to brush the wall, and repeating the operation until the wall is brushed to the height marking position of the rock stratum section.
Therefore, the wall is gradually lifted, so that the wall of the hole wall of the rock stratum section is completely brushed, in the embodiment, the brushing of the hole wall of each rock stratum section needs 3-5 min according to the situation of the on-site stratum, and the lifting height is 10cm each time.
After the brushing is completed, S60 includes:
s61, after the wall of the rock interval is completely cleaned, lowering the wall-brushing drill bit to the bottom of the pile hole, and applying pressure to the bottom wall of the pile hole to ensure that the brush handle 13 is fully contacted with the bottom wall of the pile hole;
s62, rotating the wall-brushing drill bit in a rotary mode for multiple circles anticlockwise to enable the brush handle 13 to contract inwards, and then lifting the wall-brushing drill bit out of the pile hole.
Similarly, under the action of the friction force at the bottom of the hole, the brush handle 13 and the drill bit on the brush wall move relatively, so that the brush handle 13 is expressed as 'self-retracting' until the brush handle 13 is completely retracted. After the shrinkage is finished, the wall brushing drill bit is lifted out of the pile hole, so that pile body quality risks such as hole collapse and the like caused by the fact that the brush bristles 131 can damage and disturb the side wall of the soil layer section in the pile hole are effectively avoided.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, in an embodiment of the present invention, after S60:
s71, washing the wall brushing device with clean water;
and S72, the wall brushing device which is washed clean can be put into the pile hole again to perform hole wall mud skin cleaning operation of the rock interval, whether mud skin remains on the brush bristles 131 of the wall brushing device which puts out the pile hole is observed after repeated times, and whether the hole wall mud skin cleaning operation of the rock interval is finished is judged.
The wall brushing device is washed by clean water to remove the muck and mud skin adhered to the wall brushing device, and whether the wall of the rock interval is completely brushed or not can be directly obtained by observing whether the mud skin is remained on the brush bristles 131 or not, so that the rock interval is completely brushed.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the invention, and any modifications, equivalents and improvements made within the spirit and principle of the present invention are intended to be included within the scope of the present invention.
