Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of logistics transportation devices, and particularly relates to a ripening and sterilizing bag, application of the ripening and sterilizing bag in a fresh walnut logistics box, and the fresh walnut logistics box containing the ripening and sterilizing bag.
Background
The fresh walnut has the characteristics of sufficient kernel water content, faint scent and good taste, and has richer nutrient components compared with dry walnut kernels, so that the fresh walnut gradually becomes a novel walnut product which is more favored by people in recent years. However, the edible period of the fresh walnuts is short, the quality and the taste of the fresh walnuts can be maintained only by transporting the fresh walnuts with the skin after picking, the green husks need to be peeled before the fresh walnuts are eaten by consumers, the green husks of the walnuts are usually difficult to peel, and the walnut green tangerine peels contained in the green husks are easy to blacken fingers of the consumers, so that the transportation and the sale of the fresh walnuts are limited to a great extent.
At present, the peeling method of the fresh walnuts mainly comprises four categories of natural shade drying, artificial peeling, artificial ripening acceleration and mechanical peeling, the natural shade drying time is longer, the waiting time of people is increased, and the eating period of the fresh walnuts is correspondingly shortened; the manual peeling process is complicated and unsafe; the artificial ripening acceleration mainly adopts ethephon soaking or spraying, the time is taken for 5-7 days, ethephon residue can bring hidden food safety hazards, moreover, walnut inner seed coats can be blackened, and most consumers cannot adopt the method; mechanical peeling is basically accomplished by means of large and medium-sized mechanical equipment, which is costly if used as a home. Therefore, a device capable of effectively, safely and quickly peeling off the green husks of the fresh walnuts needs to be invented, and particularly, the logistics box capable of automatically peeling off the green husks of the walnuts in the transportation process of the walnuts is needed.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a ripening and sterilizing bag which is beneficial to peeling of walnut green husks and also provides a fresh food walnut logistics box containing the ripening and sterilizing bag, so that the ripening and peeling of the green husks of fresh food walnuts can be spontaneously realized in the logistics transportation process.
The invention provides a method for removing green husks of walnuts, which comprises the following steps of placing walnuts with green husks in a packaging box, then placing at least one ripening and sterilizing bag in the packaging box, wherein the ripening and sterilizing bag at least comprises a drying area with a drying agent, a ripening and sterilizing area with a solid fruit and vegetable ripener and a solid bactericide and a water storage area, and the drying area is communicated with the ripening and sterilizing area through a channel; the drying area is also communicated with the water storage area through a channel; placing the walnuts with the green husks in the packaging box, and keeping for 1-4 days until the walnut husks fall off.
The drying agent is solid granular or blocky drying agent.
The ripening and sterilizing area is provided with two areas for placing solid fruit and vegetable ripening agent and solid bactericide, and the two areas are not communicated with each other.
Two areas for placing the solid fruit and vegetable ripener and the solid bactericide are stored in the ripening and sterilizing area, the two areas are not communicated, and a sealing area is also arranged between the two areas for placing the solid fruit and vegetable ripener and the solid bactericide.
The ripening bag provided by the invention comprises: a drying area, a ripening and sterilizing area and a water storage area;
a solid granular or blocky drying agent is arranged in the drying area; all solid particles which can play a drying role can be suitable for the invention, such as calcium chloride particles, active carbon particles and the like;
a water channel communicated with the water storage area is arranged in the drying area, and redundant water in the drying area is discharged through the water channel and is temporarily stored in the water storage area;
a water channel communicated with the ripening and sterilizing area is also arranged in the drying area; and the water in the drying area enters the ripening and sterilizing area and converts the solid fruit and vegetable ripening agent and the solid bactericide in the ripening and sterilizing area into gas.
The width of the water channel communicated with the water storage area in the drying area is larger than that of the water channel communicated with the ripening and sterilizing area in the drying area.
At least one ripener placing area and a bactericide placing area are respectively arranged in the ripening and sterilizing area.
And water channels communicated with the drying area are respectively arranged in the ripener placing area and the bactericide placing area.
The ripener placing area and the bactericide placing area are respectively positioned at two ends of the ripening and sterilizing area, and at least one water channel for communicating the drying area with the water storage area is arranged between the ripener placing area and the bactericide placing area.
The ripener placing area and the bactericide placing area are respectively positioned at two ends of the ripening and sterilizing area, and at least one water channel and a sealing area which are communicated with the drying area and the water storage area are arranged between the ripener placing area and the bactericide placing area.

