An aluminum ingot sawing production line as shown in fig. 1 is used for conveying an aluminum slab ingot produced in a casting workshop to a sawing position for head cutting, tail cutting, sizing and segment cutting, and finally weighing a finished product and transferring to the next process. The device comprises a conveying roller way for conveying the aluminum slab ingot, and a material conveying vehicle, a centering clamping device and a sawing device which are sequentially arranged along the conveying roller way and can be mutually assembled; the outside of sawing the rollgang where the device is located is provided with aluminium bits collection device and briquetting machine, and the outside of sawing the rollgang where the device is located is provided with gets sample device and waste material transfer device.
The conveying roller way 1 comprises a roller way base, a plurality of roller assemblies uniformly arranged on the roller way base, a transmission device for driving the roller assemblies to transmit, a coupling assembly for connecting the roller assemblies and a weighing assembly arranged below the roller way base. The device has the functions of transporting aluminum flat ingots and temporarily storing the aluminum flat ingots, and the roller way is adjustable in transportation speed and capable of moving in the positive and negative directions.
The material transporting vehicle 2 shown in fig. 2 comprises a trolley device 24 with two rows of wheel sets fixedly arranged at the bottom, an ingot receiving device 29 fixedly arranged at the front side of the trolley device, and a hydraulic station device 210 fixedly arranged on a workbench at the rear side of the ingot receiving device.
The trolley device 24 comprises a frame 27, a transmission chain 26 and a transmission motor 25, wherein the transmission chain 26 and the transmission motor 25 are arranged on the frame and are used for driving a wheel set 28 to move, and the transmission motor 25 drives the wheel set of the trolley device to reciprocate between the storage device and the feeding roller way to transport the aluminum flat ingot.
The ingot receiving device 29 comprises guide rods 22 fixedly mounted on two sides of the trolley device, hydraulic cylinders 21 fixedly mounted between the guide rods and a material receiving frame 23 mounted on the guide rods, the material receiving frame is lifted through the hydraulic cylinders 21, aluminum flat ingots are lifted at the material storage device, and the aluminum flat ingots are placed at a material loading roller way. The ingot receiving device is U-shaped.
The hydraulic station apparatus 210 includes a frame body 211 and a hydraulic station 212, and the hydraulic station 32 is used for providing hydraulic pressure for lifting and placing the aluminum slab ingot by the hydraulic cylinder 21.
The material transporting vehicle mainly comprises a trolley device and an ingot receiving device. The driving trolley reciprocates between the material storage device and the feeding roller way. When the trolley is in the feeding action, the rollgang 1 is prohibited from rotating. After the feeding mechanism of the trolley falls down, the conveying roller way 1 can rotate.
The centering and clamping device 8 shown in fig. 3-6 has the main functions of clamping and centering aluminum ingots, and adjusting the clamping heads to precisely size the aluminum ingots to be sawed. The device mainly comprises a device body 81, a gear box 82 arranged in the middle of the device body 81 and clamping heads 83 symmetrically arranged on the device body 81 outside the gear box 82, wherein the device body 81 comprises a centering base 811, two linear guide rails 812 symmetrically arranged along the length direction of the centering base 811, a rack 813 slidably arranged on the linear guide rails 812, a hydraulic cylinder 814 driving the rack 813 to transversely move and a clamping head supporting plate 815 fixedly arranged on the rack 813. The bottom of the rack 813 is fixedly provided with a slide block clamped on the linear guide 812. The centering base 811 is a welded structure for supporting and positioning the entire device; the hydraulic cylinder 814 moves to drive the clamping head supporting plate 815 and the sliding block at the bottom of the rack 813 to move, and the clamping head 83 is driven to move relatively through the cooperation of the rack 813 and the gear box 82.
The gear box 82 comprises a fixed frame 821 fixedly installed on the centering base 811 and a gear 823 respectively meshed with the rack 813, a bearing is fixedly installed on a gear shaft in the middle of the gear 823, an end cover 822 located above the gear 823 is fixedly installed on the bearing, and the end cover 822 cannot rotate when the gear 823 rotates, so that an aluminum ingot on the centering base 811 is prevented from being driven to rotate; the fixed mount 821 is a welded structure for supporting a gear shaft and a bearing therein; the rack 813 runs through the gear box 82 and ensures a synchronous movement of the two clamping heads 83.
