Abstract

一种抗菌纺织品的制备方法,具体步骤如下:取甲壳素、壳聚糖、茶多酚、月桂酸混合,然后加入正庚烷、乳化剂,边搅拌边乳化;继续向乳化液中加入聚乙烯醇和水的混合液,将溶液温度加热,搅拌后保温,然后滴加盐酸和戊二醇,滴加后停止加热;向反应液中加入醋酸纤维素、N,N‑二甲基乙酰胺、丙酮,常温搅拌后制备成抗菌纤维,然后和绢丝混纺,然后纺织成面料。本发明所述方法简单、操作方便,本发明通过将甲壳素、壳聚糖、茶多酚、月桂酸、正庚烷、乳化剂、聚乙烯醇、水、戊二醇、醋酸纤维素、N,N‑二甲基乙酰胺和丙酮联合后制备抗菌纤维,和绢丝混纺,然后纺织成面料。经过处理后的绢丝混合纤维抗菌效果好,且环境友好。

一种抗菌纺织品的制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于纺织品技术领域,具体涉及一种抗菌纺织品的制备方法。
背景技术
绝大多数微生物对人类是无害的,甚至是有益和必需的,但也有小部分微生物可以引起人类和动植物的病害,这些能导致人类和动植物疾病的微生物成为病原微生物。人的皮肤表面存在着大量的微生物,其中有些是对人体有益的菌,而有些则是致病菌,这些微生物从人体的分泌物、含水以及脱落的皮屑中获取营养,经历着生长、繁殖和死亡的新陈代谢过程。同时,由于汗水和分泌物中的脂肪酸、乳酸能杀死多种微生物,加上微生物之间相互残杀和灭活作用,构成了他们在数量上的平衡协调,一般不会对人体造成伤害。但一旦这种平衡打破,造成菌种失调,少量致病菌就会大量繁殖,并通过皮肤、消化道以及生殖道黏膜对人体健康造成危害。
公开号为CN 105239251 A的中国专利申请公开了一种抗菌面料,由下述重量份纤维混纺织造成混纺面料:30-50份Lyocell纤维、10-30份涤纶长丝纤维、10-30份莫代尔纤维、10-30份亚麻纤维,混纺面料再经过抗菌后整理而成。该发明的面料,提高了面料抑菌率,且经过多次水洗之后仍旧保持良好的抗菌性能。但是其为纤维混纺后经过抗菌整理而成,抗菌剂固着效果不好。
发明内容
解决的技术问题:针对上述技术问题,本发明提供一种抗菌纺织品的制备方法,具备方法简单、操作方便、制备的产品抗菌效果好、环境友好等优点。
技术方案:一种抗菌纺织品的制备方法,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一.按质量份计,取2~4份甲壳素、1~3份壳聚糖、0.5~0.8份茶多酚、0.5~1.5份月桂酸混合,然后加入10~20份正庚烷、0.02~0.08份乳化剂在40~50℃温度下边搅拌边乳化30~60 min;
步骤二.继续向乳化液中加入4~6质量份聚乙烯醇和50~60质量份水的混合液,将溶液温度加热至45~55℃,搅拌30~45 min后保温,然后滴加加入5~7质量份40wt.%盐酸和1~3质量份戊二醇,滴加2~3 h后停止加热,用氢氧化钠调节pH至中性;
步骤三.向步骤二反应液中加入5~7质量份醋酸纤维素、3~8质量份N,N-二甲基乙酰胺、4~7质量份丙酮,300~450r/min常温搅拌3~4 h得静电纺丝液;
步骤四.在静电纺丝机中制备抗菌纤维,和绢丝混纺,混纺比为(10~20):(80~90),然后纺织成面料。
作为优选,所述步骤一中乳化剂为span-80。
作为优选,所述步骤一中按质量份计,取3份甲壳素、2份壳聚糖、0.6份茶多酚、1份月桂酸混合,然后加入15份正庚烷、0.06份乳化剂在45℃温度下边搅拌边乳化45 min。
作为优选,所述步骤二中继续向乳化液中加入5质量份聚乙烯醇和55质量份水的混合液,将溶液温度加热至50℃,搅拌40 min后保温,然后滴加加入6质量份40 wt.%盐酸和2质量份戊二醇,滴加2.5 h后停止加热,用氢氧化钠调节pH至中性。
作为优选,所述步骤三中向步骤二反应液中加入6质量份醋酸纤维素、5质量份N,N-二甲基乙酰胺、6质量份丙酮,400 r/min常温搅拌4 h得静电纺丝液。
作为优选,所述步骤四中在静电纺丝机中制备抗菌纤维,和绢丝混纺,混纺比为10:90,然后纺织成面料。
有益效果:本发明所述方法简单、操作方便,制备的产品抗菌效果好,符合国家标准,本发明通过将甲壳素、壳聚糖、茶多酚、月桂酸、正庚烷、乳化剂、聚乙烯醇、水、戊二醇、醋酸纤维素、N,N-二甲基乙酰胺和丙酮联合后制备抗菌纤维,和绢丝混纺,然后纺织成面料。经过处理后的绢丝混合纤维抗菌效果好,且环境友好。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步描述。
实施例1
一种抗菌纺织品的制备方法,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一.按质量份计,取2份甲壳素、1份壳聚糖、0.5份茶多酚、0.5份月桂酸混合,然后加入10份正庚烷、0.02份乳化剂span-80在40℃温度下边搅拌边乳化30 min;
步骤二.继续向乳化液中加入4质量份聚乙烯醇和50质量份水的混合液,将溶液温度加热至45℃,搅拌30 min后保温,然后滴加加入5质量份40wt.%盐酸和1质量份戊二醇,滴加2 h后停止加热,用氢氧化钠调节pH至中性;
步骤三.向步骤二反应液中加入5质量份醋酸纤维素、3质量份N,N-二甲基乙酰胺、4质量份丙酮,300 r/min常温搅拌3 h得静电纺丝液;
步骤四.在静电纺丝机中制备抗菌纤维,和绢丝混纺,混纺比为10:90,然后纺织成面料。
实施例2
一种抗菌纺织品的制备方法,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一.按质量份计,取4份甲壳素、3份壳聚糖、0.8份茶多酚、1.5份月桂酸混合,然后加入20份正庚烷、0.08份乳化剂span-80在50℃温度下边搅拌边乳化60 min;
步骤二.继续向乳化液中加入6质量份聚乙烯醇和60质量份水的混合液,将溶液温度加热至55℃,搅拌45 min后保温,然后滴加加入7质量份40wt.%盐酸和3质量份戊二醇,滴加3 h后停止加热,用氢氧化钠调节pH至中性;
步骤三.向步骤二反应液中加入7质量份醋酸纤维素、8质量份N,N-二甲基乙酰胺、7质量份丙酮,450 r/min常温搅拌4 h得静电纺丝液;
步骤四.在静电纺丝机中制备抗菌纤维,和绢丝混纺,混纺比为20:80,然后纺织成面料。
实施例3
一种抗菌纺织品的制备方法,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一.按质量份计,取3份甲壳素、2份壳聚糖、0.6份茶多酚、1份月桂酸混合,然后加入15份正庚烷、0.06份乳化剂span-80在45℃温度下边搅拌边乳化45 min;
步骤二.继续向乳化液中加入5质量份聚乙烯醇和55质量份水的混合液,将溶液温度加热至50℃,搅拌40 min后保温,然后滴加加入6质量份40wt.%盐酸和2质量份戊二醇,滴加2.5 h后停止加热,用氢氧化钠调节pH至中性;
步骤三.向步骤二反应液中加入6质量份醋酸纤维素、5质量份N,N-二甲基乙酰胺、6质量份丙酮,400 r/min常温搅拌4 h得静电纺丝液;
步骤四.在静电纺丝机中制备抗菌纤维,和绢丝混纺,混纺比为10:90,然后纺织成面料。
对实施例1~3制备的产品进行性能测试,采用GB/T21510-2008《纳米无机材料抗菌性能测试方法》中振荡法测定抗菌性能,接触时间24 h,测试金黄色葡萄球菌(G+),肺炎伯雷氏菌(G-),白色念珠菌(真菌)等微生物的抑菌率,织物符合国家抗菌织物3A标准。其中,实施例1制备的织物对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率为88.9%,肺炎伯雷氏菌的抑菌率为85.6%,白色念珠菌的抑菌率为82.3%;实施例2制备的织物对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率为89.3%,肺炎伯雷氏菌的抑菌率为86.1%,白色念珠菌的抑菌率为83.5%;实施例3制备的织物对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率为92.2%,肺炎伯雷氏菌的抑菌率为89.8%,白色念珠菌的抑菌率为85.2%。