The front and back surfaces of the drying zone are bonded by a hot-melt process, although other methods may be used to bond the front and back surfaces of the drying zone, and any method that achieves the above objectives may be suitable for use in the present invention.
The front surface of the ripening and sterilizing area is made of a waterproof material, and the back surface of the ripening and sterilizing area is made of a breathable material.
The front surface and the back surface of the ripening and sterilizing area are bonded by a hot melting process.
The front and the back of the water storage area are both made of waterproof materials.
Water channels are reserved between the drying area and the ripening and sterilizing area and between the ripening and sterilizing area and the water storage area and are not completely separated.
The ripening and sterilizing bag provided by the invention consists of a drying area, a ripening and sterilizing area and a water storage area which are sequentially distributed from top to bottom and are separated by barrier strips;
the front sides of the drying area and the ripening and sterilizing area are made of plastic materials, and the back sides of the drying area and the ripening and sterilizing area are made of breathable materials; the front and the back of the water storage area are made of plastic materials;
a ripener placing area, a first water channel, a sealing area, a second water channel and a bactericide placing area which are mutually separated and mutually blocked are sequentially arranged in the ripening and sterilizing area from left to right; the upper ends of the first water channel and the second water channel are respectively communicated with the drying area, and the lower ends of the first water channel and the second water channel are respectively communicated with the water storage area;
a third water channel is arranged between the left end of the drying area and the ripener placing area, and a fourth water channel is arranged between the right end of the drying area and the bactericide placing area;
the water storage area is actually a water storage bag and has the function of storing water.

The fresh food walnut logistics box beneficial to peeling of the walnut green husks is characterized in that the ripening and sterilizing bag is arranged in the logistics box. Preferably, the ripening and sterilizing bag is connected to one inner wall of the long edge of the logistics box through an adhesive strip.

The fresh walnut logistics box provided by the invention can effectively peel the walnut green seedcase, and the principle is as follows: the ripening and sterilizing bag with the new structure is adopted in the logistics box, dry particles in a drying area of the ripening and sterilizing bag absorb moisture in the foam box, when the moisture flows through the ripening and sterilizing area through the third water channel and the fourth water channel, the solid fruit and vegetable ripening agent and the solid bactericide are released into gas when meeting water, fresh walnuts in the fresh walnut logistics box are fumigated, and redundant moisture flows into the water storage area through the first water channel and the second water channel. The green seedcase aging of the fresh walnuts can be effectively promoted in the transportation process, the probability of mildew disease of the fresh walnuts is reduced, the purpose that the green seedcases of the fresh walnuts are easy to fall off is achieved, the eating quality of the fresh walnuts is improved, more convenient conditions are provided for consumers to eat the fresh walnuts, the market development prospect of the fresh walnuts is improved, and the fresh walnut shell aging and mildew disease prevention device can be widely applied to transportation and sale of the fresh walnuts.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) according to the ripening and sterilizing bag provided by the invention, the drying particles in the drying area can absorb the moisture in the foam box, so that the probability of rotting and mildewing of fresh walnuts in the transportation process is reduced, and the quality guarantee of the fresh walnuts is improved;
a ripener placing area, a first water channel, a sealing area, a second water channel and a bactericide placing area are sequentially arranged in the ripening and sterilizing area from left to right, a third water channel is arranged between the left end of the first area and the ripener placing area, a fourth water channel is arranged between the right end of the first area and the bactericide placing area, after dry particles in the drying area in the ripening and sterilizing bag absorb moisture in the foam box, the moisture flows through the ripening and sterilizing area through the third water channel and the fourth water channel, the solid fruit and vegetable ripener and the solid bactericide are released into gas when meeting water, fresh walnuts in the fresh walnut logistics box are fumigated and refrigerated, and redundant moisture flows into the water storage area through the first water channel and the second water channel;
the probability of mildew diseases of the fresh walnuts can be reduced by fumigating the bactericide, and the eating quality of the fresh walnuts is improved; the ripening agent fumigation can effectively promote the maturity and aging of the green husks of the fresh walnuts in the transportation process, so that the purpose that the green husks of the fresh walnuts are easy to fall off is achieved, and more convenient conditions are provided for consumers to eat the fresh walnuts;
(2) according to the fresh walnut logistics box provided by the invention, the novel ripening and sterilizing bag is placed in the fresh walnut logistics box, and can be directly adhered to the inner wall of the box body, so that the use is convenient, the fresh walnuts can be effectively ripened spontaneously in real time in the fresh walnut transportation process, and the outer green husks of the fresh walnuts are promoted to fall off;
(3) the fresh walnut logistics box provided by the invention is low in cost and convenient to operate, can improve the market development prospect of fresh walnuts, and can be widely applied to transportation and sale of picked fresh walnuts.

