In view of the above, the present invention provides a spray head capable of secondary atomization, which can realize secondary atomization through an atomization air cap after being atomized through a spray hole of a spray nozzle, thereby improving atomization effect, further improving spraying effect and improving stability of spraying effect.
The spray head capable of secondary atomization comprises an atomization air cap and a nozzle, wherein the atomization air cap comprises a cap body, an installation cavity is formed in the cap body, the nozzle is installed in the installation cavity, the nozzle head extends out of the installation cavity forwards, a spray hole is formed in the front end of the nozzle, an atomization hole is formed in the cap body, and the atomization hole is used for guiding high-pressure air to spray and intersecting with the spray direction of the nozzle to form secondary atomization.
Further, shaping holes are further formed in the cap body, two groups of shaping holes are formed in the shaping holes, the shaping holes are used for guiding high-pressure gas to be sprayed out, and two air curtains are formed on two sides of the nozzle so as to ensure that fluid sprayed out by the nozzle is located between the two air curtains.
Further, the atomizing hole includes atomizing inclined hole and atomizing straight hole, the direction is seted up to the atomizing inclined hole and the nozzle jet direction is at a point in the incline of nozzle front side, the direction is seted up to the atomizing straight hole intersects with the position that the nozzle is close to the tip to make through the blowout of atomizing straight hole air current spray to nozzle department and form the air curtain at nozzle front end.

Further, the spray hole is a strip-shaped hole extending leftwards and rightwards, the atomizing holes are provided with two groups of shaping holes which are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the nozzle from top to bottom, the two groups of shaping holes are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the nozzle from left to right, and the included angle between the shaping holes and the spray direction of the nozzle is smaller than the included angle between the atomizing holes and the spray direction of the nozzle.
Further, each set of shaping apertures includes two distal shaping apertures disposed radially opposite the center of the nozzle and on either side of the proximal shaping apertures.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:
according to the invention, the nozzle realizes primary atomization through the nozzle, and can realize secondary atomization through the atomization hole, the whole nozzle has a simple structure and good atomization effect, wherein the atomization hole is used for guiding high-pressure gas to spray out and intersect with a certain point of a nozzle spraying path, so that fluid sprayed out from the nozzle is impacted by the high-pressure gas at the intersection to realize secondary atomization, the atomization effect of the nozzle is improved, and the spraying efficiency is improved; in addition, the shaping holes also guide high-pressure gas to be sprayed out to form two air curtains on two sides of the nozzle, the fluid sprayed out of the nozzle is prevented from being excessively dispersed through the blocking effect of the air curtains, and the spraying width of the nozzle can be adjusted by adjusting the gas flow and the pressure in the shaping holes;
according to the invention, the atomization holes are provided with the atomization inclined holes and the atomization straight holes, high-pressure gas sprayed by the atomization straight holes flows along the outer surface of the spray head and forms the air curtain wrapping the nozzle head, and the air curtain is used for atomizing fluid at the outlet of the spray hole, namely, the atomization straight holes and the atomization inclined holes realize the atomization of fluid paint at different points of the spray path of the spray nozzle, so that the atomization effect can be improved;
the shaping holes are provided with the far-end shaping holes and the near-end shaping holes, the intersection point of the far-end shaping holes and the jet direction of the nozzle is far away from the intersection point of the near-end shaping holes and the jet direction of the nozzle, two air curtains with different included angles are formed on two sides of the nozzle, so that the shaping effect of the two air curtains is ensured, and the width of the jet width of the nozzle is also favorably adjusted; the two near-end shaping holes form two side air curtains on the upper side and the lower side of the middle air curtain, and the arrangement of three air curtains is beneficial to forming an approximately continuous air curtain structure in the spraying direction and the upper and lower directions, so that the air curtain coverage range can be enlarged, and the fluid form sprayed by the nozzle can be controlled in a larger range.
