The working principle is as follows: when in use, gas enters the inside of the oil smoke purifier shell 1 through the air inlet 2, so that oil smoke enters the inside of the oil smoke purifier shell 1 through the preposed filter screen 801, the ionization plate 802 and the collection plate 804, thereby the ionization plate 802 ionizes and charges the oil smoke, under the action that the collection plate 804 is a positive electrode and a negative electrode, the collection plate 804 can effectively collect the oil smoke in the oil smoke, the collection efficiency can reach 95 percent, simultaneously, liquid in the oil smoke falls downwards between the vertical plate 803 and the baffle plate 806, under the action that the density of water is different from that of oil, the oil floats on the surface of the water, the rotating cylinder 812 is driven to rotate through the rotating rod 811, thereby the oil collecting belt 813 collects floating oil on the surface, the oil and water in the oil smoke purifier are effectively separated in the inside of the oil smoke purifier shell 1, the oil which is not collected by the collection plate 804 can be adsorbed, the purifying effect of the oil fume purifier is improved, the gear disc 818 rotates through the rotating shaft 819, so that the gear rod 817 drives the connecting rod 816 to move, under the fixing action of the fixing block 815, the connecting rod 816 drives the oil scraping plate 814 to scrape the accumulated oil on the surface of the oil collecting belt 813, and the accumulated oil enters the oil collecting tank 805, so that the oil fume purifier can collect the accumulated oil, the oil collecting effect of the oil collecting belt 813 is ensured, the oil fume is collected under the action of the electrodes through the collecting plate 804, when the surface area oil of the collecting plate 804 is excessive, the weight of the collecting plate 804 is increased, under the elastic action of the reset spring 903, the top plate 902 downwards extrudes the press switch 904, the electric connection between the press switch 904 and the buzzer 905 is realized, the buzzer 905 is electrified to alarm a user, and the user can timely clean the accumulated oil on the surface of the collecting plate 804, the purification quality of the oil fume purifier can be ensured, and the working principle of the device can be completed.

The oil-water separation oil-fume purifier as recited in claim 1, characterized in that the cross-sectional area of the preposed filter screen (801) is coincident with the cross-sectional area of the adsorption filter screen (809), and the horizontal axis of the adsorption filter screen (809) is coincident with the horizontal axis of the oil-fume purifier housing (1).