The present invention will now be described in further detail with reference to specific embodiments thereof for the purpose of enabling those skilled in the art to better understand the invention.
Example 1
1.1 the structure of the ripening and sterilizing bag 3 is as follows:
the ripening and sterilizing bag 3 consists of a drying area 5, a ripening and sterilizing area 6 and a water storage area 7 which are sequentially distributed from top to bottom and are separated by a barrier strip (or a heat sealing line, and a sealing line formed by hot pressing of a plastic bag through a plastic sealing machine/a sealing machine);
the front surfaces of the drying area 5 and the ripening and sterilizing area 6 are both made of plastic materials, and the back surfaces of the drying area 5 and the ripening and sterilizing area 6 are both made of breathable non-woven fabrics; the front and the back of the water storage area 7 are made of plastic materials;
the drying zone 5 has therein dried granules 8; the dry granules 8 are calcium chloride granules.
A ripener placing area 9, a first water channel 101, a sealing area 11, a second water channel 102 and a bactericide placing area 12 which are mutually separated and mutually blocked are sequentially arranged in the ripening and sterilizing area from left to right; the upper ends of the first water channel 101 and the second water channel 102 are respectively communicated with the drying area 5, and the lower ends of the first water channel 101 and the second water channel 102 are respectively communicated with the water storage area 7;
the solid fruit and vegetable ripener 14 placed in the ripener placing area 9 is prepared by taking ethephon as a main material and adding a solid alkali or solid weak alkali salt assistant, and then adding a stabilizer and uniformly mixing.
The solid bactericide 15 placed in the bactericide placing area 12 is a bactericide which is commonly used in the market and is allowed to be used, such as sulfur dioxide, chlorine dioxide or prochloraz and the like.
A third water channel 13 is arranged between the left end of the drying area 5 and the ripener placing area 9, and a fourth water channel 17 is arranged between the right end of the drying area 5 and the bactericide placing area 9; the water storage area 7 is actually a water storage bag having a function of storing water. The first and second water passages 101 and 102 transport excess water in the drying region 5 to the water storage region 7.
The cross sections of the first water channel 101, the second water channel 102, the third water channel 13 and the fourth water channel 17 are rectangular; the widths of the first water channel 101 and the second water channel 102 are greater than the widths of the third water channel 13 and the fourth water channel 17 (preferably, the widths of the first water channel 101 and the second water channel 102 are 2-4 times the widths of the third water channel 13 or the fourth water channel 17). The lengths and widths of the first water channel 101 and the second water channel 102 are equal; the third water channel 13 and the fourth water channel 17 are equal in length and width;
a solid fruit and vegetable ripener 14 is arranged in the ripener placing area 9; the bactericide placing area 12 is provided with a solid bactericide 15.
The above-mentioned barrier strip can be heat-sealing line, sealing line or sticking strip.
1.2 the structure of the fresh food walnut thing flow box that helps walnut green seedcase desquamation is as follows:
the inner wall of the logistics box is connected with a ripening and sterilizing bag 3 through an adhesive strip 16, and one ripening and sterilizing bag 3 is generally selected to be adhered to one inner wall of the long edge of the box body 1.
This thing flow box still includes: the foam box comprises a foam box body 1 and a top cover 2 matched with the foam box body; a pulp molding tray 4 is arranged on the lower bottom surface in the box body 1, and a concave part 18 for containing fresh walnuts is arranged in the pulp molding tray 4.
The dimensions of the foam box body 1 are as follows: the outer diameter is 34 multiplied by 22 multiplied by 18 cm; the inner diameter is 30 multiplied by 18 multiplied by 14 cm; the wall thickness is 2cm (standard post No. 4 foam box is enough).
The pulp molding tray 4 is provided with 13-17 concave parts 18, generally 15 concave parts 18, and the number of the concave parts 18 can be adjusted according to the size of walnuts.