The clamping head 83 comprises an L-shaped clamping head bracket, a clamping head frame 835 fixedly installed at the free end of the clamping head bracket, a clamping block 832 slidably installed in the middle of the clamping head frame 835 and a servo motor 831 driving the clamping block to move transversely, two linear sliding rails 834 are fixedly installed on the clamping head frame 835, a clamping block matched with the linear sliding rails 834 is fixedly installed at the back of the clamping block 832, and a nut seat rotatably installed with a ball screw 833 is fixedly installed at the back of the clamping block 832; the clamping head 83 bracket and the clamping head frame 835 are both of a welding structure and are used for supporting and fixing the ball screw 833 and the linear sliding rail 834 in the welding structure; the output end of the ball screw 833 is connected with a servo motor 831. The clamping block 832 is fixedly provided with a protective pad to prevent the aluminum ingot to be sawed from being damaged by clamping.
Transversely pushing the aluminum slab ingot to enable the center line of the aluminum ingot to coincide with the center line of the roller way, after centering and clamping, loosening the clamping state, delaying for 1-3 seconds, correcting the middle position, performing secondary clamping, and keeping the clamping state during sawing.
The sawing device 5 shown in fig. 7-11 comprises a base device 52, a saw head device 51 slidably mounted on the base device 52, and an integrated hydraulic device 53. The base device 52 includes a base support frame, a driving mechanism mounted on the base support frame, and a steel shield covering the base support frame, wherein the driving mechanism is used for driving the saw head device on the base device to move transversely. The driving mechanism comprises a chain wheel fixedly connected with the saw head device 51 and a variable-frequency speed reducing motor which drives the chain wheel to move, the variable-frequency speed reducing motor is connected with the chain wheel through a screw rod transmission device, then the saw head device is driven to move transversely, a screw rod in the screw rod transmission device is lubricated through an electric lubricating pump, the lubrication of the screw rod is ensured to be stable and smooth, and the liquid level is monitored.
The saw head device 51 is mainly used for conveying the conveying rollers to the aluminum flat ingot at the sawing position for head cutting, tail cutting and section cutting. The saw belt type transmission device mainly comprises transmission devices which are arranged in a triangular array and connected through a saw belt, each transmission device comprises a main transmission mechanism 524 and two driven wheel mechanisms 521, one driven wheel mechanism is located right above the main transmission mechanism, and the main transmission mechanism and the two driven wheel mechanisms are connected through the saw belt. All be provided with the steel guard shield outside main drive mechanism and two driven wheel mechanisms, prevent that the cutting back aluminium bits from splashing, injuring operating personnel. A saw band clamping device 522 is arranged between the main transmission mechanism and the driven wheel mechanism right above the main transmission mechanism, and a tension wheel device 523 is arranged on the driven wheel mechanism positioned in the middle.
The saw band clamping device 522 is divided into a movable clamping mechanism positioned on the lower side of the driven wheel mechanism and a fixed clamping mechanism positioned on the upper side of the main transmission mechanism; the movable clamping mechanism comprises a guide arm 532 fixedly arranged on a steel shield outside the driven wheel mechanism, a worm and gear elevator 531 fixedly arranged on the guide arm, a guide rail sliding block group 533, a clamping mechanism 534 for clamping the saw band and an L-shaped stop iron 535. The fixed clamping mechanism comprises a fixed support, a lower guide device and a scrap collecting cover, the fixed support is fixed on a frame main body of the saw head device 51 through a bolt, the lower guide device and the scrap collecting cover can be fixed at a working position through the fixed support, the lower guide device mainly comprises a clamping mechanism 534 containing a high-speed maintenance-free bearing, an adjusting screw and an adjusting seat for adjusting a clamping wheel, the clamping mechanism 534 comprises a fixed clamping wheel and a movable clamping wheel, the fixed clamping wheel is directly fixed through the bolt, and the fixed clamping wheel is used as a reference for fixing and guiding the saw band; the movable clamping wheel provides certain pretightening force through the pressure spring, and the position of the movable clamping wheel is adjusted through the adjusting screw, so that the function of adjusting the gap and the clamping force of the clamping wheel is achieved. The movable clamping mechanism comprises a connecting support, the connecting support is fixed with a linear guide rail sliding block through a bolt, the linear guide rail is fixed with a rack main body of the saw head device 51, and the movable clamping mechanism slides on the linear guide rail through the sliding block to do vertical linear motion. The difference between the movable clamping mechanism and the fixed clamping mechanism is that the movable clamping mechanism is provided with a connecting bracket which is fixed with the linear guide rail slide block through a bolt and can move up and down along with the slide block.