Claims (6)

1.一种抗菌纺织品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一.按质量份计,取2~4份甲壳素、1~3份壳聚糖、0.5~0.8份茶多酚、0.5~1.5份月桂酸混合,然后加入10~20份正庚烷、0.02~0.08份乳化剂在40~50℃温度下边搅拌边乳化30~60 min;
步骤二.继续向乳化液中加入4~6质量份聚乙烯醇和50~60质量份水的混合液,将溶液温度加热至45~55℃,搅拌30~45 min后保温,然后滴加加入5~7质量份40wt.%盐酸和1~3质量份戊二醇,滴加2~3 h后停止加热,用氢氧化钠调节pH至中性;
步骤三.向步骤二反应液中加入5~7质量份醋酸纤维素、3~8质量份N,N-二甲基乙酰胺、4~7质量份丙酮,300~450r/min常温搅拌3~4 h得静电纺丝液;
步骤四.在静电纺丝机中制备抗菌纤维,和绢丝混纺,混纺比为(10~20):(80~90),然后纺织成面料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌纺织品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤一中乳化剂为span-80。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌纺织品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤一中按质量份计,取3份甲壳素、2份壳聚糖、0.6份茶多酚、1份月桂酸混合,然后加入15份正庚烷、0.06份乳化剂在45℃温度下边搅拌边乳化45 min。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌纺织品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤二中继续向乳化液中加入5质量份聚乙烯醇和55质量份水的混合液,将溶液温度加热至50℃,搅拌40min后保温,然后滴加加入6质量份40 wt.%盐酸和2质量份戊二醇,滴加2.5 h后停止加热,用氢氧化钠调节pH至中性。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌纺织品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤三中向步骤二反应液中加入6质量份醋酸纤维素、5质量份N,N-二甲基乙酰胺、6质量份丙酮,400 r/min常温搅拌4 h得静电纺丝液。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌纺织品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤四中在静电纺丝机中制备抗菌纤维,和绢丝混纺,混纺比为10:90,然后纺织成面料。
