Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of adhesives, in particular to a preparation method of a quick-drying type environment-friendly starch adhesive.
Background
The traditional adhesive mainly comprises an organic solvent and resin, can generate a solvent harmful to human health in the production and use processes, and can cause harm to human health and even cause cancer if formaldehyde is absorbed for a long time. As people have gradually come to high quality, high quality of goods. The adhesive with good performance and environmental protection is the development direction in the future.
The starch is one of the main grain crops in China, has rich sources and low price, is green and natural, and is non-toxic and environment-friendly. Compared with sodium silicate, the starch adhesive has the characteristics of higher strength, no corrosion, no pollution, strong adhesion, small coating weight and the like. But also has the defects of slow self-drying speed, low initial adhesion and poor water resistance. Therefore, the starch adhesive which is high in drying speed, green, environment-friendly and non-toxic is dedicated.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a preparation method of a quick-drying environment-friendly adhesive, and the prepared adhesive has the excellent performances of small density, good fluidity, high viscosity, high drying speed, difficult moisture absorption and efforescence and the like.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a quick-drying environment-friendly starch adhesive is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 20-30 parts of corn starch, 60-80 parts of deionized water, 0.5-1.0 part of polyvinyl alcohol, 2-10 parts of hydrogen peroxide, 0.5-1.0 part of catalyst, 1.5-3.5 parts of sodium hydroxide, 0.5-2.5 parts of borax, 0.01-0.1 part of defoaming agent and 2-4 parts of drier. The concentration of the hydrogen peroxide is 30 percent; corn starch is a high polymer of glucose and has a large amount of hydroxyl, and after being oxidized by hydrogen peroxide, the hydroxyl can be oxidized into aldehyde and carboxyl, so that the binding capacity between molecules is weakened, and simultaneously, the glycosidic bond of a molecular chain is broken, the molecular weight of starch is reduced, and the viscosity is increased.
Preferably, the quick-drying environment-friendly starch binder is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 20 parts of corn starch, 60 parts of deionized water, 0.5 part of polyvinyl alcohol, 4-8 parts of hydrogen peroxide and 0.5 part of catalyst; 2 parts of sodium hydroxide, 0.5 part of borax, 0.04 part of defoaming agent and 3 parts of drier.
Preferably, in the above-mentioned quick-drying environment-friendly starch binder, the catalyst is a combination of one or both of zinc oxide and ferrous sulfate.
Preferably, in the above-mentioned quick-drying environment-friendly starch binder, the polyvinyl alcohol is PVA 17-88, and the-OH group in the polyvinyl alcohol and the starch are
the-COOH groups are easily bonded and crosslinked, and also increase the affinity for the contact surface.
Preferably, in the above quick-drying environment-friendly starch binder, the drier is a combination of alum, sepiolite and potassium isooctanoate. The sepiolite is added to reduce the phenomena of moisture absorption and efflorescence, and the potassium isooctanoate is added to help the solidification and drying of the starch adhesive.
Preferably, in the above-mentioned quick-drying environment-friendly starch binder, the antifoaming agent is tributyl phosphate, and is slowly added until the foam substantially disappears.
The preparation method of the quick-drying environment-friendly starch adhesive comprises the following steps:
(1) adding polyvinyl alcohol and corn starch into a reaction kettle, stirring and mixing (playing a pre-dispersing role to avoid agglomeration in the polyvinyl alcohol dissolving process), adding deionized water, fully stirring and dissolving, and heating at the temperature of 55-60 ℃ for 60 min;
(2) adding hydrogen peroxide oxidant and catalyst, stirring for 10-20 min;
(3) stopping heating, adding sodium hydroxide when the temperature of the system is reduced to room temperature, and adding a defoaming agent;
(4) finally adding borax and a drier.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects: the invention uses the drier potassium isooctanoate, which has good acid value stability, molecular weight stability and drying performance. The addition of the sepiolite not only accelerates the self-drying speed of the adhesive, but also plays a role in preventing moisture absorption and efflorescence. The prepared adhesive has the advantages of small density, good fluidity, high viscosity, high drying speed, difficult moisture absorption and efforescence and the like.