Detailed Description
As shown in the figure, the embodiment provides a spray head capable of secondary atomization, which comprises an atomization air cap and a nozzle 11, wherein the atomization air cap comprises a cap body 1, an installation cavity 9 is arranged on the cap body, the nozzle 11 is installed in the installation cavity, the nozzle head extends out of the installation cavity forwards, the front end of the nozzle is provided with a spray hole 11a, the cap body is provided with an atomization hole, and the atomization hole is used for guiding high-pressure gas to spray and intersecting with the spray direction of the nozzle to form secondary atomization. With reference to fig. 1, the cap body is in a circular structure, a circular mounting cavity is formed in the middle of the cap body, the head of the nozzle 11 extends forwards to the outside of the mounting cavity, so that the outlet end of the nozzle is exposed out of the mounting cavity, fluid atomization sprayed out of the nozzle is facilitated, contact between the fluid and the inner wall of the mounting cavity is prevented, and the outlet end of the nozzle is positioned out of the mounting cavity, so that the matching and debugging of the nozzle and an atomization hole are facilitated, and the later maintenance and overhaul are also facilitated; the nozzle head is spherical structure, the outside orifice 11a that expands gradually is offered to the head center department of nozzle, the orifice is the bar hole that stretches out along left and right directions, the orifice inner chamber is the toper chamber that reduces from back to front in addition, the nozzle is used for being connected with the feed equipment and makes liquid coating pass through orifice department pressure rise and atomizing blowout, the direction of nozzle blowout is for the horizontal forward blowout along the axial direction of nozzle, wherein the atomizing hole is used for external high-pressure gas feeding equipment and directs high-pressure gas blowout to cross with the nozzle jet path department, make the fluid of nozzle blowout by high-pressure gas impact realization secondary atomization in the department of crossing, this structure does benefit to the cooperation present nozzle use, do benefit to the atomizing effect that improves the shower nozzle, improve spraying efficiency.
In this embodiment, the cap body is further provided with shaping holes, the shaping holes are provided with two groups, and the shaping holes are used for guiding high-pressure gas to be sprayed out and forming two air curtains on two sides of the nozzle so as to ensure that fluid sprayed out by the nozzle is located between the two air curtains. The shaping hole is also connected with external high-pressure gas-feeding equipment and guides high-pressure gas to spray out to form an air curtain, the fluid sprayed out from the nozzle is prevented from being excessively dispersed through the blocking effect of the air curtain, and the spraying width of the nozzle can be adjusted by adjusting the gas flow and the pressure in the shaping hole.
In this embodiment, the atomization holes include an atomization inclined hole 2 and an atomization straight hole 3, the direction of opening the atomization inclined hole and the spraying direction of the nozzle 11 are inclined at a point at the front side of the nozzle, and the direction of opening the atomization straight hole intersects with the position of the nozzle near the front end, so that the air flow sprayed out through the atomization straight hole is sprayed to the nozzle and forms an air curtain at the front end of the nozzle. In addition, the axis of the atomization straight hole is perpendicular to the spraying direction of the nozzle, and the axis of the atomization straight hole is intersected with the position of the head of the nozzle, of course, the atomization straight hole can also have a certain angle with the spraying direction of the nozzle, because the nozzle head is of a hemispherical structure, high-pressure gas sprayed out of the atomization straight hole flows along the outer surface of the nozzle and forms an air curtain wrapping the head of the nozzle, fluid at the outlet of the nozzle is atomized through the air curtain, and the atomization straight hole realize atomization of fluid paint at different points of the spraying path of the nozzle, so that the atomization effect can be improved.
In this embodiment, the atomization hole includes two atomization straight holes, the atomization inclined hole 2 is opposite to the center of the nozzle in the radial direction, and the two atomization straight holes are disposed around the nozzle and located at two sides of the atomization inclined hole. In combination with the illustration of fig. 3, the atomization inclined holes are opposite to the nozzle in the radial direction, the atomization straight holes are positioned at the left side and the right side of the atomization inclined holes, and the three holes form a triangular arrangement structure, of course, the three holes can be arranged on the same straight line left and right, and the arrangement of the two atomization straight holes is beneficial to enabling the head of the nozzle to form a relatively complete air curtain structure in a wrapping shape, so that the atomization effect of the nozzle is beneficial to being improved.
In this embodiment, each group of shaping holes includes a proximal shaping hole 4 and a distal shaping hole 5, and an included angle between the opening direction of the proximal shaping hole and the injection direction of the nozzle is larger than an included angle between the distal shaping hole and the injection direction of the nozzle. As shown in fig. 5 and 1, the included angle α between the proximal shaping hole 4 and the nozzle injection direction is 37.5 °, where the included angle between the distal shaping hole 5 and the nozzle injection direction is 18 °, i.e. the intersection point between the distal shaping hole and the nozzle injection direction is far away from the intersection point between the proximal shaping hole and the nozzle injection direction, i.e. two air curtains with different included angles are formed on two sides of the nozzle, i.e. the shaping effect of the two air curtains is ensured, and the width of the nozzle injection width is also adjusted.