The clamping mechanism 534 is provided with a travel switch, the L-shaped stop iron 535 is fixedly arranged on the travel switch and used for keeping whether the distance between the saw band clamping device 522 and the ingot to be sawn is proper or not, when the distance is too small, the L-shaped stop iron collides the ingot before, and the travel switch receives a signal to stop feeding. The travel switch is matched with a servo motor encoder to adjust the extension length, so that the extension distance of the L-shaped stop iron from the surface of the cast ingot is ensured to be 150 +/-10 mm.
The tension wheel device 523 comprises a saw disc main body 543 fixedly connected with the middle driven wheel mechanism through a rotating shaft 545, a shaft sleeve 544 and a tension device 542 are sequentially sleeved outside the rotating shaft 545, a tension oil cylinder 546 is connected outside the tension device 542, a saw disc outer disc 541 is sleeved outside the saw disc main body 543, the tension oil cylinder 546 is connected with the integrated hydraulic device 53, and the tension oil cylinder 546 is driven by the integrated hydraulic device 53. After the saw disc main body 543 is installed, the saw disc main body is tensioned through the tensioning device 542, and when sudden external force is applied, the tensioning force is kept unchanged, so that the tensioning state of saw blades on the saw disc main body 543 is kept. Namely, the tension wheel device 523 is fixed with the frame main body of the saw head device 51 through a bolt, a self-lubricating copper plate is arranged between the tension bracket and the frame main body, and when the tension cylinder 546 is pushed out, the tension bracket and the self-lubricating copper plate perform relative displacement with the assistance of the guide groove, so that the tension of the saw blade on the saw disc main body 543 is realized.
The saw band clamping device 522 is provided with a laser projection device which has a scribing function and projects one cutting line, the line is superposed with the saw blade, namely the cutting seam, and the cutting position can be confirmed when a worker manually operates the cutting seam. The laser projection device is a set of device which fixes a laser projection element on a host bracket and can adjust the angle of a laser projection mounting bracket through an adjusting bolt, and the laser projection is fixed on the host bracket by adopting the bolt.
This aluminium slab ingot belt triaxial saw cuts device increases the life of saw disc main part through adopting split type rim plate mechanism, is convenient for subsequent installation and maintenance. The wheel disc mechanism adopts a combined structure of the saw disc main body and the saw disc outer disc, the saw disc outer disc is tensioned through the tensioning oil cylinder and drives the saw belt to rotate through friction force between the saw disc outer disc and the saw belt, after the saw is cut for a period of time, the saw disc outer disc is abraded to a certain degree, the saw disc outer disc is replaced, integral replacement is not needed, and installation and maintenance cost is low.
The aluminum slab ingot is conveyed to a pre-cutting position through a conveying roller way, the aluminum slab ingot is clamped and aligned by the centering and clamping device, and the saw band clamping device is automatically adjusted after the sizing work is finished. And (5) centering, clamping and precisely sizing, and starting sawing by the sawing device. After the saw cutting is finished, the saw blade stops lubricating after being completely separated from the ingot, and the saw blade stops and moves quickly to the front limit position.
The aluminum scrap collecting apparatus 4 shown in fig. 12 includes a dust collector support 42 disposed outside the sawing apparatus 5, a cartridge pulse dust collector 41 mounted on the dust collector support 42, a scrap suction duct 44 provided on the upper side of the sawing apparatus 5 and communicating with the cartridge pulse dust collector 41, and a dust collector apparatus 43 communicating with the scrap suction duct 44. When the motor of the sawing device is started, the dust removal fan is started, and the saw head starts to feed for sawing after the dust removal fan is completely started. The whole process of sawing is not stopped by the dust removal fan. Aluminum scraps generated when the ingot is sawed by the sawing host machine pass through the scrap pumping pipeline and reach the filter cartridge pulse dust collector 41 for collection.
