If only one of the two connecting plates is provided with a through hole in the middle like the lower connecting plate 8, the other connecting plate can be connected with the steel bar in other ways such as welding and the like besides being connected with the steel bar thread like the upper connecting plate 2, as long as the connecting plate can be fixed on the exposed steel bar of the PC component, and the connecting plates without adjusting the positions are usually pre-installed on the PC component production line in consideration of the field situation of construction, for example, when the upper steel bar 1 is still on the PC component production line, the upper connecting plate 2 is connected with the upper steel bar 1, and when the construction site is reached, other parts left by the steel bar connecting assembly are connected.
After the two PC components are hoisted in place at the construction site, if there is a large coaxiality deviation between the upper steel bar 1 and the lower steel bar 7, the bolt holes 91 of the groove-type connecting member 9 are difficult to align with the bolt holes on the connecting plate, which may affect the normal installation of the bolts 4, and for this reason, the bolt holes 91 may be designed as long holes to ensure that the bolts 4 can smoothly pass through the bolt holes on the connecting plate and the bolt holes 91 on the groove-type connecting member 9 in sequence.
In a specific practical application, the distance between the flanges at the two ends of the groove-shaped connecting member 9 may be 10cm to 30cm, for example 20cm, and the distance between the two bolt holes 22 and the distance between the two bolt holes 82 may be 3cm to 10cm, for example 5cm or 8 cm.