The principle of the invention is as follows:
the ripening and sterilizing bag 3 with a new structure is adopted in the logistics box body 1, the dry particles 8 (calcium chloride particles are adopted in the invention, and all other particles with water absorbing and drying functions can be suitable, such as activated carbon, similar transformation is also within the protection range of the invention) in the drying area of the ripening and sterilizing bag 3 absorb moisture in the logistics box, when the moisture flows through the ripening and sterilizing area 6 through the third water channel and the fourth water channel, the solid fruit and vegetable ripening agent 14 and the solid sterilizing agent 15 are released into gas when meeting water, so that fresh walnuts in the fresh walnut logistics box are fumigated, and redundant moisture flows into the water storage area 7 through the first water channel 101 and the second water channel 102. The green seedcase aging of the fresh walnuts can be effectively promoted in the transportation process, the probability of mildew disease of the fresh walnuts is reduced, the purpose that the green seedcases of the fresh walnuts are easy to fall off is achieved, the eating quality of the fresh walnuts is improved, more convenient conditions are provided for consumers to eat the fresh walnuts, the market development prospect of the fresh walnuts is improved, and the fresh walnut shell aging and mildew disease prevention device is widely applied to transportation and sale of the fresh walnuts.

When the fresh walnut logistics box provided by the invention is used, firstly, fresh walnuts are picked, fruits with mechanical injuries and diseases are removed, and then, intact fresh walnuts are placed on two layers of paper pulp molding trays 4 (15) in a logistics box body 1; the ripening and sterilizing bag 3 is fixed on one inner wall of the long edge of the box body 1 through an adhesive strip 16, and the top cover 2 is fastened to close the logistics box. In the transportation process of fresh walnuts, the dry particles 8 in the drying area 5 of the ripening and sterilizing bag 3 absorb the moisture in the box body, flow into the ripening agent placing area 9 and the sterilizing agent placing area 12 through the third water channel 13 and the fourth water channel 17, the solid fruit and vegetable ripening agent 14 and the solid sterilizing agent 15 are released into gas when meeting water, fumigate the fresh walnuts in the fresh walnut logistics box, and redundant moisture flows to the water storage area 7 through the first water channel 101 and the second water channel 102.
Example 2
The structure of the ripening and sterilizing bag is slightly different from that of the ripening and sterilizing bag in the embodiment 1, the inside of the ripening and sterilizing bag in the embodiment 2 is not provided with a sealing area, and 3 water channels are arranged, and the structure is as follows:

A first water channel 101, a ripener placing area 9, a second water channel 102, a bactericide placing area 12 and a fifth water channel 103 which are mutually separated and mutually blocked are sequentially arranged in the ripening and sterilizing area from left to right; the upper ends of the first water channel 101, the second water channel 102 and the fifth water channel 103 are respectively communicated with the drying area 5, and the lower ends of the first water channel 101, the second water channel 102 and the fifth water channel 103 are respectively communicated with the water storage area 7;
the solid fruit and vegetable ripener 14 placed in the ripener placing area 9 is prepared by taking ethephon as a main material and adding a solid alkali or solid weak alkali salt assistant, and then adding a stabilizer and uniformly mixing.
The solid bactericide 15 placed in the bactericide placing area 12 is a bactericide which is commonly used in the market and is allowed to be used, such as sulfur dioxide, chlorine dioxide or prochloraz and the like.
A third water channel 13 is arranged between the left end of the drying area 5 and the ripener placing area 9, and a fourth water channel 17 is arranged between the right end of the drying area 5 and the bactericide placing area 9; the water storage area 7 is actually a water storage bag having a function of storing water. The first and second water passages 101 and 102 transport excess water in the drying region 5 to the water storage region 7.
The cross sections of the first water channel 101, the second water channel 102, the fifth water channel 103, the third water channel 13 and the fourth water channel 17 are rectangular; the lengths and widths of the first water channel 101, the second water channel 102 and the fifth water channel 103 are the same, the lengths and widths of the third water channel 13 and the fourth water channel 17 are the same, and the widths of the first water channel 101, the second water channel 102 and the fifth water channel 103 are greater than the widths of the third water channel 13 and the fourth water channel 17.
A solid fruit and vegetable ripener 14 is arranged in the ripener placing area 9; the bactericide placing area 12 is provided with a solid bactericide 15.
The above-mentioned barrier strip can be heat-sealing line, sealing line or sticking strip.