The briquetting device 3 shown in fig. 14 to 18 includes a briquetting base, a briquetting cylinder assembly 31 fixedly mounted on the briquetting base, a gate cavity mechanism 34 used in cooperation with the briquetting cylinder assembly 31, a material storage tank mechanism 32 mounted above the briquetting cylinder assembly 31, and a pressing device mounted above the gate cavity mechanism 34, and the pressing device includes a main cavity mechanism 36 and an upper and lower pre-pressing device 33 adapted to the main cavity mechanism 36. The briquetting base is pieced together into the cuboid structure by shaped steel, and the long limit of cuboid structure arranges along the fore-and-aft direction.
Storage case mechanism 32 includes that the below is the storage case of back taper and sets up stirring gear motor 322 and the pay-off gear motor 324 outside the storage case, and fixed mounting has the (mixing) shaft 323 that is used for stirring the interior saw dust of storage case on the stirring gear motor 322, and fixed mounting has the spiral feeding shaft 325 that is used for aluminium bits auger delivery after will stirring on the pay-off gear motor 324, and (mixing) shaft 323 and spiral feeding shaft 325 parallel arrangement evenly are provided with a plurality of rotating blade on the spiral feeding shaft 325. The storage box is used for storing the aluminum scraps after the saw cutting, and a metal expansion joint 321 convenient for connecting with other equipment modules is fixedly mounted at the top of the storage box. The bottom of the storage box is fixedly provided with a cuboid-shaped conveying pipe communicated with the storage box, a spiral feeding shaft 325 is arranged in the conveying pipe, and the spiral feeding shaft 325 conveys the aluminum scraps to a main cavity mechanism 36 of the pressing device along the conveying pipe.
A main cavity mechanism 36 in the material pressing device is communicated with an upper prepressing device 33 and a lower prepressing device 33, the upper prepressing device 33 and the lower prepressing device 33 comprise four side plates 332 fixedly enclosed above the main cavity mechanism 36, five material level detection assemblies 333 uniformly distributed along one side plate 332 and a prepressing oil cylinder 331 installed in the side plate 332 in a sliding mode, and a block-shaped bottom die 334 used for pressing aluminum scraps is fixedly installed at the free end of the prepressing oil cylinder 331. The material level detecting component 333 is in signal connection with the hydraulic oil cylinder. After the material level detection component 333 detects the amount of aluminum scraps sent by the screw feeding shaft 325, the lifting degree of the bottom die 334 at the free end of the hydraulic oil cylinder is controlled, and then the aluminum scraps sent to the main cavity mechanism 36 are pre-pressed.
The gate cavity mechanism 34 includes a fixed plate 341, a front mold plate 344 and a bottom plate 342 installed at four corners between the fixed plate 341 and the front mold plate 344, wherein three corresponding discharge holes are respectively opened on the fixed plate 341 and the front mold plate 344, the discharge holes are rectangular, a discharge hole communicated with a channel between the fixed plate 341 and the front mold plate 344 is opened at the bottom of the main cavity mechanism 36, a material conveying rail is fixedly installed on the discharge hole outside the fixed plate 341, and a ratchet mechanism 345 convenient for conveying compacted aluminum scraps is installed on the material conveying rail. The briquetting cylinder assembly 1 is arranged on one side of the front template 344, the briquetting cylinder assembly 1 comprises a briquetting cylinder and a material pushing rod, and the material pushing rod is matched with the shape of a discharge hole in the front template 344. A sliding module 343 is slidably disposed through the fixing plate 341 and the front mold plate 344, so as to push out aluminum scraps remaining between the fixing plate 341 and the front mold plate 344.
Still including the L type protection casing 35 that is used for sheltering from gate chamber mechanism 34, the welding of protection casing 35 bottom is on the briquetting base, and upper portion alternates between press device and gate chamber mechanism 34, and sliding template alternates along protection casing 35 lateral wall in gate chamber mechanism 34, and protection casing 35 upper portion is the concatenation form, the dismantlement, the maintenance of gate chamber mechanism 34, press device of being convenient for.
