a one-way valve is arranged at the communication part of the pumping barrel (6) and the material guide pipe (5), a corrugated pipe (10) communicated with the pumping barrel (6) through another one-way valve is arranged at one side of the material guide pipe (5) opposite to the installation of the pumping barrel (6), and the corrugated pipe (10) is communicated with a spray head (11);
a driving structure connected with the reciprocating assembly is arranged on the top part (3), a movable assembly is connected below the driving structure, the spray head (11) is arranged on the movable assembly, and the movable assembly drives the spray head (11) to make linear reciprocating motion when the reciprocating assembly pumps paint liquid;
the orthopedic spray painting device for the aluminum alloy plates further comprises a workbench (1) which is fixed below the top part (3) in parallel through a support frame (2); a vertical piece (31) is arranged on one side of the top piece (3), and a mounting piece (32) is movably arranged below the vertical piece (31) through an adjusting component;
a press roller (27) is rotatably mounted at the lower end of the mounting part (32), the press roller (27) is connected with the rotating wheel (9) through a transmission structure, and a plurality of walking rollers (28) which are matched with the press roller (27) to shape the plate are rotatably mounted on the workbench (1) at equal intervals;
the transmission structure comprises a movable arm assembly for connecting the vertical part (31) and the mounting part (32), a transmission wheel set rotatably mounted on the movable arm assembly, and a transmission wheel set for connecting the rotating wheel (9) and the pressing roller (27) through the transmission wheel set;
the movable arm assembly comprises a main movable arm (23) with one end pivoted with the vertical piece (31) and an auxiliary movable arm (25) with one end pivoted with the mounting piece (32); the other end of the main movable arm (23) is rotatably connected with the other end of the auxiliary movable arm (25);
the transmission wheel set comprises a first transmission wheel (21) rotatably arranged at the pivoting center of the main movable arm (23) and the vertical part (31) and a second transmission wheel (24) rotatably arranged at the rotating connection position of the auxiliary movable arm (25) and the main movable arm (23); the pressing roller (27) is rotatably arranged at the pivot center of the auxiliary movable arm (25) and the mounting part (32).

The orthopedic spray painting device for aluminum alloy plates according to claim 1, characterized in that the adjusting assembly comprises a cylinder (29) vertically mounted on the vertical member (31) and a piston rod (30) telescopically arranged below the cylinder (29) and connected to the mounting member (32); the mounting piece (32) is vertically connected with the vertical piece (31) in a sliding mode.

The orthopedic spray painting device for aluminum alloy plates according to claim 2, characterized in that the transmission set comprises a second transmission member (20) connecting the rotating wheel (9) and the first transmission wheel (21), a third transmission member (22) connecting the first transmission wheel (21) and the second transmission wheel (24), and a fourth transmission member (26) connecting the second transmission wheel (24) and the compression roller (27).
