Claims (8)
1. The fabric dyeing and drying device for textile processing comprises a box body (10), and a dyeing assembly and a drying assembly which are arranged inside the box body (10), and is characterized in that the dyeing assembly comprises dyeing drums (12) and dyeing rollers (11), wherein the dyeing drums (12) are fixedly arranged at the bottom of the box body (10) and are internally provided with the dyeing rollers (11), the dyeing rollers (11) are two groups in number and are respectively fixedly connected with the top of the box body (10) through dyeing supports (2), a feeding pipe (17) and a discharging pipe (16) which are communicated with the outside are respectively arranged above and below the side wall of the dyeing drum (12), and control switches are respectively arranged on the feeding pipe (17) and the discharging pipe (16); the drying assembly comprises a plurality of groups of drying rollers (4) and drying devices, the drying rollers (4) are rotatably connected with the side wall of the box body (10), the groups of drying rollers (4) are arranged in a staggered mode, two groups of drying devices are vertically arranged on two sides of the drying rollers, two groups of partition plates (5) are fixedly arranged on the outer sides of the two groups of drying devices, and openings (9) convenient for the fabric to pass through are formed in the partition plates (5); the box body (10) is also internally provided with a winding component and is positioned on one side of the drying component far away from the dyeing component.

The fabric dyeing and drying device for textile processing according to claim 1, wherein a feed port (1) is formed in one side wall of the box body (10), a feed roller (18) is rotatably mounted near the feed port (1), a discharge door (7) is arranged on one side of the box body (10) far away from the feed port (1), and the discharge door (7) corresponds to the winding component in position.

The fabric dyeing and drying device for textile processing according to claim 2, wherein the winding assembly comprises a winding roller (6) and a winding motor (23), pentagonal holes are respectively formed in two ends of the winding roller (6), elastic supporting devices are movably clamped inside the pentagonal holes, one end, far away from the winding roller (6), of each elastic supporting device is rotatably connected with the side wall of the box body (10) through a bearing, and the winding motor (23) is fixedly installed on the outer wall of the box body (10) and an output shaft of the winding motor is in linkage with one group of elastic supporting devices.

The fabric dyeing and drying device for textile processing as claimed in claim 5, characterized in that the elastic support device comprises an elastic support rod (26) and an elastic support sleeve (25), one end of the elastic support rod (26) is rotatably mounted on the side wall of the box body (10) and the other end thereof is slidably mounted inside the elastic support sleeve (25), one end of the elastic support rod (26) located inside the elastic support sleeve (25) is fixedly provided with a rectangular baffle plate and the rectangular baffle plate forms a sliding fit with a rectangular hole formed inside the elastic support sleeve (25), one end of the elastic support sleeve (25) far away from the elastic support rod (26) is a pentagonal column and the pentagonal column forms a movable fit with the pentagonal column, the periphery of the elastic support rod (26) is further sleeved with an elastic support spring (24) and two ends of the elastic support spring (24) respectively abut against the box body (10) and the circular baffle plate fixed on the outer wall of the elastic support sleeve (25), and the rectangular baffle plate and the .