The aluminum scraps collected by the aluminum scrap collecting device enter a storage box, and the stirring device enters a material cavity of a briquetting machine through a packing auger after stirring. And the main oil cylinder moves forward to finally form and compress the pre-compressed aluminum scraps. And the gate oil cylinder moves forwards and backwards to control the forming of the aluminum scrap pressing block and the pushing of the aluminum scrap pressing block out of the cavity.
The sampling device 6 shown in fig. 13 comprises a sampling support 61 arranged outside the sawing device 5, a sampling arm device 62 arranged on the sampling support 61, a transverse moving device 63 driving the sampling arm device 62 to move transversely, and a moving beam device 64 for supporting the transverse moving device 63. After the aluminum slab ingot is cut to length and sawn, the sampling arm device 62 extends into the conveying roller way 1, the vacuum sucker is close to the section of the ingot, the vacuum generator generates vacuum after the vacuum sucker is closed tightly, and the vacuum sensor sends signals to determine to firmly grasp the end face of the ingot. The sawing device starts sawing, the cast ingot moves backwards after sawing, the sampling arm retracts, and the sample reaches the sample collecting tank along with the sampling arm. The vacuum generator stops working, and the test piece falls into the collecting tank.
The waste transfer device 7 shown in fig. 19 to 23 sequentially comprises a material pushing device 72, a waste supporting plate 71, a waste weighing device 73, a middle transition roller 74 and a discharging device 75 along the roller conveyor 1.
The pushing device 72 includes a pushing base 721, a pushing frame 722 mounted on the pushing base 721 in a driving manner, and a pushing deceleration motor 725 for pushing the pushing frame 722 to move. The bottom of the pushing frame 722 is fixedly provided with a transmission device 724, the transmission device 724 is a rack fixedly arranged at the bottom of the pushing frame 722, an output shaft of the pushing reduction motor 725 is fixedly provided with a gear meshed with the rack, one side of the rack, which is in contact with the pushing frame 722, is integrally provided with a guide rail group 723, and the bottom of the pushing frame 722 is integrally provided with a groove matched with the guide rail group 723. One side of the material pushing frame 722 close to the waste material supporting plate 71 is fixedly provided with a big pi-shaped pushing head, and both sides of the pushing head are fixedly provided with roller bed laser range finders.
After the scrap head is cut, the cut aluminum flat ingot pushes the scrap head to move to a scrap supporting plate 71, a material pushing device 72 retreats to the rear of the saw head, the scrap head is positioned by a roller laser range finder, two sides of the push head adopt 2 small-range roller laser range finders to detect whether the push head is interfered before moving, and when the push head is not interfered, the push head can move to push materials. The pusher 72 is started to push the scrap head out of the roller way behind the saw to the scrap weighing roller way (front limit), and the roller way laser range finder detects again. After the pushing action is completed, the pusher 72 returns (back limit position).
The waste material weighing device 73 comprises a weighing base 731, a plurality of first conveying rollers 732 uniformly installed on the weighing base 731 in a transmission manner, a weighing speed-reducing motor 733 for driving the first conveying rollers 732 to transmit, and a weighing sensor 734 for monitoring the weight of waste materials on the first conveying rollers 732; the adjacent first conveying rollers 732 are connected by sprocket drive. After the scrap is pushed, the pushing rack 722 retreats, the detection device obtains a signal, and the weighing sensor 734 in the scrap weighing device 73 starts weighing and metering. After the waste material is stopped for 1-3 seconds, the metering data is reported, and the first conveying roller 732 can be started to continuously convey the waste material forward to the middle transition roller 74.
The middle transition roller 74 comprises a roller bed base 741 and second transmission rollers 742 which are uniformly installed on the roller bed base 741 in a transmission mode, and the adjacent second transmission rollers 742 are in transmission connection through chain wheels. The device's main function satisfies different waste materials and carries the distance, under the condition that does not influence other devices, can adjust according to particular case to realize waste material ejecting device's modularization.
