the environment-friendly paper fixing and folding device (1) comprises a second wheel mold box (1.1), paper supporting lugs (1.3) and a working surface (1.2), wherein the paper supporting lugs (1.3) are arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the outer edge of the working surface (1.2) of the second wheel mold box (1.1);
the aluminum foil short edge fixing and folding device (2) is installed on a transition channel plate between a second wheel (7) and a third wheel, the aluminum foil short edge fixing and folding device (2) comprises a folding seat (2.1), a folding rod (2.2), a limiting plate (2.3), a baffle (2.4), an inner guide plate (2.5), a fixing block (2.6) and an outer guide plate (2.2), the inner guide plate (2.5) and the outer guide plate (2.2) are arranged on the folding seat (2.1), the fixing blocks (2.6) are arranged at the end parts of the inner guide plate (2.5) and the outer guide plate (2.2), the limiting plate (2.3) is erected at the upper parts of the inner guide plate (2.5) and the outer guide plate (2.2), an inner stop block is arranged at the lower end of the inner guide plate (2.5), and an outer stop block is arranged at the lower end of the outer guide plate (2.2);
the aluminum foil paper synchronous conveying belt (3) comprises two groups of air suction conveying belt assemblies, an air suction paper guide plate (3.2), a synchronous toothed belt (3.3), an air suction hole (3.4), an air suction groove (3.5) and an air suction seat (3.6), wherein the two groups of air suction conveying belt assemblies are respectively arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the air suction seat (3.6), and each group of air suction conveying belt assemblies respectively comprises a pair of synchronous pulleys (3.1) and a synchronous toothed belt (3.3) in transmission connection with the synchronous pulleys (3.1); the synchronous belt wheel (3.1) is arranged on a bracket through a rotating shaft, and the bracket is arranged on the air suction seat (3.6); the air suction paper guide plate (3.2) is arranged on the air suction seat (3.6), air suction grooves (3.5) are formed in the left side and the right side of the air suction paper guide plate (3.2), strip-shaped air suction holes (3.4) are formed in the upper end and the lower end of each air suction groove (3.5), and a plurality of vertical thin grooves (3.9) are uniformly distributed in the surface of the air suction paper guide plate (3.2);
the inner frame paper pneumatic clamping device (4) comprises a cylinder body (4.1), a tensioning block (4.2), a wheel core (4.3) and a spring (4.4); a wheel core (4.3) which is an oblique cylinder body is arranged inside the cylinder body (4.1), six cylinder body grooves are uniformly formed in the outer portion of the cylinder body (4.1) along the radial direction of the cylinder body, a tension block (4.2) is installed in each cylinder body groove, a spring (4.4) is arranged on the rear side of the wheel core (4.3), the cylinder body (4.1) is connected with a compressed air source through a compressed air pipeline, a manual valve is arranged on the compressed air pipeline, and a sealing rod of the air cylinder (4.1) is connected with the wheel core (4.3);
the aluminum alloy channel (5) comprises a high-level runway (5.1), a low-level runway (5.8), a descending runway (5.2) and a channel corner gear box (6), the high-level runway (5.1) and the low-level runway (5.8) are connected through the descending runway (5.2), and the channel corner gear box (6) is arranged at a corner of the aluminum alloy channel (5); the high-level runway (5.1), the low-level runway (5.8), the descending runway (5.2) and the channel corner gearbox 6 are connected with each other through a lintel (5.4) arranged at the bottom; the high-level runway (5.1) and the low-level runway (5.8) are respectively provided with a channel belt pulley, a belt which is arranged on the channel belt pulley in a transmission way, and guard plates (5.6) which are arranged on the left side and the right side above the lintel (5.4), the guard plates (5.6) are arranged along the length direction of the runway, and the guard plates (5.6) are fixed on the lintel (5.4) through guard plate fixing frames (5.7); the descending runway (5.2) comprises a carriage (5.9) which is obliquely arranged and channel roller assemblies (5.10) which are connected with the upper end and the lower end of the carriage (5.9), and protective plates (5.6) are arranged on the left side and the right side of the carriage (5.9); a channel motor (5.5) is arranged on the lintel (5.4) at the bottom of the low-level channel (5.8);
the channel corner gearbox (6) comprises a box body (6.1), an outer plate (6.2) and an inner plate (6.3) which are parallel to each other are arranged on the box body (6.1), two ends of the outer plate (6.2) and two ends of the inner plate (6.3) are bent inwards, and an included angle between the two ends and the middle section is 145 degrees; the upper portion and the lower part of box (6.1) all are provided with guard shield (6.4), guard shield (6.4) are fixed with box (6.1) through connecting plate (6.5), set up the screw hole of mutually supporting on connecting plate (6.5) and guard shield (6.4), go into bolt (6.6) in the screw hole and fasten connecting plate (6.5) and guard shield (6.4).