In this embodiment, the atomizing holes are provided with two groups and are symmetrically arranged at two sides of the nozzle, and the two groups of shaping holes are symmetrically arranged at two sides of the nozzle. The direction of the upper, lower, left and right is consistent with that in fig. 3, as shown in fig. 3, the atomizing holes are arranged on two sides of the height direction of the nozzle spray hole, the shaping holes are arranged on two sides of the length direction of the nozzle spray hole, the function of secondary atomization of the nozzle is realized through an arrangement structure, the spray width of the nozzle is controlled, the atomizing inclined holes in the other two groups of atomizing holes and the spray direction of the nozzle intersect at one point, a good atomizing effect is achieved, the two atomizing inclined holes can offset part of the stress, the spray direction of the nozzle is prevented from being offset by impact, the stability of the spray direction of the nozzle is ensured, the corresponding two groups of atomizing straight holes in the two groups of atomizing holes provide high-pressure air flow in the upper and lower directions of the nozzle, the air curtain structure of a complete inclusion is formed at the front end part of the nozzle, the atomization of the nozzle spray hole is facilitated, the stress of the two groups of atomizing straight holes can offset each other, and the fluid sprayed out of the nozzle is prevented from being offset by the impact jet direction.
In this embodiment, the included angle between the shaping hole and the injection direction of the nozzle is smaller than the included angle between the atomizing hole and the injection direction of the nozzle. And in combination with the illustration of fig. 4, the included angle beta between the atomizing hole and the jet direction of the nozzle is 51 degrees, so that the intersection point of the atomizing hole and the jet direction of the nozzle is positioned between two air curtains formed by the shaping hole, which is favorable for restraining secondary atomization of the atomizing hole by the shaping hole and prevents jet fluid from being excessively dispersed leftwards and rightwards due to secondary atomization.
In this embodiment, each set of shaping apertures comprises two distal shaping apertures 5, the proximal shaping apertures 4 being radially opposite the center of the nozzle, the distal shaping apertures being disposed around the nozzle and on either side of the proximal shaping apertures. With reference to fig. 3 and 5, a middle air curtain is formed in the middle of the near-end shaping hole, two side air curtains are formed on the upper side and the lower side of the middle air curtain by the two near-end shaping holes, and the arrangement of three air curtains is beneficial to forming an approximately continuous air curtain structure in the spraying direction and the upper and lower directions, so that the coverage area of the air curtain can be increased, and the fluid form sprayed by the nozzle can be controlled in a larger range.
In this embodiment, the cap body 1 includes a mounting plate 1a and two flanges 1b protruding from the front side of the mounting plate, the middle of the mounting plate 1a is provided with a through hole to form a mounting cavity, the two flanges are vertically symmetrically arranged around the mounting cavity, the inner side of the flange is an inclined plane inclined outwards radially from inside to outside in the axial direction, the atomization holes are formed in the flange, and the shaping holes are formed in the mounting plate. The inner inclined surface of the flange is an inner conical inclined surface, so that the inner side surface of the flange is favorable for obliquely forming holes, the arrangement of the flange is favorable for the overall space layout of the atomizing holes and the shaping holes, in addition, a larger opening space is provided for an air passage of the atomizing holes, the two flanges are arranged up and down, the forward protruding length of the flange exceeds the intersection point of the atomizing holes and the nozzles, the flange can be used as a physical shaping structure in the up-down direction, and the paint sprayed by the nozzles is prevented from being excessively dispersed in the up-down direction;
as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the mounting plate is provided with a front small and rear large stepped hole, the stepped hole is used as a mounting cavity, a mounting seat 12 is correspondingly arranged in the mounting cavity, the outer circle of the mounting seat is of a front small and rear large stepped shaft structure matched with the mounting cavity, the mounting seat is arranged in the mounting cavity from back to front, the shaft shoulder of the mounting seat is propped forwards in the shaft shoulder in the mounting cavity to form axial positioning, the outer circle of the mounting seat is matched with the inner circle before mounting through a sealing ring, the middle of the mounting seat is correspondingly provided with a spray head mounting hole 13, the spray head mounting hole is coaxially arranged with the mounting cavity, the spray head mounting hole is of a front small and rear large stepped hole, the outer circle of the spray head 11 is of a front small and rear large stepped shaft structure matched with the spray head mounting hole, the spray head is arranged in the spray head mounting hole from back to front, the rear end face of the mounting seat 12 is provided with a threaded hole 13, the nominal diameter of the threaded hole is larger than the large diameter of the spray head mounting hole, the threaded hole is coaxially arranged with the spray head mounting hole and forms a two-stage stepped hole structure with the spray head mounting hole, the threaded hole is used for being connected with an external pipeline, and is in order to form an air-jet cap structure, and the spray head is convenient to be maintained in a modularized, and the spray head is arranged at the end of the spray head is provided with a spray nozzle and a spray head is provided with a spray head;