The discharging device 75 comprises a discharging base 751, a plurality of third transmission rollers which are uniformly installed on the discharging base 751 in a transmission manner, a first discharging speed reducing motor 752 for driving the third transmission rollers to transmit, a waste table 755, a second discharging speed reducing motor 754 for pushing waste to the waste table 755, and a screw rod transmission device 753 matched with the second discharging speed reducing motor 754; and the adjacent third conveying rollers are in transmission connection through chain wheels. A push plate is movably clamped on a third transmission roller in the middle of the discharging device 75, the screw rod transmission device 753 comprises a ball screw and a screw rod seat, the ball screw is rotatably installed between the third transmission rollers, the screw rod seat is rotatably installed on the ball screw, the screw rod seat is fixedly connected with the push plate, and the output end of the ball screw is connected with a second discharging speed reducing motor 754.
The discharge device 75 starts discharging when the scrap head is transported along the intermediate transition roller 74 to the scrap discharge position. And according to the width of the cast ingot, positioning the material level detection device, stopping the waste material head at the optimal material discharging position, and stopping the rotation of the third transmission roller. The second unloading deceleration motor 754 starts to unload, and the screw rod seat drives the push plate to transmit the waste on the third transmission roller to the waste table 755. The push plate automatically returns to the initial position after moving to the discharge limit. When the discharging action is performed, the third conveyance roller is inhibited from rotating. The third transmission roller is controlled by the second discharging speed reducing motor 754 independently, when the waste material table 755 is full of materials, the detection switch loses signals, and the discharging device 75 is prohibited from discharging materials
The first and second shield plates 76 and 77 are fixedly mounted to both sides of the first and second transfer rollers 732 and 742, respectively, to prevent the waste material from scattering during the transfer process.
And (3) cutting the ends of the two ends of the aluminum slab ingot, and enabling cut waste materials to reach a waste material table through an aluminum waste material roller way, so that the waste materials are weighed and collected.

An aluminum ingot sawing production line is characterized by comprising a conveying roller way for conveying an aluminum flat ingot, and a material conveying vehicle, a centering clamping device and a sawing device which are sequentially arranged along the conveying roller way and can be mutually assembled; the outside of sawing the rollgang where the device is located is provided with aluminium bits collection device and briquetting machine, and the outside of sawing the rollgang where the device is located is provided with gets sample device and waste material transfer device.

The aluminum ingot sawing production line of claim 1, wherein the rollgang comprises a rollgang base, a plurality of roller assemblies uniformly arranged on the rollgang base, a transmission device for driving the roller assemblies, a coupling assembly for connecting the roller assemblies, and a weighing assembly arranged below the rollgang base.

The aluminum ingot sawing production line of claim 1, wherein the material transporting vehicle comprises a trolley device fixedly provided with a trolley wheel set at the bottom, an ingot receiving device is fixedly arranged at the front side of the trolley device, and a hydraulic station device is fixedly arranged on a workbench at the rear side of the ingot receiving device; the trolley device comprises a frame, a transmission chain and a transmission motor, wherein the transmission chain and the transmission motor are arranged on the frame and are used for driving the wheel set to move; the ingot receiving device comprises guide rods fixedly arranged on two sides of the trolley device, a hydraulic cylinder fixedly arranged between the guide rods and a material receiving frame arranged on the guide rods; the hydraulic station device comprises a frame body and a hydraulic station for providing hydraulic power for the hydraulic cylinder.

An aluminum ingot sawing line according to claim 1, wherein the centering and clamping device comprises a device body, a gear box mounted in the middle of the device body, and clamping heads symmetrically mounted on the device body outside the gear box; the device main body comprises a centering base, two linear guide rails symmetrically arranged along the length direction of the centering base, a rack slidably arranged on the linear guide rails, a hydraulic cylinder driving the rack to transversely move and a clamping head supporting plate fixedly arranged on the rack, wherein the clamping head is fixedly arranged on the clamping head supporting plate; the gear box comprises a fixed frame fixedly arranged on the centering base and gears respectively meshed with the racks; the clamping head comprises an L-shaped clamping head support, a clamping head frame fixedly arranged at the free end of the clamping head support, a clamping block slidably arranged in the middle of the clamping head frame and a servo motor driving the clamping block to move transversely.

An aluminum ingot sawing line according to claim 1, wherein the sawing means base means and the saw head means and the integrated hydraulic means are slidably mounted on the base means; the saw head device comprises a main transmission mechanism and two driven wheel mechanisms, wherein one driven wheel mechanism is positioned right above the main transmission mechanism, the main transmission mechanism is connected with the two driven wheel mechanisms through a saw belt, a saw belt clamping device is arranged between the main transmission mechanism and the driven wheel mechanism right above the main transmission mechanism, a tension wheel device is arranged on the driven wheel mechanism positioned in the middle, and the saw belt clamping device is divided into a movable clamping mechanism positioned on the lower side of the driven wheel mechanism and a fixed clamping mechanism positioned on the upper side of the main transmission mechanism; the tensioning wheel device comprises a saw disc main body fixedly connected with the middle driven wheel mechanism through a rotating shaft, a shaft sleeve and a tensioning device are sequentially sleeved outside the rotating shaft, a tensioning oil cylinder is connected outside the tensioning device, an outer saw disc plate is sleeved outside the saw disc main body, the tensioning oil cylinder is connected with an integrated hydraulic device, and the tensioning oil cylinder is driven by the integrated hydraulic device.

The aluminum ingot sawing production line of claim 1, wherein the aluminum scrap collecting device comprises a dust collector support arranged outside the sawing device, a cartridge pulse dust collector mounted on the dust collector support, a scrap suction pipe erected on the upper side of the sawing device and communicated with the cartridge pulse dust collector, and a dust collector device communicated with the scrap suction pipe.

The aluminum ingot sawing production line of claim 1, wherein the briquetting device comprises a briquetting base, a briquetting cylinder assembly fixedly mounted on the briquetting base, a gate cavity mechanism used in cooperation with the briquetting cylinder assembly, a storage bin mechanism mounted above the briquetting cylinder assembly, and a pressing device mounted above the gate cavity mechanism, and the pressing device comprises a main cavity mechanism and an upper and lower pre-pressing device adapted to the main cavity mechanism; the storage box mechanism comprises a storage box, and a stirring speed reducing motor and a feeding speed reducing motor which are arranged outside the storage box, wherein a stirring shaft for stirring sawdust in the storage box is fixedly arranged on the stirring speed reducing motor, and a spiral feeding shaft for spirally conveying the stirred aluminum scraps is fixedly arranged on the feeding speed reducing motor; a main cavity mechanism in the material pressing device is communicated with an upper prepressing device and a lower prepressing device, the upper prepressing device and the lower prepressing device comprise side plates fixedly enclosed above the main cavity mechanism, a plurality of material level detection assemblies and prepressing oil cylinders arranged in the side plates in a sliding mode, and the material level detection assemblies are in signal connection with the hydraulic oil cylinders; the gate cavity mechanism comprises a fixed plate, a front template and a bottom plate arranged at four corners between the fixed plate and the front template, wherein the fixed plate and the front template are respectively provided with a corresponding discharge hole, the bottom of the main cavity mechanism is provided with a discharge hole communicated with a space formed by the fixed plate and the front template, a material conveying rail is fixedly arranged on the discharge hole outside the fixed plate, and a ratchet mechanism convenient for conveying compacted aluminum scraps is arranged on the material conveying rail; the briquetting oil cylinder assembly is arranged on one side of the front template and comprises a briquetting oil cylinder and a material pushing rod, and the material pushing rod is matched with the shape of a discharge hole in the front template.

The aluminum ingot sawing production line of claim 1, wherein the scrap transfer device comprises a material pushing device, a scrap supporting plate, a scrap weighing device, an intermediate transition roller and a discharging device in sequence along the process; the material pushing device comprises a material pushing base, a material pushing frame arranged on the material pushing base in a transmission mode and a material pushing speed reducing motor for pushing the material pushing frame to move; the waste weighing device comprises a weighing base, a plurality of first transmission rollers which are uniformly installed on the weighing base in a transmission manner, a weighing speed-reducing motor which drives the first transmission rollers to transmit, and a weighing sensor which monitors the weight of waste on the first transmission rollers; the middle transition roller way comprises a roller way base and a second transmission roller which is uniformly installed on the roller way base in a transmission way; the discharging device comprises a discharging base, a plurality of third transmission rollers which are uniformly and drivingly mounted on the discharging base, a first discharging speed reduction motor for driving the third transmission rollers to transmit, a waste platform, a second discharging speed reduction motor for pushing waste to the waste platform, and a screw rod transmission device matched with the second discharging speed reduction motor for use.
